Historical truth

The author, dismissing the feasibility of attaining the real facts of history, proposes to define historical truth as the set of all possible worlds that agree with all the sources available to the historian. He remarks that this conception is very close to that necessairly assumed today by cosmologists, when describing the evolution of the phisical universe.     

人类与机器感知：交流、相互作用与集成

本书是第六届人类与机器感知国际专题研讨会的论文集，该会议于2004年9月6—9日在意大利的Santa　Caterina　di　Pittinuri举行。这次会议除了8位特邀的讲演者及技术委员会成员之外，参与者人数限制在70人。本书共收集了12个讲座的演讲稿，内容涉及交流、相互作用与集成。对每一个基本主题都有相对应的自然及机器的方法的特邀讲座及技术委员会的讨论，介绍了最新的科技发展水平，概括了公开的问题，并强调了与感知相关的学科之问最佳协同作用，进一步激励了新方法的产生。     

Abnormally soluble collagen produced in fibroblasts cultures

Summary Abnormally soluble collagen is synthesized in vitro not only by skin fibroblasts of Marfan patients but also by those of patients with Ehlers-Danlos type V and cutis laxa. The excessive solubility of collagen is corrected by the addition to the culture medium of a synthetic flavonoid, (+)-catechin.Supported by grants from the National Institutes of Health (Nos. AM-10811, HL-05435, GM-19513 and GM-00081), the National Fondation-March of Dimes, and Zyma, S.A., Nyon, Switzerland.     

脱氮光合细菌的分离及其脱氮条件研究

从豆腐制造厂废水中分离到 7株能脱氮的光合细菌 ,按照《伯杰细菌鉴定手册》第九版 (1994年 )进行系统鉴定 ,其中 5株为球形红假单胞菌 ,2株为深红红螺菌。此外 ,还对其脱氮条件进行了研究。结果表明这些菌能以琥珀酸、丙酮酸、苹果酸、葡萄糖、乳酸等底物为碳源 ,在厌氧条件下利用 NO3-和 NO2 -作为电子受体 ,产生 N2 ,最高产氮量为 31.80 ml/ 4 8h、2 0 m l/ 4 8h,产氮活性为 6 .37m l/ g· h。光对乳酸产氮有很强的抑制作用 ,而对其他碳源没有影响 ,脱氮的最佳条件为黑暗、厌氧、p H为 7.2。     

新疆西天山典型岩石含矿性研究

通过对新疆西天山四种典型岩石类型的岩石学特征和含矿性分析 ,认为糜棱岩中相对富集金、银、铜 ,并且砷也较富 ,在区域寻找金、银、铜矿方面有较大的指导意义。火山碎屑岩对金、铜等成矿有利 ,但此类岩石中铜、金分布存在不均匀性 ,在一些具褐铁矿化、黄铁矿化、硅化、绿泥石化等现象的韧性剪切带 ,极可能呈富矿层位 ,这类岩石应是该区寻找铜金矿床的主要岩石类型     

永磁直流电动机传导电磁干扰的建模与仿真

基于电机传导电磁干扰产生机理的分析,建立可对电机传导电磁干扰进行仿真的电路模型,同时考虑了高频段电机绕组分布参数的影响.电流换向过程是电机产生传导干扰的主要原因.通过分析换向过程的等效电路,计算出换向过程中的传导射频发射电压,并提取电机绕组的分布参数,利用等效集总网络来描述分布参数的影响,建立电机传导干扰的仿真模型.利用OrCAD/PSpice软件对实际电机的传导电磁干扰进行了仿真,通过实测和仿真结果的对比验证了模型的正确性.     

汽车不均匀线束串扰特性预测的改进方法

针对线束的不均匀性及线束中导线间距的随机性,提出了一种采用统计学理论来预测不均匀线束串扰的方法。在弱耦合和电小尺寸的假设条件下,基于集总电路近似模型运用统计方法推导出了串扰电压比的期望值和方差,预测了最坏情况下的串扰。与273RDSI模拟仿真对比,验证了方法的合理性和可行性。最后分析了不同的导线数目和线束距地面高度的情况,结果表明：串扰的期望值和方差都会随导线数目的增加而降低;增大线束距地高度,期望值变大,而方差的变化不是很明显,说明方差对线束距地高度不是很敏感;随着导线数目的增加,期望对高度的变化更加敏感。     

基于信息粒化的不平衡模糊语言共识模型

An adaptive consensus model based on linguistic information granulation is presented for group consensus decision making problems with unbalanced fuzzy linguistic preference information. A granular representation of unbalanced linguistic terms is concerned with the interval formation of a family of information granules over the unit interval. In the case of the cutoffs of information granules unknown, individual consistent degree and group consensus degree of granulation are defined. An optimization model to determine the optimal cutoffs of information granules is established with the help of the above two definitions. Group consensus is achieved by constantly adjusting individual preferences through the optimization of the cutoffs. Finally, a group decision making method which is a guarantee of reaching a certain degree of group consensus before aggregating expert opinions is proposed, and also a numerical example illustrates the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.

介绍了中国保险业发展现状，阐述了“入世”后随着更多外资保险公司进入中国，中国保险业所面临的机遇和挑战，提出了中国保险企业所应采取的经营策略，指出作为世贸组织的成员国，中国必须履行入世时的承诺，遵守《服务贸易总协定》的规定，深化内部改革，并积极向国外保险业学习，应对入世给中国保险业带来的挑战。
