Electrochemical studies of glutathione monolayer assembled on a polycrystalline gold electrode

The glutathione (GSH) monolayer and complex monolayer of GSH-metallic ion on polycrystalline gold electrode were studied by using K₃Fe(CN)₆ as the redox probe. As for the GSH monolayer, it was found that the metallic ions could open the ion-gate in the monolayer dramatically in the order La³⁺> Pb²⁺>>Ba²⁺>Ca²⁺ whereas Zn²⁺ ion closed the ion-gate. The complexes of GSH-metallic ions were capable of self-assembling the different kind of monolayer. All the differences were related to the structural configuration of the anchored GSH molecule, which changed with different metallic ions or pH. Biography:Fang Cheng (1971-) male, Ph. 接触载荷作用下的表面裂纹分析

用边界积分方法分析了表面裂纹在接触载荷作用下的张开位移和应力强度因子，该方法将埋在无穷大弹性介质中裂纹模拟为连续分布的位错环，根据两个位错环之间的相互作用能可以得到弹性体的应变能，对弹性体的势能取极值，可以得到关于裂纹张开位移的边界积分方程，通过把半空间的边界模拟成一个包含在无穷大弹性介质中大裂纹，该方法能用已有的边界积分方法很好的处理具有任意表面形状的表面裂纹，文中算例分析了不同倾角的表面裂纹在法向和切向接触载荷作用下，裂纹尖端的应力强度因子，其结果对于分析路面表面裂纹的扩展具有重要意义。     

金属在福州地热水中的腐蚀热力学研究──(I)、铜—地热水系统

作者从热力学角度以电位－ｐＨ图探讨金属在福州地热水中的腐蚀趋势．本文报导铜－地热水系统，采用ＢＡＳＩＣ语言编制程序在ＡＰＰＬＥ－Ⅱ微机上计算高温热力学数据，并以ＤＸＹ－８００绘图仪绘制电位－ｐＨ图．同时，测定了铜在福州Ｇｗ２井地热水中的实际腐蚀电位．结果表明：在此地热水中，当温度低于３１８Ｋ，铜表面生成Ｃｕ２Ｏ膜，高于３１８Ｋ，生成ＣｕＯ膜，二者都位于钝化区．     

预测我国钢铁工业发展趋势的递归模型

本文根据我国钢铁工业生产特点,建立了60多个变量、28个方程的递归模型,描述了钢铁工业生产的结构形式,确定了主要生产环节的生产函数,给出了各种经济变量间的相互关系,预测了我国矿、铁、钢、钢材、产值等28个主要的内生变量的未来值,分析了“七五”、“八五”、“九五”三个五年计划可达指标、发展速度及保证条件。经过1984年的实际检验,证明模型的预测效果良好。     

钠快离子导体Na_(2.5)Zr_(2-x)Ti_xSi_(1.5)P_(1.5)O_(12.0)系统的研究

钠快离子导体Ｎａ_２．５Ｚｒ_２－ｘＴｉ_ｘＳｉ_１．５Ｐ_１．５Ｏ_１２．０系统ｘ＝０－２．０的化合物，由Ｎａ_３ＰＯ_４－ＺｒＯ_２－ＺｒＰ_２Ｏ_７－ＳｉＯ_２－ＴｉＯ_２为反应的起始原料，在９００℃－１２００℃的高温下反应数小时至二十小时制得。系统化合物的相变关系已探明，并测定了有关的单纯相在不同温度下的导电率以及电导激活能。相当于起始组成为Ｎａ_２．５Ｚｒ_１．０Ｔｉ_１．０Ｓｉ_１．５Ｐ_１．５Ｏ_１２．０的单纯相（标为２．５１相）在３００℃时的导电率σ３００＝１．８５×１０－２（Ω·ｃｍ）－１，其电导激活能为２３．６４ｋＪ／ｍｏｌｅ，相当于起始组成为Ｎａ_２．５Ｔｉ_２．０Ｓｉ_１．５Ｐ_１．５Ｏ_１２．０的单纯相（标为２．５２相）在３００℃时的导电率σ３００＝０．４６×１０－２（Ω·ｃｍ）－１，其电导激活能为２８．８９ｋＪ／ｍｏｌｅ．     

Functional magnetic resonance imaging of amphetamine craving

The aim of this study is to identify the brain activity associated with amphetamine craving for understanding the neurobiology of addiction by watching pictures of happy, sad or amphetamine. Brain activity was measured in 12 amphetamine addicts and 12 healthy subjects by fMRI while the subjects watched pictures designed to elicit happy feelings, sad feelings, or the desire to use amphetamine. The result demonstrated that amphetamine cues led to abnormally high cingulate and low frontal lobe activation in amphetamine addicts, who showed abnormalities in affect-related brain activation.     

An ERP study for the degrees of the difficulty in visual search

The present study mainly probed the relationships between ERP components and the degrees of difficulty in visual search. Three experimental and one controlled conditions were randomly selected. Results showed that the P1, N1, and P2 amplitudes and latencies had no significant differences among the three experimental and one controlled conditions, and the ERP waveforms of low perceptual load of visual search were different from that of high perceptual load. These results might indicate that the latencies and amplitudes of initial P1, N1 and P2 in high and low perceptual load conditions were almost the same. The ERP waveforms of parallel search were very different from that of serial search, and the ERP waveforms of serial search were very similar. The P3 amplitudes increased as the degrees of the difficulty in visual search decreased.     

基于PLC的温度控制在电镀生产线中的应用

介绍了以三菱FX0NPLC为核心的温度控制系统在电镀生产线中的应用。简述了温度控制原理,论述了控制系统的设计方案及其软硬件的实现方法。实践表明该方法简单易行,适应性好,可靠性高。     

Molecular cloning and expression of interleukin Ibeta (IL-1β) from red seabream (Pagrus major)

The interleukin 1β (IL-1β) cDNA was cloned from the red seabream (Pagrus major) by homology cloning strategy. A cDNA fragment was amplified by PCR using two degenerated primers, which were designed according to the conserved regions of other known IL-1β sequences, and elongated by 3' ends and 5' ends RACE PCR to get the full length coding sequence of red seabream IL-1β (RS IL-1β). The sequence contained 1252 nucleotides that included a 5' untranslated region (UTR) of 84bp, a 3' UTR of 410 bp and an open reading frame (ORF) of 759 nucleotides which could be translated into a putative peptide of 253 amino acids with molecular weight of 28.6 kD and putative isoelectric point pI of 5.29. The deduced peptide contained two potential N-glycosylation sites and an identifiable IL1 family signature, but lacked the signal peptide and the clear ICE cut site, which were common in other nonmammalian IL-1β genes. The RS IL-1β had the highest homology with piscine IL-1β according to phylogenetic tree analysis.     

Development of Full Automatic External Welding Machine for Annular Welds of Pipeline

To meet the demands of rapid development of pipeline constructions in China, a complete set of full automatic external welding machine for annular welds of pipeline and welding procedure have been developed thereof. The system has been applied in the “West-East Pipeline Project” and its performance is proven. With this welding machine the welding parameters can be either preset before or adjusted in real time during the welding process, which avoids the blemishes of same type domestic and international products. Thus it is best propitious to in-situ construction conditions and workers‘ technical level in China. In this article the development of mechanical and control systems of this product is introduced and typical welding procedure parameters are provided.
