nSi／pSi1—xGex／nSi晶体管直流特性数值分析

采用一维有限差分方法,对生长在Ｓｉ（００１）衬底上的Ｓｉ１－ｘＧｅｘ应变基区异质结双极晶体管（ＨＢＴ）的直流特性进行了数值分析,给出了高斯掺杂情形下,基区中不同Ｇｅ分布的Ｓｉ１－ｘＧｅｘＨＢＴ的共射极电流放大系数图、Ｇｕｍ－ｍｅｌ图和平衡能带图;与Ｓｉ双极同质结晶体管（ＢＪＴ）的直流特性作了对比,结果表明基区中Ｇｅ的引入有效地改善了晶体管的直流性能;其次对基区中Ｇｅ分布与ｐ型杂质在基区－集电区交界处的不一致进行了模拟,证实了基区杂质向集电区扩散产生的寄生势垒使集电极电流密度下降这一实验结果．     

大熊猫父权确定的DNA证据

本文对成都大熊猫繁育研究基地,成都动物园,福州大熊猫研究中心及昆明动物园圈养繁殖的大熊猫１４胎次,１９只幼子,２５只次参配雄兽个体的被毛,血液,精液,肝,甲醛固定组织细胞,以及粪,尿等样品,采用同位素与荧光素标记基因探针作ＤＮＡ指纹图谱分析,得到了玫些有意义的结论。     

Stimulation of glucagon and inhibition of insulin secretion evoked from carotid baroreceptors.

The influence from carotid baroreceptors on portal immuno-reactive glucagon and insulin levels and on arterial plasma glucose concentration was studied in vagotomized cats by sectioning of the sinus nerves. Such a complete elimination of the afferent baroreceptor discharge caused a prompt and pronounced increase in the glucose and glucagon levels, whereas the insulin concentration significantly decreased. The role of vascular barorecptors in the hyperglycemic response to hemorrhage is discussed.     

Genetic control by the HLA region of the immune response to factor VIII in hemophilic patients]

In 10 sibships of haemophilic A patients, every one including 1 haemophilic brother with an antibody to factor VIII and 1 haemophilic brother without antibody, pattern of HLA segregation was analysed. All sibships were HLA haploidentical or different and not HLA identical. This fact suggested a linkage between the major histocompatibility complex and an "Ir" gene to factor VIII.     

Effect of insulin on immunological phagocytosis by macrophages.

It was shown that, in physiological concentrations, insulin enhances, in vitro, the immunological phagocytosis of sensitized sheep erythrocytes by cultured mouse peritoneal macrophages. Insulin seems to stimulate macrophage phagocytosis as a cholinomimetic agonist by increasing the intracellular levels of cyclic GMP.     

Pyrogen fever in rabbits pretreated with p-chlorophenylalanine or 5, 6-dihydroxytryptamine.

The hyperthermic effect of a bacterial pyrogen has been studied in rabbits pretreated or not with p-chlorophenylalanine or 5, 6-dihydroxytryptamine. The results obtained indicate that a selective reduction of cerebral 5-hydroxytryptamine levels by these drugs do not significantly affect pyrogen hypertermia.     

卡尔曼滤波在多组分同时测定中的应用

本文综述了卡尔曼滤波在多组分同时测定中的应用，采用MATLAB语言自编程序，对Ni、Fe、Pd三元混合组分进行同时测定，取得了令人满意的结果．     

反相HPLC色谱法测定盐芥和菠菜中的甜菜碱含量

本实验利用反相HPLC色谱法测定了盐芥和菠菜中的甜菜碱含量，实验分别以菠菜和盐芥的叶组织为材料，用去离子水提取甜菜碱．提取液经浓缩后依次通过阳离子交换树脂柱和阴离子交换树脂柱进行纯化，用NH4OH洗脱阳离子交换树脂柱，洗脱液收集浓缩干后用磷酸盐流动相溶解．样品用C18反相色谱柱进行分离，流动相为50nmol／L的KH2PO4溶液(pH4．56)，色谱条件为0．7ml/min。192nm波长测定；此色谱条件能使甜菜碱与其它组分很好的分离，甜菜碱加样回收率达到90％-98％．经测定。盐芥叶片中的甜菜碱含量为1．367mg/g，菠菜叶片中的甜菜碱含量为1．656mg/g．
