Identification of the Angel -related elements in cyprinid fishes and their phylogenetic implications

Angel-related element belongs to the family of miniature inverted-repeat transposable elements (MITEs). In this paper we report the identification of an Angel- related element in the series Leuciscini of cyprinid fishes, which is located in the second intron of the growth hormone (GH) gene. We have also found that this element is absent in orthologous locus in the series Barbini of cyprinid fishes, that provides new evidence for the monophyly of the series Leuciscini. The insertion of Angel -related element into the GH gene might take place in the common ancestor of the series Leuciscini after its divergence from the series Barbini. The high sequence divergence and relatively broad species distribution of Angel-related elements implies that they might be ancient transposons which appeared about 26 million years ago.     

试论魏晋“深情”及其诗学意义

魏晋时期,伴随着理性世界的转变,人们的感性世界也发生了极大的变化,出现所谓的魏晋“深情”。这种以知识分子为情感主体的“深情”,既不同于《诗经》时代原发性的“民情”,也不同于儒家“发乎情,止乎礼义”的“性情”和道家“有人之形而无人之情”的“天情”,它是知识分子个体生命意识觉醒之后于天地宇宙中寻求心灵安顿和精神自由的情感,即人生和宇宙合而为一的生命超越之情。正是这种魏晋“深情”,把中国诗学引向强调“神与物游”和“情景相生”的抒情道路,并深深地刻上了宇宙情怀。     

Design and passive analysis of a novel softness display device

Simulating the softness property of object is quite a challenge in virtual reality system. A novel softness display system was developed based on the principle of deformable length of elastic element control （DLEEC）. In the system, the equivalent stiffness of the device is adjustable, and is inversely proportional to the third power of the deformable length of elastic beam. PD position control is employed to guarantee the accurate softness display. The softness of the virtual objects in large scale can be felt with the softness display device. Compared with other haptic devices, the device is passive and exert the react force only when the operator ＂actively touch＂ the virtual objects. The stability of the softness display system was analyzed. It was theoretical proved that the system satisfied the criteria of wide impedance range ＂Z-width＂, and the performance was superior to an active system. The experimental results were presented.     

硼对12Ni3CrMoV高强度钢焊接接头冷裂敏感性的影响

低碳调质高强度钢中添加硼对焊接冷裂敏感性的影响较少有人研究,并存在两种不同意见.本文对含硼量分别为0.005%,0.0014%,0.0028%,0.0035%的12Ni3CrMoV调质高强度钢焊接冷裂敏感性进行研究.试验结果表明:1.插销试验临界应力:含硼钢比无硼钢(含硼0.0005%)高;含硼钢中,临界应力按含硼量0.0014%,0.0028%,0.0035%的顺序递减.2.扫描电镜断口分析:无硼钢有沿晶断裂区、准介理断裂区和韧窝断裂区.含硼钢没有沿晶断裂区,只有准介理断裂区和韧窝断裂区.3.焊条未烘干时,无硼和含硼钢的插销临界应力都降低,无硼钢沿晶断裂区扩大,含硼钢仍无沿晶断裂区.4.硼在HAZ粗晶区中沿奥氏体晶界形成偏聚带,硼相主要沿奥氏体晶界呈不连续点状析出.含硼愈多,沿奥氏体晶界偏聚和硼相析出也愈多.5.C.D.Beachem提出的断口形貌发展过程示意图可以解释无硼钢断裂,不能完全解释含硼钢断裂过程.6.裂纹敏感性成分Pcm值表达式中,硼项系数为" 5"值得商榷.就本文钢材而言,硼项函数应为"负变数".本文对含硼钢延迟裂纹机理作了探讨.     

一种新的基于Kohonen网络的图像矢量量化

矢量量化是一种重要的数据压缩方法.本文利用Kohonen自组织映射神经网络进行矢量量化,首次较为详细地讨论了具体实现的步骤与细节,并在此基础上为改善边缘质量,提出一种基于Laplas算子检测边缘弓引导神经网络训练的方法,并通过实验证明其效果是明显的.     

复合氧化物晶体晶格能的近似计算

本文以 Born-Harb 循环为依据,推导了复合晶体晶格能和与其相应的各二元化合物晶体晶格能之间的关系,并由此给出了复合氧化物晶体晶格能近似计算的新公式。对20种复合氧化物晶体晶格能计算结果的分析表明:用本文所给公式对复合氧化物晶体晶格能进行近似计算是可行的。     

核磁共振跟踪反应法研究5—O—乙酰基—2.3-双脱氧-D.L-呋喃戊糖基氯的合成

以乙酸四氢呋喃甲酯为原料,通过自由基氯化反应,合成双脱氧核苷类抗艾滋病药物的重要中间体化合物5—0—乙酰基—2.3—双脱氧—D.L—吹喃戊糖基氯.对于此种不稳定的中间体化合物,用~1HNMR跟踪监测反应物的方法,研究了改变反应时间、反应温度和反应物摩尔比对反应产物的影响,获得了最佳的反应条件,使其收率从10％提高到50％左右.     

医院污水处理系统中生物对金属富集的研究

本文分析了桂林南溪山医院污水处理系统中某些鱼类、藻类、底栖动物等水生生物的重金属含量,计算了各类生物的富集系数,发现不同种类的鱼,对五种重金属的富集顺序不同,相同种类的鱼对五种重金属的富集能力也各不相同,鱼的不同器官对重金属的富集能力也有较大的差异.     

鱼腥藻毒素合成中间体的不对称合成
