基于负载观测器的永磁同步电机能量成型控制

针对永磁同步电机(PMSM)负载转矩已知和未知情况,采用能量成型控制方法和负载观测器技术,研究了PMSM的建模与速度控制问题。建立了PMSM的端口受控哈密顿系统模型,给出了闭环系统期望的哈密顿函数,配置了期望的互联和阻尼矩阵,设计了系统的控制器和负载转矩观测器,分析了系统平衡点的稳定性。仿真结果表明,所提出的方案对负载转矩已知和未知情况具有很好的转速控制性能和负载扰动抑制能力。     

直接解算三维变形量GPS软件(Gquicks1.5)研制及在三峡库区滑坡监测中的应用

本文论述了不解算GPS基线,而直接解求三维变形量的原理及正确性的验证,介绍了研制的Gquicks1.5版本软件系统流程及主要功能模块。通过在三峡库区GPS滑坡监测实践的应用,总结了GPS观测纲要,提出了一些有益的结论与建议。     

AutoCAD中三维深沟球轴承的参数化设计

由于AutoCAD中没有专门绘制三维深沟球轴承命令,因此采用二次开发的方法可迅速绘制所需的三维轴承.该方法采用V isual LISP语言编制程序进行二次开发AutoCAD三维深沟球轴承绘制方法的功能,为AutoCAD新增绘制三维深沟球轴承功能的命令,使得在进行机械产品三维CAD时,绘制三维深沟球轴承更为方便,提高三维设计的绘图工作效率.     

硅或钛取代AlPO-11分子筛的合成及表征

介绍了硅，钛取代A1PO-11分子筛SAPO-11、TAPO-11的合成方法，采用X射线衍射（XRD）、扫描电子显微镜（SEM）、热重-差热、氮气吸脱附等手段对合成的分子筛进行了表征，考察了晶化温度和原料比对分子筛合成的影响。结果表明，硅，钛取代A1PO-11分子筛能生成AEL结构的TAPO-11分子筛；SAPO-11与A1PO-11分子筛表观形貌相差不大，而TAPO-11分子筛表观形貌则与A1PO-11分子筛有很大不同；硅，钛取代后分子筛的孔道半径及其孔容有所改变；3种分子筛都具有较好的热稳定性。     

基于多Agent电力故障诊断系统体系结构风格的研究

从软件体系结构风格的角度分析研究了基于多Agent的电力故障诊断系统的体系结构,在此基础上抽取出这一类遗留系统特有的包装器体系结构风格,提出了在分散的单个遗留系统周围建立“包装器(wrapper)”这样一种风格,这种风格能够实现遗留系统和目标系统之间集成与交互,从而达到目标系统的要求。这些理论的提出,有助于指导使用多Agent技术对遗留系统进行再开发和再利用的研究。     

构建成人高等教育考试新模式的思考

作为教学不可缺少的重要环节并具有明显导向功能的考试,应随着时代变化和教育教学的发展而改革。改革陈旧的考试观念、脱离实际的考试内容和单一僵化的考试形式,构建一种切合成人学生实际,引导学生增强学习能力、实践能力和创新能力的考试模式,促进成人高等教育学生全面发展是成人高等教育改革的重要任务。     

Mycotoxin fumonisins: Health impacts and biosynthetic mechanism

Fumonisins are one of the most important groups of mycotoxins in agriculture and the food industry. They are produced by several widespread fungal pathogens of corn. Fumonisin contamination in maize?derived food and feeds causes several fatal diseases in livestock and poses a significant cancer risk to humans (Group 2B carcinogen). In the recent years, fumonisins have become a hot area in mycotoxin research. This review attempts to highlight the progress in the studies of molecular mechanisms for fumonisin biosynthesis and mode of action. The current understandings in the molecular basis for the cellular effects induced by fumonisins are discussed. Special attentions are paid to introduce the progress in the characterization of individual genes and enzymes involved in the biosynthesis of fumonisins.     

Anti-nociceptive role of neuropeptide Y in the nucleus accumbens in rats with inflammation, an effect modulated by mu- and kappa-opioid receptors

Recent study in our laboratory showed that neuropeptide Y (NPY) plays an antinociceptive role in the nucleus accumbens (NAc) in intact rats. The present study was performed to further investigate the effect of NPY in nociceptive modulation in the NAc of rats with inflammation, and the possible interaction between NPY and the opioid systems. Experimental inflammation was induced by subcutaneous injection of carrageenan into the left hindpaw of rats. Intra-NAc administration of NPY induced a dose-dependent increase of hindpaw withdrawal latencies (HWLs) to thermal and mechanical stimulations in rats with inflammation. The anti-nociceptive effect of NPY was significantly blocked by subsequent intra-NAc injection of the Y1 receptor antagonist NPY28-36, suggesting an involvement of Y1 receptor in the NPY-induced anti-nociception. Furthermore, intra-NAc administration of the opioid antagonist naloxone significantly antagonized the increased HWLs induced by preceding intra-NAc injection of NPY, suggesting an involvement of the endogenous opioid system in the NPY-induced anti-nociception in the NAc during inflammation. Moreover, the NPY-induced anti-nociception was attenuated by following intra-NAc injection of the μ-opioid antagonist β-funaltrexamine (β-FNA), and κ-opioid antagonist nor-binaltorphimine (nor-BNI), but not by δ-opioid antagonist naltrindole, indicating that μ- and κ-opioid receptors, not δ-opioid receptor, are involved in the NPY-induced anti-nociception in the NAc in rats with inflammation.     

Numerical simulation of the sensitivity of the Pacific subtropical-tropical meridional cell to global warming

Sensitivity of the Pacific subtropical-tropical meridional cell to global warming is examined by using a global ocean-atmosphere coupled model developed at LASG/IAP. Results indicate that associated with the increasing of atmospheric carbon dioxide, the most prominent signals of global warming locate at high latitudes, and the change of middle and low latitudes, in particular the surface wind, is relatively weak, which leads to a weak response of the Pacific subtropical-tropical meridional cell. At the time of atmospheric carbon dioxide doubling, the change of the meridional cell strength is smaller than the amplitude of natural variability.     

款冬花色素的提取与稳定性研究

研究了款冬花色素的热稳定性、氧化还原稳定性和pH值稳定性，并对常用的几种食品添加剂对款冬花色素的稳定性进行了探讨，结果表明：款冬花色素易溶于丙酮。属于脂溶性色素；在ph=3～9时，款冬花色素的稳定性较好，氧化还原剂及食品添加剂对其稳定性影响不大，Fe^3＋金属离子对其影响显著，Na^＋有增色作用，水浴温度在60℃以下色素的热稳定性较好。
