江西大青属药用植物资源及开发利用

介绍了江西大青属（赤贞桐属）（ＣｌｅｒｏｄｅｎｄｒｕｍＬ．）药用植物种类、地理分布以及临床疗效等,同时对该属药用植物种类进行了本草考证,对该属资源的合理开发利用提出了建议。     

Diamond synthesis from a system of chromium-carbide and Ni70Mn25Co5 alloy

In order to ascertain the mechanism of interaction between carbide and metallic catalyst and formation of diamond under high pressure and high temperature, and find a new method to synthesize diamond with special properties, it is necessary to investigate the reaction behavior of different carbides and metallic solvent_catalysts under high pressure and high temperature. A system of Cr-3C-2 powder and Ni 70Mn 25Co 5 alloy in weight ratio of 1∶6 was treated under 6 0 GPa and 1 500℃ for 20, 30 or 60 min respectively. X_ray diffraction of the samples indicated the Cr 3C 2 decomposed partially after high pressure and temperature treatment, and Cr 7C 3, Cr and diamond formed respectively. There was not any trace of graphite in the samples. The result suggested that the separated carbon atoms could form diamond directly without conversion process of graphite into diamond. The observation of SEI, WDX and EDX also showed that diamond crystals were synthesized in the system, which have perfect surfaces and shapes, with the average grain size of about 40 μm. The properties of the crystals are being investigated.     

Preliminary study on climatic signals of stable isotopes from Holocene speleothems under monsoon condition

Within the East Asian monsoon zone the change in oxygen isotope of Holocene stalagmite is mainly related to monsoon rain rather than to temperature. And carbon isotope can be taken as a comprehensive signal which contains the natural information and the information of anthropogenic activity. Isotopic analysis is also compared with the annual layer records.     

一种研究管道对电液伺服系统动态性能影响的综合分析法

以分布参数法研究管道动态特性对液压控制系统性能的影响,将连接管道对系统的影响归入伺服阀线性化流量方程中,提出了处理电液控制系统中连接管道的一和中综合分析法,大大简化了控制系统的动态数学模型,为进一步分析含有连接管道的液压控制系统提供了更为科学的理论基础。     

旋转构件动态参数的在线检测技术

基于电磁检测原理,研究了一种用磁晶格法动态检测旋转构件的角速度、剪应变、剪应力、扭矩及轴功率等动态物理参数的新的检测技术与方法。阐明该检测方法的原理及检测信号的处理与转换技术,推导出时间域的检测量与旋转构件动参数之间的数学关系式;并用单片机实现了旋转构件动态物理参数的实时在线定量检测。     

免疫沉淀法分离纯化感染细胞中的甲肝病毒RNA

本研究采用抗血清（多抗血清）沉淀甲肝病毒,并用盐酸胍酸性酚,氯仿一步法分离纯化病毒ＲＮＡ．此方法能排除非病毒ＲＮＡ的污染,操作简单,要求条件较低,ＲＮＡ的纯度和完整性都较好     

9种蝗虫酯酶同工酶研究

对棒角蝗科、斑腿蝗科、剑角蝗科和斑翅蝗科９种蝗虫进行了酯酶同工酶分析。通过生化特征,探讨较高级分类阶元之间的差异,研究结果表明,９种蝗虫共显现２６条酶带,种间没有出现共同酶带,不同科样品之间酶谱差异很大,显而易见,同属不同种间的相似性大于同科不同属种间的相似程度,后又明显大于不同科种间的相似性。     

聚合条件对苯乙烯-丙烯酸丁酯甲基丙烯酸乳液聚合粒度分布的影响

为了解聚合条件对多组份共聚乳液粒度分布的影响,采用光散射粒度分布仪研究了丙烯酸丁酯（ＢＡ）苯乙烯（Ｓｔ）甲基丙烯酸（ＭＡＡ）体系在复合乳化剂存在下的乳液聚合行为．探讨了聚合温度、乳化剂配比、乳化剂浓度、单体配比、ＭＡＡ含量等对粒度分布的影响规律．结果表明聚合温度降低和油溶性单体Ｓｔ含量增大均使乳液粒径变大,而乳化剂的配比和浓度对粒度分布的影响较为复杂．     

一级反应网络法求单底物酶促反应的米氏常数

以可溶性淀粉为底物,研究了糖化酶（ＥＣ３．２．１．３）的动力学规律。淀粉水解反应具有单底物酶促反应的特征,且当［ｓ］Ｋｍ时,服从拟一级反应规律。根据一级反应网络理论,采用单纯形加速法拟合酶促淀粉水解反应的过程曲线求各速率常数和米氏常数。     

KdV—Burgers方程行波解的研究

用Ｌａｘ－Ｎｉｏｕｖｅｒ变换求得了ＫｄＶ－Ｂｕｒｇｅｒｓ方程在特定情形下的精确行波解、渐近行波解,用Ａｄｏｍｉａｎ积分法求得了级数解。此外,找到了ＫｄＶ－Ｂｕｒｇｅｒｓ方程行波解与ＲＬＷ－Ｂｕｒｇｅｒｓ方程行波解之间的关系,进一步分析了ＫｄＶ－Ｂｕｒｇｅｒｓ方程一类已知的解析解。
