重庆谈判期间中共对绥远地区的策略变化

抗战胜利后，全国和平呼声高涨。国共双方出于各种因素都需要和谈，从8月下旬开始到10月结束，重庆和谈的举行可以说是全国瞩目。随着和谈开始，中共在绥远地区的策略也不断变化，无论是和平争取还是冲突争夺都在绥远地区有所体现。而谈判走向与每一个策略变化是密切相关的，绥远地区的局势也因此不断改变。     

基于ASD光谱仪的悬浮泥沙光学衰减系数研究

 设计了基于ASD光谱仪的玻璃水槽实验,测量人工光源穿透不同水深、不同质量浓度含沙水体的辐亮度,以纯水为参照,得出了某一粒径组成下不同质量浓度悬浮泥沙在350~920 nm波段范围内的光学衰减系数。实验泥沙样本的光学衰减系数光谱特征单一,随着波长的增大逐渐减小,表现为一条略倾的曲线,且正比于泥沙质量浓度。在0~0.15 m深度范围内的,相同质量浓度的泥沙光学衰减系数随水深的变化可以忽略不计。从350~920 nm,实验泥沙样本的单位质量浓度光学衰减系数从0.084缓慢减小至0.069 m²/g。     

Quantum simulation of antiferromagnetic spin chains in an optical lattice

Understanding exotic forms of magnetism in quantum mechanical systems is a central goal of modern condensed matter physics, with implications for systems ranging from high-temperature superconductors to spintronic devices. Simulating magnetic materials in the vicinity of a quantum phase transition is computationally intractable on classical computers, owing to the extreme complexity arising from quantum entanglement between the constituent magnetic spins. Here we use a degenerate Bose gas of rubidium atoms confined in an optical lattice to simulate a chain of interacting quantum Ising spins as they undergo a phase transition. Strong spin interactions are achieved through a site-occupation to pseudo-spin mapping. As we vary a magnetic field, quantum fluctuations drive a phase transition from a paramagnetic phase into an antiferromagnetic phase. In the paramagnetic phase, the interaction between the spins is overwhelmed by the applied field, which aligns the spins. In the antiferromagnetic phase, the interaction dominates and produces staggered magnetic ordering. Magnetic domain formation is observed through both in situ site-resolved imaging and noise correlation measurements. By demonstrating a route to quantum magnetism in an optical lattice, this work should facilitate further investigations of magnetic models using ultracold atoms, thereby improving our understanding of real magnetic materials.     

疏水蛋白rHGFI与rHFBI的发泡能力研究

将巴斯德毕赤酵母异源表达出的疏水蛋白rHGFI和rHFBI修饰硅化玻璃后进行玻璃表面接触角测定.结果显示:蛋白处理的硅化玻璃表面由疏水变为亲水.蛋白溶液表面张力测定结果表明:rHGFI和rHFBI是表面活性非常强的蛋白,均可使表面张力降低.以常用的食品乳化剂酪蛋白酸钠为对照,检测rHGFI和rHFBI蛋白的发泡能力和泡沫稳定性.0.1%的rHGFI和rHFBI蛋白溶液发泡能力明显高于同浓度的酪蛋白酸钠溶液,rHFBI蛋白溶液的泡沫稳定性最佳.     

A genome-wide association study in Han Chinese identifies new susceptibility loci for ankylosing spondylitis

To identify susceptibility loci for ankylosing spondylitis, we performed a two-stage genome-wide association study in Han Chinese. In the discovery stage, we analyzed 1,356,350 autosomal SNPs in 1,837 individuals with ankylosing spondylitis and 4,231 controls; in the validation stage, we analyzed 30 suggestive SNPs in an additional 2,100 affected individuals and 3,496 controls. We identified two new susceptibility loci between EDIL3 and HAPLN1 at 5q14.3 (rs4552569; P = 8.77 × 10(-10)) and within ANO6 at 12q12 (rs17095830; P = 1.63 × 10(-8)). We also confirmed previously reported associations in Europeans within the major histocompatibility complex (MHC) region (top SNP, rs13202464; P < 5 × 10(-324)) and at 2p15 (rs10865331; P = 1.98 × 10(-8)). We show that rs13202464 within the MHC region mainly represents the risk effect of HLA-B*27 variants (including HLA-B*2704, HLA-B*2705 and HLA-B*2715) in Chinese. The two newly discovered loci implicate genes related to bone formation and cartilage development, suggesting their potential involvement in the etiology of ankylosing spondylitis.     

蒙古族的蒙古褶,上眼睑褶皱的分析研究

作者于1985年1月至5月调查了内蒙古自治区蒙古族人649例(男315例,女334例)蒙古褶,上眼睑褶皱。调查为随机取样,被调查者年龄在9—25岁之间。蒙古族人蒙古褶平均级(x±S.D.)为1.94±0.883,出现率为93.91％与我国其它民族相比,蒙古族人的蒙古褶出现率较高。蒙古族人上眼睑褶皱平均级为(x±S.D)1.21±1.032,出现率为71.10％,与我国其它民族相比,蒙古族人上眼睑褶皱平均级与出现率均较低。
