苯与发烟硝酸和硫酸,一步合成m—二硝基苯。此法优点是反应时间短,重复性好,易分离,产率75％。     

A superantigen encoded in the open reading frame of the 3' long terminal repeat of mouse mammary tumour virus.

Mice express a collection of superantigens, which bind to class II major histocompatibility proteins and interact with T cells bearing particular V beta chains as part of their alpha beta receptors. These superantigens have been suggested to be encoded by exogenous or endogenous mouse mammary tumour viruses. One such superantigen is now shown to be encoded in the open reading frame of the long terminal repeat of a mammary tumour virus, a gene of previously unknown function.     

Cr-Ni-Mo多层焊缝低温韧性的统计分析

本方采用示波冲击、俄歇分析、启裂源组织观察及热模拟实验,对Cr-Ni-Mo 70kg/mm~2手工多层焊缝中各种组织的形态及韧性进行了研究。其中韧性较低的是经850℃～1050℃再热后的重结晶及不完全重结晶组织,韧性最薄弱环节主要为具有黑色带状的重结晶组织,其构成为铁素体及带状分布的M-A组元或碳化物。薄弱环节数量越多韧性越低,整个焊缝的韧性越低;合金元素通过影响薄弱环节的韧性而影响整个焊缝的韧性。

细小病毒与致癌蛋白质序列同源性比较佐证细小病毒无致癌潜力

在Micro Vax II及IBM/PC机上用Framis,Genepro软件,蛋白质、核酸序列数据库Swissprot,PIR,EMBL和Genbank,比较了H-1或MVM的四种蛋白质与现已报道的致癌蛋白质序列的同源性。结果表明,它们之间的配对百分数很低且是随机的,这可能是细小病毒没有致癌潜力的佐证。本实验室还初步证明PV MVM可以杀死经人Ha-ras与v-myc共转染大鼠胚胎成纤维细胞形成的转化细胞,这将为临床治疗抗放射线的人癌提供新途径。     

Scavenger receptor family proteins: roles for atherosclerosis, host defence and disorders of the central nervous system

In this review, we summarize the structure and function of the scavenger receptor family of proteins including class A (type I and II macrophage scavenger receptors, MARCO), class B (CD36, scavenger receptor class BI), mucinlike (CD68/macrosialin, dSR-CI) and endothelial (LOX-1) receptors. Two motifs have been identified as ligand-binding domains a charged collagen structure of type I and II receptors, and an immunodominant domain of CD36. These structures can recognize a wide range of negatively charged macromolecules, including oxidized low-density lipoproteins, damaged or apoptotic cells, and pathogenic microorganisms. After binding, these ligands can be either internalized by endocytosis or phagocytosis, or remain at the cell surface and mediate adhesion or lipid transfer through caveolae. Under physiological conditions, scavenger receptors serve to scavenge or clean up cellular debris and other related materials, and they play a role in host defence. In pathological states, they mediate the recruitment, activation and transformation of macrophages and other cells which may be related to the development of atherosclerosis and to disorders caused by the accumulation of denatured materials, such as Alzheimer's disease. 软件工作费脑力多，工程量大，消耗大量时日。许多软件成果有较大的经济效益和社会效益。然而在我国，尤其在广西，软件开发报酬是非常低的。应大幅度地提高软件开发的报酬。
