一种基于扩展FP-TREE的服务推荐方法

针对协作过滤推荐的矩阵稀疏性与扩展膨胀问题,提出一种基于扩展FP-TREE的改进方法.将用户的情境取值抽象为情境空间状态,通过挖掘情境状态与服务的关联进行服务推荐.引入倒排索引扩展FPTREE频繁项头表,建立状态-状态与服务-服务关联;通过索引树表示状态-服务关联,给出扩展FP-TREE与协作过滤矩阵的映射机制,在继承协作过滤的基础上极大地压缩了过滤矩阵.仿真实验表明:与传统的协作过滤推荐算法相比,该推荐方法具有更高的效率.     

基于对象的CIPS总体设计模型体系

在分析综合现有模型体系、建模方法和面向对象思想的基础上，建立了一套基于对象的模型体系，简述了使用该模型进行总体设计的方法．该模型体系不但能全面地描述系统中的状态因素和人的行为因素，同时由于它的整个定义集都是建立在对象、属性和服务这三个基础定义上的，这可以使模型方便地转换成数学描述，有利于对现有系统和未来系统的信息流和物质流的过程、效率和可行性等加以分析     

儿童过敏性紫癜研究进展

从流行病学、病因和发病机制、临床表现、辅助检查、诊断标准、治疗方法、预后及随访等方面对儿童过敏性紫癜（HSP)的研究进行了综述.已有的研究充分表明，HSP病因及发病机制尚不明确，免疫及遗传的作用机制还需进一步研究.HSP在临床上缺乏特异性的检查手段，主要依靠患儿症状及体征来诊断；当患儿出现罕见或不常见的临床表现时，组织病理学分析就显得尤为重要.目前国内外尚无统一性及特异性的治疗方案，病情轻者多以对症治疗为主，病情严重者多采用激素进行个体化治疗，但相关的治疗方案还需大样本、多中心临床试验研究以及循证医学验证.HSP短期预后较好，长期预后主要与肾脏受累相关，而减少肾脏受累的关键在于早发现，早诊断，早治疗.     

The p38/MAPK pathway regulates microtubule polymerization through phosphorylation of MAP4 and Op18 in hypoxic cells

In both cardiomyocytes and HeLa cells, hypoxia (1% O₂) quickly leads to microtubule disruption, but little is known about how microtubule dynamics change during the early stages of hypoxia. We demonstrate that microtubule associated protein 4 (MAP4) phosphorylation increases while oncoprotein 18/stathmin (Op18) phosphorylation decreases after hypoxia, but their protein levels do not change. p38/MAPK activity increases quickly after hypoxia concomitant with MAP4 phosphorylation, and the activated p38/MAPK signaling leads to MAP4 phosphorylation and to Op18 dephosphorylation, both of which induce microtubule disruption. We confirmed the interaction between phospho-p38 and MAP4 using immunoprecipitation and found that SB203580, a p38/MAPK inhibitor, increases and MKK6(Glu) overexpression decreases hypoxic cell viability. Our results demonstrate that hypoxia induces microtubule depolymerization and decreased cell viability via the activation of the p38/MAPK signaling pathway and changes the phosphorylation levels of its downstream effectors, MAP4 and Op18.     

酮醛树脂圆珠笔油墨流变特性的研究

本文研究了自制酮醛树脂圆珠笔油墨的流变特性。发现树脂含量和染料含量对油墨的流变特性有显著影响。在此基础上,提出了一个性能优良的新配方,它的流变特性参数n=0.91,K=6.89N·s~n/m~2,ηa=5.83Pa·s。所得实验结果,可供改进现有国产圆珠笔油墨的质量作参考。     

杜甫诗歌的色彩艺术

杜甫善于运用色彩这种绚丽的视觉语言,很注意色调的运用,他的诗本身就是五色缤纷的世界,用形象事物特有的光彩来描述人生旅途的见闻和感慨。在杜甫诗歌中,色彩又是意境创造的重要方式,也是理想人格的有效载体。杜诗色彩的运用极富特点,有着完整的、成熟的、自成体系的用色技巧。后代诗人在用色方面大多是继承了杜甫的手法,再没有人能在体系上全面超过他。这与杜甫"语不惊人死不休"的写作追求是分不开的。     

KNOT STRENGTH OF INDUSTRIAL TEXTILE FIBRES

In this paper, the knot strengths of the seven strands which were made of polyethleneterephthalate(PET), nylon 6, polyvinyl formal fibre, polypropylene and polyethylene with differentspecification used for industrial purposes were tested and discussed. The results of experimentshow: the knot strength loss does not only depend on the breaking elongation and the diameter ofsample, but also on the shape of the load-extension curve and twist factor of sample and other fac-tors; the range of the knot strength loss and the breaking energy loss vary in a wide range, in thepresent case. the former is from 2.7% to 58.14% and the latter from 16.36% to 78.76%. Thestrength loss of the polypropylene filament is the least among the samples investigated.     

全国艺术课教师培养现状调查与分析

艺术课是我国第八次基础教育课程改革中新增设的一门广域综合课程。艺术课教师培养发展迅速，不同区域发展尚不平衡；多数高校能紧密围绕基础教育课程改革要求和艺术课程标准设置培养目标；课程设置较为宽泛，主干课程统一性不强；多主体办学现象较为突出。为此，要合理规划专业设置数量，加强教师培养的平衡性；明确专业属性和培养目标；加强主干课程建设；探索运行成本低、专业依托丰实的新体制。     

近代的吴越文化

从鸦片战争到五四时期 ,是中国文化的大转型时期 ,长江下游则是文化转型的先行地区与枢纽地区。吴越文化柔、细、雅的区域个性 ,以及从汉代以来长期形成的政治色彩较淡的传统特点 ,使它在物质文化与精神文化的转型过程中表现突出 ,居全国最前列 ,而在戊戌变法、辛亥革命时期没有出现先知先觉的全国性领袖人物 ,到民国时期 ,这种情况才开始有所改变。     

Phase equilibria of HP–UHP mica-schists in Jiangling, Eastern Dabieshan orogen

The HP–UHP metamorphic terrane of Jiangling, eastern Dabieshan comprises extensively distributed granitic gneisses, mica-schists and numerous eclogite blocks. The mica-schists generally contain garnet, phengitic muscovite, biotite, plagioclase, quartz, rutile and a small amount of epidote and hornblende. Study on petrography and phases equilibria in the NCKMnFMASH system indicates that the present mineral assemblages in mica-schists are not in equilibrium. The earlier stage of mineral assemblage represented by garnet and phengite reflects a HP–UHP condition. The garnet compositions and the phengite Si contents give a PT condition of 580–600℃ at 2.6–2.8 GPa. The garnet zonation records an earlier progressive metamorphic process which may be associated with the appearance of glaucophane, jadeite and lawsonite. The later stage of mineral assemblage characterized by the presence of biotite and plagioclase reflects a PT condition of 620–635℃ at 0.9–1.1 GPa, belonging to the HP amphibolite facies. The main mineral assemblage in micaschists from the Jiangling region has recorded a complete HP–UHP metamorphic process.
