有限状态机实现数字滤波问题的研究

用有限状态机实现数字滤波是数字滤波器设计的一种新方法,它消除了其他设计方法中普遍存在的有限字长效应问题,因而具有很好的稳定性。本文研究了用有限状态机实现数字滤波系统中的系统稳定性、系统的表达、硬件实现以及软件设计等问题。     

二阶OTA—C滤波器的一般设计法

提出了二阶OTA—C滤波器的一般设计方法。给出了设计实例和实验结果,并对带阻(OTA—C)滤波器的阻带衷减在ω_O处为有限值的原因进行了研究,提出了相应的补偿方案。     

激光测速对喷气引纬流场的测试分析

气流引纬是喷气织机的技术关键之一。本文结合消化分析进口喷嘴和研制新型国产喷嘴的需要,应用激光多普勒测速仪对喷气织机主喷嘴、辅喷嘴及其射流流场进行了测试分析,并探索了提高射流能力的参数匹配规律,所得结果不仅为喷嘴选型提供了依据,还可作为选取有关气流参数的参考。另外,本文通过对计算机绘图软件的改进和开发,使得所绘制的流场变化图形直观易懂,便于比较。     

癸酸和月桂酸酸盐体系的振动光谱研究

对癸酸和月桂酸固体酸盐体系的红外和拉曼光谱进行了研究。     

通用变频器差频控制系统设计

提出了利用通用变频器组成转差频率控制变频调速系统的设计方法，并提供了系统的构成与实验结果     

低温大电流测量中热沉的设计

需要大电流测量的低温实验中，为了保证温度测量的准确性，设计热沉时电流的热效应不可忽略．定量讨论了低温大电流测量中的一维热沉设计．     

Helium isotopic compositions in fluid inclusions of the Gangxi fault belt in the Huanghua Depression, Bohai Bay Basin

Helium is a trace constituent in natural gases and is the lightest element of all rare gases. Formed during natural nuclear processes, helium is chemically stable. Due to its strong diffusibility and permeability, helium can be used as a very sensitive tracer. Helium has two natural stable isotopes, 3He and 4He. 3He originates from the universal nebulae when the earth was formed, and 4He mainly originates from the radioactive disintegration of elements in the crust, such as U and Th [1]. THz time-domain spectroscopy of amino acids

The optical characteristics of four kinds of amino acids （tyrosine, arginine, histidine and glutamine） filled with nitrogen at room temperature were studied by THz time-domain spectroscopy （THz-TDS）. Well-resolved absorption and refractive spectrums between 0.I and 2.8 THz were obtained based on the physical model for extracting the optical parameters of materials in THz range. The results not only fill up the spectra gap of amino acids in far-infrared range, supply data for amino acid molecular identification and conformation analysis, but also demonstrate significantly potential to promote the research and application of biological materials in bio-chemical and medical fields by THz-TDS.     

Functional identification of gene cluster for the aniline metabolic pathway mediated by transposable element

A convenient and widely applicable method has been developed to clone aniline metabolic gene cluster in this study. Three positive recombinant plasmids pDA1, pDB2 and pDB11 were cloned from genomic library of aniline degradation strain AD9. The result of aniline dioxygenase （AD） activity and catechol 2,3-oxygenase （C230） activity assay showed that pDA1 and pDB11 contain aniline dioxygenase genes and catechol 2,3-dioxygenase genes, respectively. The sequence analysis of the total 24.7-kb region revealed that this region contains 25 ORFs, of which 17 genes involve metabolism of aniline. In the gene cluster, the first five genes （tadQTA1A2B） and the subsequent gene （tadR1） were predicted to encode a multi-component aniline dioxygenase and a LysR-type regulator, respectively, while the others （tadD1C1D2C2EFGIJKL） were expected to encode metacleavage pathway enzymes for catechol degradation. The gene cluster was surrounded by two IS1071 sequences.     

昆嵛山萱草属(Hemerocallis L.)植物的核型及其染色体变异研究

研究了两种来自昆嵛山萱草属（Hemerocallis）植物的染色体数目、核型，结果表明：黄花莱（H．citrina）的体细胞中期染色体核型为2n=2X=22=16m＋4sm＋2T。核型不对称系数为58．9％，染色体相对长度组成为2n=2X=22=6L＋10M1＋6S。染色体总体积为105．39μm^3；对于北萱草（Hesculenta），以上各项则分别为2n=2X=22=20m＋2T、53．8％、2n=2X=22=4L＋2M2＋14M1＋2S和99．43μm^3．同时对染色体的性状进行了巢式方差分析，表明居群内个体间、细胞间染色体的形态和大小具有一定程度的变异。且居群内的变异主要来自于个体间．
