Improvement of pitting corrosion resistance for Al-Cu alloy in sodium chloride solution through equal-channel angular pressing

Significant corrosion resistance improvement was achieved in solid-solution treated (T4) Al-Cu alloy after severe grain refinement through equal-channel angular pressing. The bulk ultrafine-grained Al-Cu alloy with grain sizes of 200 ? 300 nm has higher pitting potential (elevated by about 34 mV, SCE) and lower corrosion current density (decreased by about 3.88 μA/cm²) in polarization tests than the as-T4 alloy, and increased polarization resistance (increased by about 5.7 k ?·cm²) in electrochemical impendence spectrum tests, along with alleviated corrosion damage in immersion tests. Two factors responds to the improved corrosion resistance of the alloy: the first is the refinement of residual θ -phase (Al2Cu) particles leading to the lower micro-galvanic currents and reduced susceptibilities to pitting corrosion, the second is the mass of strain-induced crystalline defects provid ing more nucleation sites for the formation of more volume fractions of stable oxide film.     

路面不平度随机激励时域模型的仿真比较与评价

为深入研究常用路面不平度随机模型的特性,基于Matlab仿真环境,对白噪声法、谐波叠加法、FFT法、AR/ARMA法4种模型在指定环境下的效率与结果进行了仿真分析和比较.在将4种模型拓展到多点时域模型后,对多点单轮辙模型的时延相关性、可用性和严密性以及多点双轮辙模型的轮辙相关性、合理性和波动性进行了仿真分析和比较.结合模型适用范围与扩展应用等方面的比较,给出了4种模型应用特性的综合评价结果.完善了多点时域模型的建模方法和体系,得到的评价结果,为车辆优化和设计、路面不平度和谱分析、道路数据库建立以及人车路大系统分析等方向的科研工作者选择模型提供了理论依据.     

Microstructure and properties of high emissivity coatings

A new coating on lining in industrial furnace for energy saving has been developed. Properties and microstructure of the coatings were revealed by emissivity instrument,X-ray diffraction (XRD),transmission electron microscope (TEM) and scanning electron microscope (SEM),respectively. The result indicates that the emissivity of coatings is higher than 0.90 and the thickness of coatings is about 200 μm. ZrO₂,Cr₂O₃ and SiC in the coating benefit practical applications of coatings at high temperature with durable high emissivity and the continuous structure between the coatings and the substrate makes the coatings high cohesion and excellent adhesion for both specimens with and without sintering at high temperature. Result from laboratory experiment shows that the heating speed of specimen with coating is higher than that of controlled specimen and the temperature increases 30℃ during the heating. The average temperature drop of specimen with coatings has a 13.5% improvement in the cooling speed. The application of coatings on the checker brick in a blast furnace of 1750m3 indicates that the coating causes the blast temperature to an average increase of 28℃,reduces the fluctuation of blast temperature before the blowing-in and leads to a fuel saving of 10% approximately.     

控脂美白面膜的制备

通过对天然药物的了解,采用桑叶提取物作为原料制备控脂美白面膜。以单因素考察分析表明,较优面膜的配方为PVA、碳黑、二甲基硅油、维生素E、赛比克、卡波姆、桑叶提取物等。面膜耐热、耐寒及稳定性良好,且无刺激性,使用后皮肤清爽无油腻感,具有一定的控脂保湿效果。     

广东惠州市地表水水质变化与经济发展关系研究

本文通过惠州市近30年水质的变化,尤其是最近5年地表水水质变化情况的研究,找寻引起惠州市水质污染变化的根本原因和排污治污措施,同时将最近5年的水质变化情况与该市经济发展的GDP进行比较,对二者的关系做深入细致的探讨。研究表明:落后的经济对环境的毁坏性更大,这可能与人们的需求和认识有关,而经济的发展不一定对周围环境造成破坏,相反还有助于环境的改善和可持续发展。     

Microcalorimetric investigation of effect of berberine alkaloids from Coptis chinensis Franch on intestinal diagnostic flora growth

The inhibitory effect of three berberine alkaloids (BAs) from Coptis chinensis Franch, a traditional Chinese medicinal (TCM) herb, on Bifidobacterium adolescentis growth was investigated by micro- calorimetry.
