四川红层分布区地下水水化学若干问题探讨——以自贡市为例

利用钻孔试验分析了自贡红层分布区地下水水化学的水平及垂直分布特征,探讨了该区地下水的水化学特征及形成原因,进而探讨红层水资源开采等引起的咸淡水混合、水质变化等相关环境问题.     

Molecular cloning and expression of interleukin Ibeta (IL-1β) from red seabream (Pagrus major)

The interleukin 1β (IL-1β) cDNA was cloned from the red seabream (Pagrus major) by homology cloning strategy. A cDNA fragment was amplified by PCR using two degenerated primers, which were designed according to the conserved regions of other known IL-1β sequences, and elongated by 3' ends and 5' ends RACE PCR to get the full length coding sequence of red seabream IL-1β (RS IL-1β). The sequence contained 1252 nucleotides that included a 5' untranslated region (UTR) of 84bp, a 3' UTR of 410 bp and an open reading frame (ORF) of 759 nucleotides which could be translated into a putative peptide of 253 amino acids with molecular weight of 28.6 kD and putative isoelectric point pI of 5.29. The deduced peptide contained two potential N-glycosylation sites and an identifiable IL1 family signature, but lacked the signal peptide and the clear ICE cut site, which were common in other nonmammalian IL-1β genes. The RS IL-1β had the highest homology with piscine IL-1β according to phylogenetic tree analysis.     

分子筛负载HPA/TiO2催化剂的性能

报道了分子筛负载杂多酸和二氧化钛催化剂MS／HPA／TiO2的制备及其对品红溶液降解的效果，系统研究了催化品红溶液降解的优化条件。实验表明，MS／HPA／TiO2具有良好的催化活性且容易回收。当MS：HPA：TiO2=1：10：1，品红的浓度为0．005％（10mL），催化剂的用量为10mg，反应时间为10min，品红的降解率达到96．87％。     

Impoverishment of Soil Nutrients in Gully Erosion Areas in Yuanmou Basin

The impoverishment of soil nutrients of nine gully head areas in Yuanmou Basin is assessed through an integrated evaluation method established on the basis of Fuzzy mathematics and multivariate mathematical theory. Results show that soil erosion of gully erosion area in Yuanmou basin has resulted in severe impoverishment of soil nutrients. All gully head areas are at high leves of impoverishment except for one at middle. By probing into and analyzing the mechanism of impoverishment of soil nutrients, we find that soil erosion has led to impoverishment of soil nutrients in a way of compacting soil, heightening position of obstacle horizon, and reducing the content of organic matter, as well as the direct loss of nutrient elements. Finally, this paper points out that soil and water conservation arming at the prevention of soil erosion is the most effective way against impoverishment of soil nutrients in Yuanmou basin.     

亚硝基血红色素食品着色剂的研究

本文以健康的猪、牛、羊的新鲜牲血为原料，经化学提取、合成及酶解等简单步骤、研制成了亚硝基血红色素食品着色剂。该产品可替代具有毒性作用的亚硝酸盐而直接加入食品着色，是一种无毒副作用的理想的调味食品着色剂，同时也增强了食品的营成份。     

草鱼和团头鲂的核型及其C带带型的研究

采用用血淋巴细胞培养制备染色体和BSG 显带枝术,研究了草鱼和团头鲂的核型和C 带带型,草鱼、团头鲂都是2n=48,均有8对中部着丝点染色体,10对亚中着丝点和6对亚端着丝点染色体,它们在核型中除第9对染色体短臂有显著差异外,其余染色体形态很为相似,在C 带带型中,大多数染色体都具着丝点C 带,但它们各有特殊的带型,差异较大,草鱼有两对不同圆颗粒状带型亚中着丝点C 带染色体,并有6对短臂全深染的端位型亚端着丝点C 带染色体,还有两对在短臂C带与随体相联的染色体.团头鲂有的在同源染色体长臂间显示对称和不对称的两种插入型C 带,次缢痕位于第9对染色体短臂上,亦为C 带染色阳性,位于缢痕的裂隙内,无端位带,并对草鱼和团头鲂不同亚科的核型特征以及它们染色体与其物种进化的关系进行了初步讨论.     

2,6—二硝基甲苯对鲤鱼的毒性

研究测定了２,６－二硝基甲苯（２,６－ＤＮＴ）对鲤鱼的急性和亚致死毒性．亚致死试验经１８０ｍｇ／Ｌ、３６０ｍｇ／Ｌ、５４０ｍｇ／Ｌ、７２０ｍｇ／Ｌ、９９０ｍｇ／Ｌ２,６－ＤＮＴ暴露２１ｄ．在１５℃～１９℃下,２４ｈ、４８ｈ、７２ｈ、９６ｈ的半致死浓度值分别为２５４８ｍｇ／Ｌ、２２９６ｍｇ／Ｌ、２０１２ｍｇ／Ｌ、１９００ｍｇ／Ｌ．亚致死试验中,根据２,６－ＤＮＴ对鲤鱼生长和肝、肾、鳃ＡＴＰａｓｅ活力的影响,求得２,６－ＤＮＴ的最大允许毒物浓度为１８０～３６０ｍｇ／Ｌ．     

鳙鱼不同组织的同工酶研究

采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳的方法,对鳙鱼的脑、晶体、心脏、肝脏、肾脏、肌肉等六种组织进行了十种同工酶（α＿ＡＭＹ、ＥＳＴ、ＧＯＴ、Ｇ６ＰＤ、ＩＤＨ、ＬＤＨ、ＭＤＨ、ＭＥ、ＰＯＸ、ＳＯＤ）的电泳研究,并对各种酶的同工酶位点及酶谱表型进行了分析,其中鳙鱼的α＿ＡＭＹ和ＰＯＸ的研究还未见报道．结果表明,除ＧＯＴ外,其余酶均存在不同程度的组织差异,Ｇ６ＰＤ在肝脏,ＩＤＨ在脑以及ＬＤＨ在心脏出现了特殊的酶谱,作者就此进行了分析和推测．     

含氟聚合物在赤磷基抗红外发烟剂中的应用

在实验室条件下利用多波段红外辐射仪，测试了含四种不同聚合物的赤磷发烟剂燃烧产生的烟雾在远红外波段的透过率，并使用粉尘取样仪测试了烟雾的质量，计算出了各种烟雾质量消光系数．试验结果和计算表明：以含氟聚合物的赤磷发烟剂燃烧产生烟雾在远红外波段的质量消光系数最高，透过率最低，并分析了上述烟雾在远红外波段具有不同质量消光系数的原因．     

DNA与中性红相互作用电化学和光谱研究

利用电化学和光谱方法研究中性红和DNA的相互作用,根据其循环伏安曲线和紫外-可见光谱,在pH=7.05缓冲体系中中性红与DNA发生了嵌插作用.
