上皮生长因子预防心脏术后心包粘连的实验及临床研究

目的探讨上皮生长因子(EGF)对心脏术后心包粘连的预防作用.方法术中对犬心包内喷洒上皮生长因子3个月后,观察心包粘连情况;选先天性心脏病、房缺及室缺病人40例,术中心包内喷洒上皮生长因子,术后6个月、12个月经CT检查,判定心包粘连、增厚结果.结果在动物实验和临床研究中,实验组粘连程度显著低于对照组(P<0.01).结论 EGF心包内应用有明显预防心脏术后心包粘连的作用.     

Common Molecular Mechanisms of Mammary Gland Development and Breast Cancer

During its lifetime, the mammary gland undergoes many phases of development and differentiation. Much of this occurs during puberty, when the ductal epithelium expands by branching morphogenesis, invading the surrounding fat pad to form an organised mammary tree. Throughout its existence, the epithelium will go through several cycles of proliferation and cell death during pregnancy, lactation and involution. Many of the signalling mechanisms which control the initial invasion of the fat pad by the epithelium, and regulate its continuing plasticity, can be harnessed or corrupted by tumour cells in order to support their aberrant growth and progression towards invasion. This is true not just for the epithelial cells themselves but also for cells in the surrounding microenvironment, including fibroblasts, macrophages and adipocytes. This review examines the complex web of signalling and adhesion interactions controlling branching morphogenesis, and how their alteration can promote malignancy. Current in vivo and in vitro mammary gland models are also discussed. (Part of a Multi-author Review)     

脉动流诱发有附着物的板振分析

利用压气机与脉动流发生装置，变流体成脉动流注入到工程中的板壳结构上，使其固体结构部分在脉动流的作用下产生强迫振动，这对工业上分离板壳结构表面固体附着物很有实际意义，以薄板为研究对象，导出了薄板横向振动即弯曲振动微分方程，并着重从理论上分析了分离其上的固体附着物的条件及其各种影响因素。     

Podocalyxin enhances the adherence of cells to platelets

Podocalyxin (PODXL) is a mucin protein of the CD34 family expressed in kidney glomerular podocytes, vascular endothelium, progenitor bone marrow and tumor cells. It is assumed that PODXL plays an anti-adherent role in kidney podocytes. CHO cells stably expressing human PODXL (CHO-PODXL) or human tumor cells (Tera-1) inherently expressing PODXL showed increased adherence to platelets. The adherence of cells was inhibited (70%) by blockers of platelet P-selectin, prevented by the soluble ectodomain of human PODXL (PODXL-Δ) or by the arginine-glycine-aspartate (RGDS) peptide and partially impeded by inhibition of integrin αVβ3/αVβ5, suggesting a coordinated action of P-selectin and integrins. Colocalization of platelet P-selectin and PODXL expressed on CHO cells was demonstrated by confocal immunofluorescence. No adherence to platelets was observed when PODXL was expressed in glycomutant CHO cells deficient in sialic acid. 缩合型硅橡胶与金属的粘接研究

在以南大α系列硅烷偶联剂为基础的交联增粘体系中,引入某些γ系列硅烷偶联剂及增粘助剂,制成单组分室温硫化型粘合剂,并测定了其与铝、铜及不锈钢的粘接性能关系.研究表明:在既定的体系中加入KH-550、KH-792、WD-30以及KH-550与KH570的反应物可有效提高粘合剂对铝合金、黄铜及不锈钢的内聚破坏率,而且KH-550、KH-792还有助于改善粘合剂的贮存稳定性.     

WC—Co硬质合金刀片热丝法金刚石薄膜涂层附着力

用热丝法研究了ＷＣ－６％Ｃｏ硬质合金刀片金刚石薄膜涂层附着力。结果表明：采用温度为８０℃,（ＨＣｌ：ＨＮＯ３：Ｈ２Ｏ）（体积比）为１∶１∶１溶液对硬质合金刀片表面去Ｃｏ１５ｍｉｎ后,经４０ｕｍ金刚石粉及１．５ｕｍ金刚石加２０ｕｍＴａＣ混合粉进行超声预处理,结果表明,沉积的金刚石薄膜与硬质合金刀片基底具有良好的附着力,而经４０ｕｍ金刚石粉处理的薄膜涂层组织与附着力要好一些。     

采油中的润湿热、粘附功和吸附焓变

为了深入了解润湿热、粘附功和吸附焓变在；果油中的地位、应用和相互关系，从概念、相互关系和测量方法等方面探讨了3个量的意义，分析了它们在采油中的作用和应用。分析表明，粘附与润湿均与吸附有关，二者关系密切，在采油中起着举足轻重的作用。油在岩石表面的粘附功、润湿热越大，越不容易被驱走；驱油剂在岩石表面的润湿热越大，越有利于自发渗吸，提高洗油效率；驱油剂在岩石表面的吸附焓变越大，吸附能力越强，越有利于改变岩石表面的性质。     

非铁基材料化学镀镍基合金

采用化学镀的方法在钨振子、PVC表面沉积镍基合金。为获得钨振子与镀层同较强的结合力，通过采用不同预处理、热处理方法来完成。实验表明，用以双氧水为主的混合液预处理，Ni-P合金镀层结合力最佳；在保护性气氛中热处理，可大大增强镀层与基体结合力。PVC表面用氯化钯活化可得到导电性良好的镍基合金镀层。     

细胞间粘附分子-1测定在肝细胞肝癌诊治中的意义

近年关于细胞间粘附分子－１（ＩＣＡＭ－１）与肝细胞肝癌（ＨＣＣ）的研究表明，８０％～９６％ＨＣＣ组织中ＩＣＡＭ－１的表达呈阳性，而血清中ＩＣＡＭ－１与组织ＩＣＡＭ－１的表达吻合率为８７％，体外实验性证实血清ＩＣＡＭ－１来源于肿瘤细胞表面脱落的ＩＣＡＭ１，由于血清ＩＣＡＭ－１来源及结构的特点，可干扰机体免疫系统对肿瘤的监控，使病情迅速发展；临床上观察到血清ＩＣＡＭ－１水平与ＨＣＣ病情的恶化程度成正比     

应用尿激酶预防屈肌腱粘连的实验研究

选用４８只３月龄、体重为２ｋｇ的白来亨鸡，分为实验组及阳性对照组，对侧肢体为阴性对照组，术后第５、１０、２０、３５天分别观察肌腱水肿度、肌健主动屈曲度及肌腱屈曲功，并做病表明，应用尿激酶能使实验组肌腱水肿度减轻，肌腱的主动屈曲度及屈曲功有效所善，并与阳性对照组比较有显著性差异。
