The irreversible modifying effects onPst I of several inhibitors have been studied with the irreversible inhibition kinetic theory of single substrate reaction provided by Tsou, C. L. Pyridoxal phosphate (PLP), p-chloromercuribenzoic acid (PCMB), diisopropyl fluorophosphate (DEP), 2,3-diacetyl (DAC) and N-ethyl-5-phenylisoxazoliun-3′-sulfonate (woodward's reagent K, WRK) modify the lysine, cysine, serteine, arginine and carboxyl groups of the protein molecule respectively. These five inhibitors have been found to inhibit both the prime activity and star activity ofPst I. Used with the irreversible inhibition theory, the apparent inhibition rate constant,A and the microcosmic inhibition rate constants,k +0 andk′ +0 of every inhibitor were calculated. We also found that their inhibition effects belong to the noncompetitive irreversible inhibition. Results show that among the groups to be modified, some have nothing to do with the combination with the substrate, and some may have, but any of them isn't the only factor involved in the specific binding. Despite all this, they may take part in the catalysis of enzyme or have important effects on maintaining the active structure of enzyme molecules. Furthermore, serine and arginine residues are related to the alteration ofPst I conformation and then influence the ability ofPst I recognizing and incising DNA specifically. In the first part of this paper, three generalizations of arrangement graphA n,k of [1], namelyB n, k,C n, k andD n, k, are introduced. We prove that all the three classes of graphs are vertex symmetric, two of them are edge symmetric. They have great faulty tolerance and high connectivity. We give the diameters ofB n, kandC n,k, the Hamiltonian cycle ofC n, k and Hamiltonian path ofB n,k. We list several open problems, one of them related to the complexity of sorting algorithm on the arrangement graphs. All these graphs can be thought as generalizations of star graph but are more flexible so that they can be considered as new interconnection network topologies. In the second part of this paper, we provide other four classes of combinatorial graphes,Ch n, Cyn, Zhn, andZy n. Many good properties of them, such as high node-connectivity, node symmetry, edge symmetry, diameter, ets., are shown in this paper.  相似文献

To understand the origin and its climatic implications of the Huguang Maar sediments, we conducted laser grain size analysis and rock mangtic measurement for the recent deposits from the Huguang Maar and for the volcanic rocks of the caldera for comparison. The grain size distributions are dominated by clayey silts for both the bulk sediments and magnetic separates. Acquisition of isothermal remanent magnetization (IRM) and thermal demagnetization of IRM suggest (titano) magnetite as the dominating magnetic mineral in the sediments; high coercivity minerals are not detected. Therefore, the ratio of the susceptibility of anhysteretic remanent magnetization (k ARM) to the weak field magnetic susceptibility (k), k ARM/k can be used to estimate the grain size of magnetite. The sediments and volcanic rocks yield values of 13.7 and 11.8 for the k ARM/k, respectively, corresponding to grain size values of ~0.03 µm and ~0.05 µm. The magnetic granulometry of lake sediments is distinctive from one of the Chinese loess, in which published data suggest a value of 6.0 for k ARM/k, and grain size of ~0.1 µm, but is akin to the nearby volcanic rocks. Although a Loess Plateau source of the lake sediments cannot be fully ruled out, the catchment is most probably the main source. We explain the slightly finer magnetite grain size in sediments than in the volcanic rocks as being disintegrated of particles during erosion and transportation. We conclude that there is no evidence for aeolian input of the Loess Plateau dusts into the Huguang Maar, and the relationship between magnetic parameters of the lake sediments and winter monsoon intensity is probably more complicated than previously thought.  相似文献

Boron is added into single crystal superalloys as a micro-alloying element to strengthen low angle grain boundaries.However,systematic investigations on the effect of boron on microstructures of single crystal superalloys are limitedly reported.The effect of boron on as-cast and heat-treated microstructures was investigated in two experimental Ni-based single crystal superalloys containing 3 wt% Re.The current results indicated that the volume fraction of(γ+γ′)eutectic and M_3B_2 borides was evidently increased,while the number of micropores was evidently decreased with the addition of 0.02 wt% boron.The(γ+γ′)eutectic could not be dissolved completely due to the lower incipient melting temperature caused by the formation of M_3B_2 borides.Meanwhile,the M_3B_2 borides were found to be enriched with indispensable strengthening elements Cr,Mo,W and Re,and this may lower the strengthening effect and cause stress concentration during high temperature creep.  相似文献

Cavitation flow simulation for a centrifugal pump at a low flow rate   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
A computational model on the basis of the combination of the full cavitation model and the modified re-normalization group (RNG) k-ε turbulence model are used to simulate the cavitating flow in a centrifugal pump at a low flow rate. A filter function is introduced for the RNG k-ε turbulence model in order to consider the compressibility in the cavitating flow. The calculated values of the net positive suction head available (H NPSHa ) agree well with the experimental measurements. The cavities in the impeller are obtained and their evolvement with H NPSHa are revealed.  相似文献

A new grain topology-size relationship in three-dimensional(3D)polycrystalline microstructures has recently been established by considering the effects of non-random first nearest neighbor grains.In this contribution,a generalized form for this relationship is presented by considering the interactions of kth(k=1,2,3…)nearest neighbor grains,and large scale Monte Carlo-Potts model simulation is used to investigate the general neighborhood topological effect on the topology-size relationship.The results show that,unlike their first nearest neighbors(k=1),the topological correlations of 3D grains with their kth layers(k 2)of nearest-neighbors may have trivial effect on the topology-size relationship.  相似文献

Superhydrophobic (SH) Copper salt was prepared with the help of three different chemical etching agents and characterized by various analytical techniques like Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy, UV–visible spectroscopy, X-ray diffractogram (XRD), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), high resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The SH nature of the material was confirmed by water contact angle (WCA) measurement. Cu surface with the etching agent was made to produce SH Cu surface. Among the chemical etching agents the system with Cl, F and Si exhibited the SH character. The SH hierarchically structured heterogeneous materials produced were used as a catalyst for the reduction of Cr(VI) and 4-nitrophenol (NiP). The catalytic activities of the materials were compared on the apparent rate constant (kapp) and induction time (Ti). Among the catalyst systems used, the Cu-Trichoropentaflourooctylsilane (TCPFOSi) system exhibited the highest kapp and Ti values.  相似文献

A new type of dendritic polymer, named dendronized hyperbranched polymer (DHP), was prepared successfully by the macro-monomer approach. The equatorial ring current (ERC) theory suggested that the distribution of global disturbed horizontal geomagnetic field only depends on the cosine of station’s latitude. However, we always observe a larger ΔH at higher latitude stations than lower ones, implying that the ERC could tilt or/and shift with respect to the equatorial plane during intense storms. In this paper, we analyze 11 intense magnetic storms from 2000 to 2004, and introduce two configurational factors to characterize the topology of storm time ring current. The results show that ERC has occasionally deviated off equatorial plane with both tilt angle δt≈13°―25° and latitude shift δs≈0°―21.8°. The ground disturbed field distribution should be improved as ΔHk = ΔHmaxcos(φk-δ ), which agree well with the geomagnetic observations.  相似文献

Ciliate Euplotes octocarinatus centrin (EoCen) is an EF-hand calcium-binding protein closely related to the prototypical calcium sensor protein calmodulin. The first amino acid of the Ca2+-binding loops found in the EF-hand calcium-binding proteins is a highly conserved aspartic acid residue. The D37K mutant was produced to elucidate the metal binding role of the first aspartic acid of the EF-loop I of EoCen. Aromatic-sensitized Tb3+ fluorescence results indicated that the metal binding ability of loop I was lost due to the D37K mutation. Based on fluorescence titration curves of Lu2-D37K, the conditional binding constants of the EoCen loop II were quantitatively found to be K II = (1.61 ± 0.04) × 105 L mol?1 and K II = (3.52 ± 0.08) × 102 L mol?1 with Tb3+ and Ca2+, respectively. Using 2-p-toluidinylnaphthalene-6-sulfonate as a hydrophobic probe, exposure of the hydrophobic surface upon metal binding was found to be significantly reduced for the metal ion-saturated EoCen D37K mutant.  相似文献

MgO-modified Li0.06(Na0.5K0.5)0.94NbO3 (L6NKN) lead-free piezoelectric ceramics were synthesized by normal sintering at a relatively low temperature of 1000°C. The crystalline phase, microstructure, and electrical properties of the ceramics were investigated with a special emphasis on the influence of MgO content. The addition of MgO effectively improves the sinterability of the L6NKN ceramics. X-ray diffraction analysis indicates that the morphotropic phase boundary (MPB) separating orthorhombic and tetragonal phases for the ceramics lies in the range of Mg doping content (x) from 0.3at% to 0.7at%. High electrical properties of the piezoelectric constant (d 33=238 pC/N), planar electromechanical coupling coefficient (k p=41.5%), relative dielectric constant (? r=905), and remanent polarization (P r=38.3 μC/cm2) are obtained from the specimen with x=0.5at%, which suggests that the Li0.06(Na0.5K0.5)0.94Nb(1?2x/5)Mg x O3 (x=0.5at%) ceramic is a promising lead-free piezoelectric material.  相似文献

The anionic polymer γ-polyglutamic acid(γ-PGA) was used to coat urea and slow its dissolution. Three types of slow release urea(SRU) fertilizers(polymer coated urea with pore constriction, polymer coated urea with enzyme inhibitor and polymer coated urea with pore constriction and enzyme inhibitor) were prepared and tested for the N-release rate. After using SRU, the effect on the tomato growth was analyzed. The extracts of SRU were analyzed for NH3/NH4+-N and NO3--N. The N-release rate was used to determine the optimum ratio of ingredients. The results show that the three types of SRU met the dissolution rate standards recommended by the Committee of European Normalization. γ-PGA SRU increased the chlorophyll content of tomato(flowering stage) by an average of 100% compared with that grew in untreated urea. The results from soil analysis(0-60 cm in tomato pots) indicate that the content of NH3/NH4+-N in SRU-treated pots was 25%-61% higher than that in soil from urea-treated pots during the growing period,while the content of NO3--N was nearly 50% lower after the tomato had been harvested. Newly formulated SRU fertilizer increases nitrogen uptake and reduces loss of applied nitrogen. Plant growth is enhanced, a valuable resource is conserved, and the aquatic environment benefits from decreased level of nitrate in agricultural run-off.  相似文献
