目的:分析磨牙隐裂后的临床特点,探讨保存治疗,恢复咀嚼功能的意义。方法:对临床确诊的50例磨牙隐裂进行综合治疗。(1)对有深纹,牙髓活力正常,伴有过敏症状者,调。(2)对伴有牙髓炎或根尖病变者,为防止患牙折裂,经后牙带环外固定,调,常规根管治疗后,观察2周,无症状者,以金属烤瓷牙全冠修复,2年后分析其疗效。结果:通过以上综合治疗,有保存意义的隐裂磨牙经金属烤瓷全冠修复,完全修复患牙正常结构和咀嚼功能45例,失败5例,有效率达90%。结论:对隐裂磨牙采取及时适当的综合治疗,以及综合治疗后全冠修复,绝大多数可保存患牙,恢复咀嚼功能,治疗效果良好。  相似文献

探讨磨牙及双尖牙在根管治疗后行金属烤瓷全冠修复的必要性,笔者对根管治疗后未行金属烤瓷全冠修复,且出现临床并发症的患者进行了临床对比分析,及病因分析。磨牙及双尖牙在根管充填及银汞充填后及时行金属烤瓷全冠修复,可降低并发症的发生,且可长久的保留患牙于口腔,是一种相当有必要的修复手段。  相似文献

探讨成人上前牙区牙列间隙的有效治疗方法.方法:通过对成人上前牙区牙列间隙利用可摘局部义齿修复[1]、光固化复合树脂修复[2]、烤瓷熔附金属冠桥修复[3]、上前牙区牙列间隙的正畸治疗[4]等不同方法的应用进行比较.结论:上前牙牙列间隙的关闭应根据当地医疗条件、医务人员的技术力量、病人的口腔条件及经济能力来决定.首选正畸结合烤瓷冠桥修复的方法,如果患牙条件适合,可以直接烤瓷全冠修复;如果没有烤瓷条件,或患者不愿磨牙,可以选用光固化复合树脂修复.在条件较差的边远地区,仍然可以采用可摘局部义齿修复.  相似文献

目的 :探讨隐裂牙的治疗方法 ,评价隐裂牙综合治疗后的临床效果。方法 :对 1993年~ 1997年治疗的 85例隐裂牙进行列表统计分析 ,观察疗效。结果 :85例隐裂牙综合治疗后 ,2年以上疗效观察 ,总的牙齿保存率为 89.4% ,隐裂牙的疗效与牙髓活力、叩诊症状、牙齿松动度对照统计分析 ,都有显著性差异。结论 :对隐裂牙及时调牙合 ,均衡全口牙合力负担 ,牙髓治疗、全冠修复是保存隐裂牙十分重要的治疗措施 ,隐裂牙早发现、早治疗可提高患牙保存率。  相似文献

目的改善成人上牙前突的面容美观及提高咀嚼功能方法30例患者中140颗作为基牙进行钛合金烤瓷联冠修复并进行临床观察.结果钛合金烤瓷联冠边缘密合度良好率为85.7%,基牙健康状况良好率86.4%,咀嚼功能恢复良好率90.1%.结论钛合金烤瓷联冠的修复可以作为成人上牙前突的美容修复治疗方法.  相似文献

目的:对牙齿折裂原因进行分析,以便于预防牙齿折裂和进行早期的修复治疗。方法:收集典型病例,分别就年龄.性别.牙位.牙髓状况.牙髓治疗.充填.咬合等与折裂的关系进行观察。结果:牙齿折裂发生的年龄最集中的是在20~40岁的年龄段,且男性多于女性;上颌第一磨牙折裂发生率最高;折裂与牙髓状况、充填、咬合等都有关。结论:建议早期预防性修复治疗或有效的调牙合处理。  相似文献

探讨不同治疗方法对早期牙隐裂的临床治疗效果,进而合理选择治疗方法。研究时间:2017年3月至2019年3月,研究对象:庆阳市人民医院口腔科收治的64例早期活髓牙隐裂患者(72颗隐裂牙),通过随机数字表法分为A组、B组、C组,A组:21例(24颗牙),采用综合修复方案治疗(充填联合全冠修复),B组:22例(24颗牙),采用全瓷金高嵌体修复,C组:21例(24颗牙),采用单纯全冠修复。比较各组患者功能恢复时间、治疗效果与治疗满意度。A组牙齿外观恢复正常、牙齿生理功能恢复正常时间小于B组与C组,有统计学意义(P0.05);B组、C组患者牙齿外观恢复正常、牙齿生理功能恢复正常时间差异较小,无统计学意义(P0.05);A组患者治疗总有效率高于B组与C组,有统计学意义(P0.05);B组、C组治疗总有效率差异较小,无统计学意义(P0.05);A组治疗满意度评分高于B组、C组,有统计学意义(P0.05);B组、C组治疗满意度评分差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。早期牙隐裂患者采取充填联合全冠修复综合治疗方案,能够提高治疗效果,加快患者症状缓解,提高患者治疗满意率,值得推广与应用。  相似文献

The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3~4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰~ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰~ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084~0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078~0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献

本文叙述了对海南岛及其毗邻大陆边缘白垩纪到第四纪地层岩石进行古地磁研究的全部工作过程。通过分析岩石中剩余磁矢量的磁偏角及磁倾角的变化,提出海南岛白垩纪以来经历的构造演化模式如下:早期伴随顺时针旋转而向南迁移,后期伴随逆时针转动并向北运移。联系该地区及邻区的地质、地球物理资料,对海南岛上述的构造地体运动提出以下认识:北部湾内早期有一拉张作用,主要是该作用使湾内地壳显著伸长减薄,形成北部湾盆地。从而导致了海南岛的早期构造运动,而海南岛后期的构造运动则主要是受南海海底扩张的影响。海南地体运动规律的阐明对于了解北部湾油气盆地的形成演化有重要的理论和实际意义。  相似文献

There are numerous geometric objects stored in the spatial databases. An importance function in a spatial database is that users can browse the geometric objects as a map efficiently. Thus the spatial database should display the geometric objects users concern about swiftly onto the display window. This process includes two operations:retrieve data from database and then draw them onto screen. Accordingly, to improve the efficiency, we should try to reduce time of both retrieving object and displaying them. The former can be achieved with the aid of spatial index such as R-tree, the latter require to simplify the objects. Simplification means that objects are shown with sufficient but not with unnecessary detail which depend on the scale of browse. So the major problem is how to retrieve data at different detail level efficiently. This paper introduces the implementation of a multi-scale index in the spatial database SISP (Spatial Information Shared Platform) which is generalized from R-tree. The difference between the generalization and the R-tree lies on two facets: One is that every node and geometric object in the generalization is assigned with a importance value which denote the importance of them, and every vertex in the objects are assigned with a importance value,too. The importance value can be use to decide which data should be retrieve from disk in a query. The other difference is that geometric objects in the generalization are divided into one or more sub-blocks, and vertexes are total ordered by their importance value. With the help of the generalized R-tree, one can easily retrieve data at different detail levels.Some experiments are performed on real-life data to evaluate the performance of solutions that separately use normal spatial index and multi-scale spatial index. The results show that the solution using multi-scale index in SISP is satisfying.  相似文献
