近年来集成电路控制的有源功率因数校正(APFC)技术成为提高功率因数行之有效的方法,本文主要介绍了有源功率因数校正电路(APFC)的工作原理,并基于L6562芯片设计了一种实际应用的有源功率因数校正电路,分析了该电路的工作原理,着重说明了L6562外围电路的参数选择与设计,与以前采用的功率因数补偿电路相比较,该电路简单,功率因数补偿效果显著,电流的总谐波失真(T H D)小于10%,功率因数可以大幅提高到0.99以上;一个设计良好的APFC应用电路,能达到延长电气产品寿命、减少用电设备对电网的干扰、提高用电效率的目标。  相似文献

有源功率因数校正技术对解决电源污染问题有着重要意义。本文引入建模分析法和状态空间法研究一种平均电流控制模式的Boost型功率因数校正技术,分析Boost变换器各个环节的电压、电流的变化情况,推导其状态方程,建立了Boost变换器的MATLAB仿真模型,并利用UC3854控制芯片,设计出一个基于平均电流控制模式的功率因数校正实验装置。仿真与实验结果的一致性表明该模型是有效的。  相似文献

设计一种新型单相高功率因数整流器.主电路采用无源无损缓冲网络来实现主开关管的零电流开通和零电压关断,控制电路采用基于单周期控制的CCM型功率因数校正芯片IR1150作为主控芯片.分析单周期控制的功率因数校正与无源无损网络的工作原理,对高功率因数整流器的主要模块如升压储能电感、无源无损网络、EMI滤波器和噪声干扰的抑制等进行分析与设计.研究结果表明:该高功率因数整流器设计合理、性能可靠,无需传统PFC电路所需的乘法器、输入电压采样以及固定的三角波振荡器,简化了PFC电路的设计并缩小了装置体积,功率因数可达0.992.  相似文献

电压型PWM整流器通过对整流器直流侧电压PWM调制,不但能使直流电压在一定范围内可调,而且使整流器的交流侧电流正弦化,并能够实现单位功率因数运行,实现高功率因数的整流装置.而控制PWM整流器交流侧的方法有多种,从电压型PWM整流器的静态模型入手,详细分析了电压型PWM整流器交流侧电流电流的控制规律,得出了一种间接电流控制模型,并阐述了间接电流控制的PWM整流器系统的设计,最后对该方法进行仿真,结果表明,采用这种电流控制,能够实现PWM整流器高功率因数运行.  相似文献

介绍一种高效率相Boost型功率因数校正电路,通过对传统Boost型功率因数校正电路进行改进,提高了其效率。提出采用积分复位控制电路以实现单位功率因数。积分复位控制(IRC)高效率单相Boost型功率因数校正技术(PFC)具有常频控制,有利于滤波器的设计;控制电路简单,控制思路清晰,不需要乘法器;控制效果好,输入电流波形很好地跟踪输入电压波形;变换器的效率高等特征,仿真和试验结果很好地证明了理论分析的正确性。  相似文献

电力电子换流装置的正常工作依赖市网供电,然而其内部存在的AC-DC模块却很容易使输入电流发生畸变,针对导致的谐波污染和用电安全问题,在分析了升压型有源功率因数校正电路工作原理的基础上,提出了一种以NCP1654芯片为核心的有源功率因数校正电路的设计方法,并先后完成样机电路设计、主要元器件参数的计算与选择、仿真分析、样机测试;仿真与样机测试结果显示,该有源功率因数校正电路控制简单,功率因数高,电流波形失真小,可以实现谐波的消除和输入电流相位的校正,提高了系统的电能效率与功率品质,保证了电网和电气设备的经济安全运行,达到了国内技术监督局和国际电工委员会要求的电网谐波标准。  相似文献

由无源滤波器(PF)和小容量的有源滤波器串联组成的并联型混合有源滤波器(PHAPF),能较好地提高PF的滤波性能,并克服单独采用有源滤波器造价高的缺点.基于系统谐波电流反馈控制方式的PHAPF能有效地补偿负荷电流的谐波分量,但会使补偿后的负荷节点电压产生较大的畸变,针对这一问题提出了一种基于负荷节点电压畸变分量反馈控制的PHAPF控制策略,可以在有效补偿负荷电流谐波分量和校正负荷功率因数的同时较好地抑制负荷节点电压畸变.数字仿真验证了该控制策略的有效性.  相似文献

为了满足未来电力系统对直流操作电源的要求,给出了一种具有高功率因数的用于电力系统的新型直流操作开关电源的设计和实现。通过对高频开关电源几种常见拓扑结构的比较和分析,设计的开关电源模块输入级采用了升压变换器来校正功率因数,DC/DC变换采用高可靠性的双管正激电路和电流型控制。电源系统采用无主均流控制方式,真正实现N+1冗余运行,并以8031单片机控制RS485串行接口构成智能监控,使该电源系统具备新一代直流操作电源系统的所有功能。文中给出了系统较详细的设计过程,分析了影响开关电源性能的各种因素及解决方法。  相似文献

设计了带功率因数校正的单端多路反激式开关电源,在主电路的设计中重点进行了高频变压器的计算,包括电感量的计算、磁芯的选择以及气隙的计算等。功率因数校正采用SA7527集成控制器,消除电流谐波。仿真结果表明,输出电压稳定,并且输入电流谐波含量减小,功率因数得到了提高。  相似文献

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3~4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰~ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰~ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084~0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078~0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.  相似文献

以AC-13级配为基础,将橡胶颗粒代替部分集料掺入混合料中,以低温弯曲试验为评价方法对不同橡胶颗粒掺量下沥青混合料的低温抗裂性进行研究,并引入应变能密度值对混合料的低温抗裂性进行综合评价.试验结果表明:橡胶颗粒沥青混合料试件的破坏微应变均超过2 300,满足冬寒区的技术指标;无论是否掺加橡胶颗粒,随着温度的下降,沥青混合料破坏时的最大弯拉强度增大,弯拉应变降低,劲度模量增大;弯曲应变能密度在胶粒掺量为1%左右时具有较大的弯曲应变能密度值,此时橡胶颗粒沥青混合料具有较好的低温抗裂性.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献

Quality traits in wheat (Triticum aestirum L.) were studied by quantitative trait locus (QTL) analysis in a recombinant inbred line (RIL) population, a set of 131 lines derived from Chuan 35050 × Shannong 483 cross (ChSh). Grains from RILs were assayed for 21 quality traits related to protein and starch. A total of 35 putative QTLs for 19 traits with a single QTL explaining 7.99-40.52% of phenotypic variations were detected on 10 chromosomes, 1D, 2A, 2D, 3B, 3D, 5A, 6A, 6B, 6D, and 7B. The additive effects of 30 QTLs were positive, contributed by Chuan 35050, the remaining 5 QTLs were negative with the additive effect contributed by Shannong 483. For protein traits, 15 QTLs were obtained and most of them were located on chromosomes 1 D, 3B and 6D, while 20 QTLs for starch traits were detected and most of them were located on chromosomes 3D, 6B and 7B. Only 7 QTLs for protein and starch traits were co-located in three regions on chromosomes 1D, 2A and 2D. These protein and starch trait QTLs showed a distinct distribution pattern in certain regions and chromosomes. Twenty-two QTLs were clustered in 6 regions of 5 chromosomes. Two QTL clusters for protein traits were located on chromosomes 1D and 3B, respectively, three clusters for starch traits on chromosomes 3D, 6B and 7B, and one cluster including protein and starch traits on chromosome 1D.  相似文献
