在pH 值为7.50的Britton-Robinson缓冲介质中, 盐酸西布曲明与酸性铬蓝K反应, 形成离子缔合物, 溶液颜色发生明显改变, 最大吸收波长位于564 nm, 同时在652 nm处形成负吸收. 在负吸收处, 线性关系良好, 从而建立测定盐酸西布曲明的分光光度法. 在652 nm处, 盐酸西布曲明的浓度在0~4.80×10–6 mol/L范围内遵守比尔定律, 表观摩尔吸光系数为3.35×104 L/(mol?cm), 检出限为1.66×10–7 mol/L. 该方法具有较高的灵敏度和良好的选择性, 用于合成样及尿样中盐酸西布曲明的测定, 结果满意.  相似文献

在pH5.74的HOAc-NaOAc的缓冲介质中,盐酸利多卡因(LDKI)与曙红亚甲基蓝(EMB)染料反应,形成离子缔合物,溶液颜色发生明显改变,最大吸收波长在508 nm处,在此波长处,盐酸利多卡因的浓度与溶液的增色程度呈良好线性关系,从而建立测定盐酸利多卡因的光度法.在最大吸收波长处,盐酸利多卡因的浓度在0~2.19×10-5mol/L范围内遵守比尔定律,表观摩尔吸光系数为1.47×104L/(mol.cm),检出限为5.92×10-7mol/L.方法具有较高的灵敏度和良好的选择性,用于盐酸利多卡因注射液和胶浆剂中盐酸利多卡因的测定,结果满意.  相似文献

在碱性条件下,盐酸肼屈嗪对鲁米诺-铁氰化钾化学发光体系有强烈的增敏作用.结合流动注射技术,建立了流动注射化学发光测定盐酸肼屈嗪的新方法.在优化的实验条件下,测定盐酸肼屈嗪的线性范围为2.0×10-8 mol/L~1.0×10-6 mol/L,检出限为4×10-9 mol/L,对于浓度为6.0×10-7 mol/L的盐酸肼屈嗪连续测定11次,测定值的相对标准偏差为1.6%,以片剂为基体,用标准加入法检验方法的回收率,测得结果为99.1%~100.8%.该方法用于盐酸肼屈嗪片剂中盐酸肼屈嗪的定量分析,结果满意.  相似文献

研究了聚苯胺分散铂修饰电极及其电分析性能,并用于肾上腺素的电化学测定.在1.0mol/L的盐酸氯化钾溶液中,氧化峰电流与肾上腺素的浓度在0.9×10-5~2.5×10-3mol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,检出限为1.6×10-6mol/L.可用于实际样品中肾上腺素的测定.  相似文献

本文提出大气中SO_2的化学发光分析法。方法以酸性K_2Cr_2O_7溶液为吸收液吸收大气中的SO_2生成Cr~(3)。通过Lumino/-H_2O_2-Cr~(3 )体系的化学发光反应间接测定SO_2的含量。工作曲线在1.0×10~(-4)~1.0×10~(-7)mol/L范围内具有良好的线性关系,检出限为2.3×10~(-8)mol/L。相对标准偏差小于2%。本方法简单、快速、灵敏度高,与盐酸副玫瑰苯胺比色法比较,结果一致。  相似文献

利用循环伏安法(CV)研究了多壁碳纳米管修饰碳纤维微电极(MWNT/CF)对肾上腺素(Ep)的电催化作用,详细讨论了电催化反应的最佳条件.实验表明,在0.5 mol/L H2SO4溶液中,Ep的浓度在4.6×10-4 mol/L~9.1×10-7 mol/L范围内,氧化峰电流与浓度成良好的线性关系,检测限为9.1×10-8 mol/L.将该修饰电极用于盐酸肾上腺素针剂的测定,8次平行样品测定结果的相对标准偏差为1.5%,回收率为97.0%~ 107.1%.  相似文献

利用循环伏安法,将灿烂绿(BG)电聚合于玻碳基体电极表面,成功地制备出对盐酸利多卡因(LH)具有良好电催化作用的聚灿烂绿薄膜修饰电极(PBGE).结果表明,在0.1 mol/L KNO3+0.05 mol/L PBS(p H=6.8)体系中,LH的浓度在6.9×10-6~1.4×10-4mol/L范围内时,氧化峰电流与浓度呈现良好的线性关系,线性方程和线性相关系数分别为:ipa(μA)=-11.71-2.85×10-5 CLH(mol/L),R=0.998 8,检测限可达3.5×10-6mol/L.将该法用于盐酸利多卡因样品的测定,8次平行测定结果的相对标准偏差不大于4.9%,样品回收率范围为95.6%~102.9%,符合微量分析的要求.  相似文献

对以羧基化水溶性碳纳米管(CNT)作增敏剂,用方波溶出伏安法测定水样中痕量铅进行了研究.结果表明:在1 mol/L的盐酸底液中,Pb2 在-0.46 V左右出现灵敏溶出锋,峰电流在Pb2 浓度为2.0×10-9~1.0×10-8 mol/L 时呈现良好的线性关系,回归方程A(μA)=9.6656 0.6407 c(10-9 mol/L),相关系数为0.9985.检出限为1.0×10-10 mol/L,回收率为96%~104%.该方法适用于痕量铅的测定,灵敏度高,效果良好.  相似文献

在pH 3.60的HCl-NaOAc缓冲介质中,考马斯亮蓝G250(CBBG)溶液与阳离子表面活性剂(CS)反应,形成离子缔合物,溶液颜色发生明显改变,最大褪色波长分别在584 nm(CBBG-CTMAB体系)和582 nm(CBBG-CPB体系)处,在此波长处阳离子表面活性剂的浓度与褪色程度呈良好线性关系,从而建立测定阳离子表面活性剂的光度法.在最大褪色波长处,CS的浓度在0~1.97×10-5mol/L(CTMAB体系)、0~2.31×10-5mol/L(CPB体系)范围内遵守比尔定律,表观摩尔吸光系数为1.64×104L/(mol.cm)(CTMAB体系)和1.31×104L/(mol.cm)(CPB体系),检出限为8.03×10-7mol/L(CTMAB体系)和1.02×10-6mol/L(CPB体系).方法具有较高的灵敏度和良好的选择性,用于水样中CS的测定,结果满意.  相似文献

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3~4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰~ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰~ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084~0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078~0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.  相似文献

以AC-13级配为基础,将橡胶颗粒代替部分集料掺入混合料中,以低温弯曲试验为评价方法对不同橡胶颗粒掺量下沥青混合料的低温抗裂性进行研究,并引入应变能密度值对混合料的低温抗裂性进行综合评价.试验结果表明:橡胶颗粒沥青混合料试件的破坏微应变均超过2 300,满足冬寒区的技术指标;无论是否掺加橡胶颗粒,随着温度的下降,沥青混合料破坏时的最大弯拉强度增大,弯拉应变降低,劲度模量增大;弯曲应变能密度在胶粒掺量为1%左右时具有较大的弯曲应变能密度值,此时橡胶颗粒沥青混合料具有较好的低温抗裂性.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献

Quality traits in wheat (Triticum aestirum L.) were studied by quantitative trait locus (QTL) analysis in a recombinant inbred line (RIL) population, a set of 131 lines derived from Chuan 35050 × Shannong 483 cross (ChSh). Grains from RILs were assayed for 21 quality traits related to protein and starch. A total of 35 putative QTLs for 19 traits with a single QTL explaining 7.99-40.52% of phenotypic variations were detected on 10 chromosomes, 1D, 2A, 2D, 3B, 3D, 5A, 6A, 6B, 6D, and 7B. The additive effects of 30 QTLs were positive, contributed by Chuan 35050, the remaining 5 QTLs were negative with the additive effect contributed by Shannong 483. For protein traits, 15 QTLs were obtained and most of them were located on chromosomes 1 D, 3B and 6D, while 20 QTLs for starch traits were detected and most of them were located on chromosomes 3D, 6B and 7B. Only 7 QTLs for protein and starch traits were co-located in three regions on chromosomes 1D, 2A and 2D. These protein and starch trait QTLs showed a distinct distribution pattern in certain regions and chromosomes. Twenty-two QTLs were clustered in 6 regions of 5 chromosomes. Two QTL clusters for protein traits were located on chromosomes 1D and 3B, respectively, three clusters for starch traits on chromosomes 3D, 6B and 7B, and one cluster including protein and starch traits on chromosome 1D.  相似文献
