柄海鞘含有19种氨基酸,包括9种必需氨基酸。氨基酸总含量332.13mg/100g湿重,必需氨基酸为109.80mg/100g湿重,所测10种矿物质成分中Mg含量较高,柄海鞘提取物(ES)通过腹腔注射(50mg/kg体重)可有效地抑制小白鼠S-180实体瘤的生长,抑制率达72.14%(P〈0.01)。对小白鼠的生长没有任何限制。  相似文献

采用一次加料法和半连续滴加法制备了含氮聚硅氧烷(PHMS)/丙烯酸丁酯(BA)/丙烯酰胺(AM)复合聚合物乳液,探讨了乳液成核机理,考察了PHMS、AM用量、加料主试对乳液粒大小及其流变形的影响,发现该聚合机理以胶束成核为主,PHMS用量增加,乳液粘度,乳液粒子尺寸增大,AM用量对其影响较小。  相似文献

用Sol-Gel法自制了KTN陶瓷,以之为靶材,首次在单晶硅上用PLD技术沉积了KTN薄膜,并对所制备的薄膜进行了XRD和SEM分析及P-E电滞回线观察.观察分析结果表明:薄膜的主晶相为钙钛矿相(约98%),且沿(100)方向取向生长;薄膜表面光滑、无裂纹、致密性好;薄膜具有良好的铁电性质.同时还分析了Si(100)单晶衬底上钙钛矿相的形成机理;并讨论了衬底温度Ts和氧气氛等因素对成膜的影响.  相似文献

为进一证实磺胺二甲基嘧啶(以下简称SM2)防治鸡球虫病的实用价值,测定了该药给药后不同时间在海兰鸡心、肺、肝、肾、脾、肌肉和小肠等组织中的浓度.发现SM2在海兰鸡体内吸收快,分布广泛,在心、肝、肺、肾及小肠中浓度较高,尤其在小肠内浓度最高,给药后0.5h药物浓度高达27.8034(mg/100ml),给药后6h内药物浓度均值为11.4968(mg/100ml),都大大超过了磺胺药在血液中的最低有效浓度(5mg/100ml),进一步证实了SM2防治鸡球虫病的实用价值.  相似文献

The short-term corrosion behavior of API X100 steel in an acidic simulated soil was investigated by electrochemical measurements and soaking experiments, followed by corrosion morphology observations and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy analyses. The results show that X100 steel exhibits an obvious pitting susceptibility in an acidic soil environment. Pits nucleate after approximately 10 h of immersion. Along with the nucleation and growth of the pits, the charge-transfer resistance and open-circuit potential first increase sharply, then decrease slowly, and eventually reach a steady state. The maxima of the charge-transfer resistance and open-circuit potential are attained at approximately 10 h. The evolution of the electrochemical process is confirmed by the analysis of the product film. The product film exhibits a porous and loose structure and could not protect the substrate well. The product film is primarily composed of ferrous carbonate and ferrous hydroxide (Fe(OH)2). The concentration of Fe(OH)2 in the product film increases from the inside to the outside layer.  相似文献

用阶跃电位法研究了光亮镍Watts镀液中添加剂:糖精、丁炔二醇和香豆素,对镍在玻璃碳上沉积初始阶段的影响.结果表明,在不含添加剂的该电解液,镍电结晶的初始阶段按连续成核的三维生长机理进行;分别或同时含有糖精和丁炔二醇时,则按瞬时成核的三维生长机理进行.糖精或丁炔二醇促进成核过程而阻化晶核的生长,这两种添加剂同时存在时则对成核和三维生长都起促进作用;添加香豆素或者同时添加三种添加剂不改变成核和生长的方式,但香豆素对成核过程和晶核生长都起着促进作用,而三种添加剂混用则对成核和生长过程起着阻化作用.本文采用Fleischmann等人郝二建模型.  相似文献

InAs-SiO2 nanocrystal-embedded films were prepared by using radio-frequency cosputtering. The growth behavior of InAs in the composite film has been studied by a transmission electron microscope. It has been found that with the increasing substrate temperature, InAs in the matrix undergoes transitions from an initial dispersed phase to a fractal structure of the lnAs phase, then to nucleation, and finally to grain growth. Large blueshift of the optical absorption edges of the films was observed from the optical absorption spectra. The relationship between the blueshift of optical absorption edge and the average size of the nanocrystals has been explained by the effective-mass approximation.  相似文献

A laser heater has been used to impose a pulsed high power laser beam on a metal film inunersed in liquid to generate a very high rate of temperature rise up to 9.3 × 106K/s in the metal film. The rapid transient boiling phenomena have been observed and the temperature variations in the metal film have been measured. The formation of new atmospheric particles with diameters of 3-10 nm has been observed at a variety of altitudes and locations. Such aerosol particles have the potential to grow into cloud condensation nuclei, thus affecting cloud formation as well as the global radiation budget. In some cases, the observed formation rates of new particles have been adequately explained by binary nucleation, involving water and sulphuric acid, but in certain locations--particularly those within the marine boundary layer and at continental sites--observed ambient nucleation rates exceed those predicted by the binary scheme. In these locations, ambient sulphuric acid (H2SO4) levels are typically lower than required for binary nucleation, but are sufficient for ternary nucleation (sulphuric acid-ammonia-water). Here we present results from an aerosol dynamics model with a ternary nucleation scheme which indicate that nucleation in the troposphere should be ubiquitous, and yield a reservoir of thermodynamically stable clusters 1-3 nm in size. We suggest that the growth of these clusters to a detectable size (> 3 nm particle diameter) is restricted by the availability of condensable vapour. Observations of atmospheric particle formation and growth from a continental and a coastal site support this hypothesis, indicating that a growth process including ternary nucleation is likely to be responsible for the formation of cloud condensation nuclei.  相似文献

A free-standing diamond film with millimeter thickness prepared by DC arc plasma jet was thinned successively by mechanical grinding. The orientation and quality of the diamond films with different thicknesses were characterized by X-ray diffraction and Raman spectroscopy, respectively. The results show a random grain-orientation distribution during the initial growth stage. As the film thickness increases, the preferred orientation of the diamond film changes from (111) to (220), due to the competitive growth mechanism. Twinning generated during the nucleation stage appears to stabilize the preferential growth along the 〈110〉 direction. The interplanar spacing of the (220) plane is enlarged as the film thickness increases, which is caused by the increase of non-diamond-phase carbon and impurities under the cyclic gas. In addition, the quality of the diamond film is barely degraded during the growth process. Furthermore, the peak shift demonstrates a significant inhomogeneity of stress along the film growth direction, which results from competitive growth.  相似文献
