本文进行了掺ZnO,快烧波特兰水泥熟料的易烧性研究,提出了动力学模型,得到了熟料形成反应的动力学方程及活化能.研究表明:快烧条件下,掺加少量ZnO即可较大地改善易烧性;熟料形成的动力学机制由扩散控制,满足Ginstling—Brunshtein方程;掺ZnO1.5%使熟料形成活化能从不掺ZnO的124.59KJ/mol降至52.12KJ/mol,降低了58.17%.  相似文献

本文采用快速升温(800℃/min)和模拟普通回转窑升温速度(10℃/min)二种方法,研究了硅酸盐水泥熟料中C_2S和C_3S形成的动力学过程。研究结果表明,C_2S形成的动力学控制过程均属扩散范围;普通升温煅烧熟料中C_3S形成动力学也属扩散范围;但快速升温煅烧时,熟料中C_3S形成则属于过渡范围,由化学反应速度和扩散速度同时控制。  相似文献

工业废渣用于水泥混合材的研究一直是水泥研究领域的热点问题。从实际应用看,活性高的混合材,如矿渣已得到充分的利用。而活性低的混合材,如粉煤灰,利用率较低。针对矿渣、磷渣和粉煤灰的特点,通过强度和孔结构测试,研究了少熟料高标号复合水泥。强度和孔结构研究表明,利用混合材的优势互补原理,并引入外加剂可以得到性能优异的少熟料复合水泥。  相似文献

The slag formation path is important for efficient dephosphorization in steelmaking processes. The phosphorus capacity and the melting properties of the slag are critical parameters for optimizing the slag formation path. Regarding these two factors, the phosphorus par-tition ratio was calculated using the regular solution model (RSM), whereas the liquidus diagrams of the slag systems were estimated using the FactSage thermodynamic package. A slag formation path that satisfies the different requirements of dephosphorization at different stages of dephosphorization in a converter was thus established through a combination of these two aspects. The composition of the initial slag was considered to be approximately 15wt%CaO–44wt%SiO2–41wt%FeO. During the dephosphorization process, a slag formation path that fol-lows a high-iron route would facilitate efficient dephosphorization. The composition of the final dephosphorization slag should be approxi-mately 53wt%CaO–25.5wt%SiO2–21.5wt%FeO. The composition of the final solid slag after dephosphorization is approximately 63.6wt%CaO–30.3wt%SiO2–6.1wt%FeO.  相似文献

为了有效利用高炉渣余热,提高炉渣附加值,采用干式处理方法——气淬法,对高炉渣进行粒化,研究碱度和喷吹气体压力对成珠率、渣珠平均直径和粒径分布的影响规律.结果表明:成珠率随碱度的增加呈先增加后降低的趋势,碱度1.2时获得最高成珠率;渣珠的平均直径随碱度的增加先减小后增大,碱度超过1.2后,平均粒径显著增大;随喷吹压力的增加,成珠率呈先增加后减小之后又增加的趋势,压力为0.2MPa时成珠率最高;渣珠平均直径基本呈逐渐减小趋势并且减小趋势变缓;渣珠粒径集中分布在1~2.5mm之间,基本呈正态分布,分布较均匀.  相似文献

Using steel slag as a main raw material of ceramics is considered as a high value-added way. However, the relationship among the initial composition, ceramic microstructure, and macroscopic properties requires further study. In this paper, a series of ceramics with different slag ratios (0–70wt%) were designed, and the software FACTsage was introduced to simulate the formation of crystalline phases. The simulation results indicate that mullite is generated but drastically reduced at the slag ratios of 0–25wt%, and anorthite is the dominant crystalline phase in the slag content of 25wt%-45wt%. When the slag ratio is above 45wt%, pyroxene is generated more than anorthite. This is because increasing magnesium can promote the formation of pyroxene. Then, the formula with a slag content of 40wt% was selected and optimized. X-ray diffraction results were good consistent with the simulation results. Finally, the water absorption and bending strength of optimized samples were measured.  相似文献

研究了矿渣-钢渣-石膏体系在水化早期的反应过程,侧重于分析单独变量条件下早期水化产物的种类、产生时间、相对产生量和微观形貌.结果表明:石膏和钢渣都可以激发矿渣水化,在矿渣-钢渣-石膏胶凝材料体系的早期水化过程中,矿渣、钢渣及石膏能够产生以生成钙矾石为驱动力的协同作用,主要水化产物是钙矾石和C-S-H凝胶.钢渣及钢渣与石膏混合物的极早期水化速度很快,对调节矿渣-钢渣-石膏胶凝材料体系的凝结时间具有重要意义.  相似文献

在转炉留渣-双渣工艺脱磷阶段结束倒渣时,分别使用样勺获取倒渣开始时上部泡沫渣,倒渣结束时下部泡沫渣以及倒渣结束后炉内剩余底部泡沫渣,使用宏观及微观的方法分别分析泡沫渣各部位气泡分布特点。结果表明:气泡平均当量直径,上部>下部>底部;孔隙率,上部>下部>底部。转炉泡沫渣的形成过程为:随着大量CO/CO2气泡进入渣中,气泡之间不断碰撞、合并,上部气泡被下部气泡抬挤且由于气泡本身的浮力作用,气泡不断上升,气泡在上升时由于重力作用,气泡之间渣相在重力作用下析液,气泡的拓扑结构不断发生变化,同时气泡之间不断碰撞、合并,最后形成上部气泡直径大且孔隙率高,下部气泡直径小且孔隙率低的泡沫渣。  相似文献

研究了不同条件下TiO2和Fe2O3在合成渣中被碳还原时的发泡过程.计算了该发泡过程的发泡系数、消泡系数、平均发泡寿命、发泡强度和消泡过程开始的时间.用熔渣发泡参数定量地讨论了温度、TiO2加入量和初渣中TiC的含量对熔渣发泡过程的影响,发现当初渣中TiC的含量和TiO2加入量较多时,在发泡时会产生二次发泡现象.  相似文献

The corrosion behavior of alumina–chromia refractory against two kinds of industrial slags (coal slag and iron smelting slag) at 1550°C was investigated via thermodynamic simulations. In the proposed simulation model, the initial slag first attacks the matrix and surface aggregates and subsequently attacks the inner aggregates. The simulation results indicate that the slag chemistry strongly affects the phase formation and corrosion behavior of the refractory brick. Greater amounts of alumina were dissolved and spinel solid phases formed when the brick interacted with iron smelting slag. These phenomena, as well as the calculated lower viscosity, may lead to much deeper penetration than that exhibited by coal slag and to more severe corrosion compared to that induced by coal slag. The thermodynamic calculations well match the experimental observations, demonstrating the efficiency of the proposed simulation model for evaluating the corrosion behavior of alumina–chromia refractory.  相似文献

研究了钢渣对阴离子染料刚果红的吸附,并考察了初始刚果红浓度、钢渣投加量、钢渣粒径等因素对吸附过程的影响.试验条件下,钢渣可以吸附去除95%以上的刚果红,且吸附过程不受pH值和温度的影响.钢渣单位吸附量随初始刚果红浓度的增加而增加,随钢渣投加量、钢渣粒径的增大而减少.钢渣吸附处理刚果红过程符合准二级吸附速率方程及Freundlich等温吸附方程.对比试验发现钢渣对阳离子孔雀石绿染料的吸附效果优于阴离子刚果红染料,但对同为阳离子染料的亚甲基蓝吸附效果却很差.电镜扫描(SEM)及红外光谱(FTIR)分析进一步表明,钢渣吸附处理阴、阳离子染料的效果,与染料在钢渣表面的结合方式密切相关,结晶体的形成有利于染料分子的吸附.  相似文献

The slag cleaning (or matte settling) process was experimentally investigated at 1573 K using a fayalitic nickel converter slag containing spinel and matte/alloy particles. The addition of various amounts of spent potlining (SPL) was studied in terms of its influence on matte settling and the overall metal recoveries. The slags produced were characterized by scanning electron microscopy, energy-dispersive spectroscopy, and wet chemical analysis using inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry. The presence of solid spinel particles in the molten slag hindered coalescence and settling of matte/alloy droplets. Matte settling was effectively promoted with the addition of as little as 2wt% SPL because of the reduction of spinel by the carbonaceous component of the SPL. The reduced viscosity of the molten slag in the presence of SPL also contributed to the accelerated matte settling. Greater metal recoveries were achieved with larger amounts of added SPL. Fast reduction of the molten slag at 1573 K promoted the formation of highly dispersed metal particles/clusters via accelerated nucleation in the molten slag, which increased the overall slag viscosity. This increase in viscosity, when combined with rapid gas evolution from accelerated reduction reactions, led to slag foaming.  相似文献

根据渣-金化学平衡原理,以石墨作坩埚,在一个半密闭的石墨容器内,用铜作熔剂,测定了MgO-B2O3渣系中B2O3的活度;用锡作熔剂,测定了CaO-B2O3渣系中CaO的活度,用α函数积分法分别计算了MgO-B2O3渣系中MgO的活度,CaO-B2O3渣系中B2O3的活度。实验结果表明,半密闭容器有效地抑制了B2O3在高温下的挥发,得到的活度曲线与文献报道的利用相图和生成自由能计算得到的结果相符。  相似文献
