用静态重量法研究了丙烯还原α-钼酸铋和α-钼酸铋(经丙烯的预还原)在氧中的再氧化这两个过程的动力学。在350~450℃的温度区间内,生成丙烯醛反应的表现活化能为15.8Kcal/mole;对丙烯的反应级数从高温下的1变到低温下的0.3。在相同的温度区间,氧对催化剂再氧化的表观活化能出现转折,高温区为12.0Kcal/mole,低温区为33.2Kcal/mole;对氧的反应级数近于1。 根据我们的实验结果,对α-钼酸铋与氧气和丙烯混合体系的反应动力学行为做了如下解释:高温下(>380℃),反应的控速步是丙烯对催化剂的还原;低温下,反应的控速步为氧对催化剂的再氧化。  相似文献

利用内循环无梯度反应器对钙钛矿型催化剂 La0 .5 Sr0 .5 Ni0 .5 Cu0 .5 O3上 CO氧化反应的动力学进行了研究 ,实验中通过分别测定 CO和 O2 的分压对氧化反应速率的影响 ,得出了相应的曲线关系 ,通过对所有动力学数据用计算机进行多元线性回归 ,得出动力学方程 r =2 .2 6× 1 0 8e-1 0 3 0 0 0 /8.3 1 4 T Pco0 .5 ,根据动力学实验结果初步提出了 CO在该催化剂上氧化机理模型 .  相似文献

用NETZSCH-STA409PC热分析仪研究了生物质花生壳的分解规律和动力学.花生壳的热分解主要有3个失重过程,第1个发生在80~100℃,为失水过程,对应DSC为吸热,失重量6%;第2个发生在100~380℃,为花生壳的热分解过程,该过程为吸热,失重量54%;第3个发生在380~700℃,为热分解残余有机物缓慢分解过程,失重量为16%;700℃后,基本恒重.讨论升温速率、粒度、气速对热分解曲线的影响.拟合了动力学方程函数,并求出动力学参数.花生壳分解可用三维扩散模型(D3)模拟,活化能E=141.67kJ.mol-1,指前因子lgA=8.645 4,用所得D3模型动力学方程预测,在花生壳分解过程中于360℃保温12min它的分解率近100%.这个结果能够用于优化气化分解过程.  相似文献

采用钙化焙烧方式处理转炉钒渣以提高钒的浸出率,考察了焙烧参数(渣样粒度,升温速率,焙烧保温温度及保温时间,配钙量)对钒浸出率的影响,根据钒渣氧化的TG-DSC曲线对钒渣氧化变温动力学进行了分析.结果表明:降低升温速率可提高钒氧化率,保温温度高于600℃时钒浸出率迅速增加.在钒渣粒径48~75μm,外配钙m(CaO)/m(V2O5)为042,升温速率2℃·min-1,保温温度850℃,保温时间150min的条件下,钒浸出率达9331%.钒尖晶石氧化过程受三级化学反应控制,升温速率为5和10℃·min-1的表观活化能分别为26765,25603kJ·mol-1.  相似文献

在等温积分反应器中,压力2.5~5.6MPa,温度210~255℃,空速6000~20000h^-1的实验条件下,对西南化工研究院研制的新型低温低压甲醇合成催化剂C302—2的CO、CO2加氢合成甲醇的本征动力学进行了研究。用改进的单纯形法和改进的高斯-牛顿法相结合对所采用的Langmuir—Hinshelwood型动力学模型进行参数估值,得到本征动力学方程。残差分析和统计检验结果表明,得到的本征动力学模型是适定的,可良好地适合于反应条件。实验结果可以为采用细颗粒催化剂的三相淤浆床甲醇合成反应器设计提供本征动力学数据。  相似文献

采用高效液相色谱技术,开展了Fenton试剂对2-(4-氯苯氨基)甲基苯酚(CMP)的氧化降解动力学的研究.考察了初始双氧水摩尔浓度、亚铁离子摩尔浓度和温度等因素对CMP降解速率的影响,结果表明,当双氧水摩尔浓度、亚铁离子摩尔浓度增大和温度升高时,CMP的氧化速率明显加快.在30~45℃的温度范围内,其氧化降解符合假一级反应动力学模型,反应的表观活化能E为102.90 kJ/mol.  相似文献

在对红格钒钛磁铁矿基础特性研究基础上,探讨了其球团氧化过程物相的存在形式和转变过程,并通过热分析法研究了红格矿非等温氧化动力学.结果表明:红格钒钛磁铁矿属于高铬型钒钛磁铁矿,Cr_2O_3的质量分数为1.48%,连晶强度为625 N;主要物相组成为磁铁矿、钛磁铁矿、钒磁铁矿、铬铁矿;温度低于300℃时其氧化速率缓慢;球团氧化过程有价组元物相迁移变化历程为:Fe_3O_4→Fe_2O_3;Fe_2VO_4→(Cr_(0.15)V_(0.85))_2O_3;Fe_(2.75)Ti_(0.25)O_4→FeTiO_3→Fe_9TiO_(15);FeCr_2O_4→(Fe_(0.6)Cr_(0.4))_2O_4,Fe_(0.7)Cr_(1.3)O_3,(Cr_(0.15)V_(0.85))_2O_3.红格矿非等温氧化动力学研究表明:当升温速率为10℃/min时,温度在220~380℃,380~500℃和500~800℃时,反应活化能分别为47.02,14.95和30.36 kJ·mol~(-1).  相似文献

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3~4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰~ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰~ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084~0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078~0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.  相似文献

以AC-13级配为基础,将橡胶颗粒代替部分集料掺入混合料中,以低温弯曲试验为评价方法对不同橡胶颗粒掺量下沥青混合料的低温抗裂性进行研究,并引入应变能密度值对混合料的低温抗裂性进行综合评价.试验结果表明:橡胶颗粒沥青混合料试件的破坏微应变均超过2 300,满足冬寒区的技术指标;无论是否掺加橡胶颗粒,随着温度的下降,沥青混合料破坏时的最大弯拉强度增大,弯拉应变降低,劲度模量增大;弯曲应变能密度在胶粒掺量为1%左右时具有较大的弯曲应变能密度值,此时橡胶颗粒沥青混合料具有较好的低温抗裂性.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献

Quality traits in wheat (Triticum aestirum L.) were studied by quantitative trait locus (QTL) analysis in a recombinant inbred line (RIL) population, a set of 131 lines derived from Chuan 35050 × Shannong 483 cross (ChSh). Grains from RILs were assayed for 21 quality traits related to protein and starch. A total of 35 putative QTLs for 19 traits with a single QTL explaining 7.99-40.52% of phenotypic variations were detected on 10 chromosomes, 1D, 2A, 2D, 3B, 3D, 5A, 6A, 6B, 6D, and 7B. The additive effects of 30 QTLs were positive, contributed by Chuan 35050, the remaining 5 QTLs were negative with the additive effect contributed by Shannong 483. For protein traits, 15 QTLs were obtained and most of them were located on chromosomes 1 D, 3B and 6D, while 20 QTLs for starch traits were detected and most of them were located on chromosomes 3D, 6B and 7B. Only 7 QTLs for protein and starch traits were co-located in three regions on chromosomes 1D, 2A and 2D. These protein and starch trait QTLs showed a distinct distribution pattern in certain regions and chromosomes. Twenty-two QTLs were clustered in 6 regions of 5 chromosomes. Two QTL clusters for protein traits were located on chromosomes 1D and 3B, respectively, three clusters for starch traits on chromosomes 3D, 6B and 7B, and one cluster including protein and starch traits on chromosome 1D.  相似文献
