基于叶型和叶栅稠度改进调节门性能的实验研究   总被引:2,自引:1,他引:1  
对某风机的常规调节门进行了改进,用双直线叶型替代原直叶片叶型,采用提高调节门小半径处叶片的弦长来增加叶栅稠度.针对改进后的调节门,采用五孔探针对调节门后的流动参数进行了详细的测量.结果表明:采用双直线叶型可以减小调节门的阻力系数并增加调节门的预旋系数,当叶型两直线间的夹角为20.时效果较好;另外,增加叶片弦长可以比较明显地增加调节门的预旋系数,而阻力系数基本保持不变;预旋作用的增大对提高调节门的调节能力和节能效果均有比较明显的作用;该实验使用的离心风机的调节门叶片角度在50°~90°的范围内时,相同流量下风机功率减小2%~3%.根据总体性能分析,为消除由于叶片角度初始位置定义不同带来的影响,可以考虑采用旋阻曲线来反映调节门的性能.  相似文献

本文对环形叶栅里气体流动的若干问题进行了研究.对较长叶片(D/l 较小)的情况,提出了若干较为精确的理论计算方法.在分析时分别考虑到沿叶高上速度系数(?)的变动性、进口参数的不均匀性以及流线变形所引起对气流参数分布的影响.提出了一种更具有普遍性的计算,通过环形叶栅流量的方法.对于在热力计算中如何选取出口不均匀气流的平均值的问题也提出了看法.在研究短叶片(D/l 较大)的流动中着重分析了在环形叶栅中端部损失的形成.指出了,在其中二次流动的物理过程和在平面叶栅中的有所不同.用理论和实验的方法分析了叶片弦长和 Re 数对各项损失的影响.给出了选取最佳叶片弦长的建议.  相似文献

针对传统叶片设计过程中由理论计算得出的弦长C和扭转角9均沿翼展方向呈离散性分布的问题,采用三次样条插值函数对这两个参数进行拟合,使原本离散分布的风机叶片外形转变为呈连续分布的光滑曲线。通过应用于风机叶片设计实例,对插值前后的翼型参数进行比较,插值前后结果基本一致,说明了三次样条函数应用到叶片设计中的可行性,同时达到了减小叶片应力的目的。  相似文献

考虑实际气流流动过程中周向速度的变化情况,即采用Schmitz理论来设计2 MW风力机叶片的气动外形.将计算得到的叶片翼型参数进行坐标变换,获得各个截面上叶素的三维坐标,利用三维建模软件建立叶片的三维实体模型,并将其导入至有限元分析软件中,进行模态特性和气动弹性分析.讨论了不同铺层厚度和铺层角度对叶片模态特性和气动弹性的影响规律.仿真结果显示:在铺层厚度为0.6mm和铺层角为60°时,叶片具有较好的模态特性;叶片所受的气动集中载荷随着叶片弦长几乎成线性增长,且在弦长最大时集中载荷最大;当铺层角等于44°时,叶片在气动载荷作用下的最大集中应力最小,具有最佳的气动弹性特性.  相似文献

采用人工可压缩性方法对具有叶顶间隙的轴流叶栅内湍流流动进行了数值模拟.结果表明,叶顶间隙的减小使间隙涡产生过程延缓,强度的衰减速度增大,作用范围减小;间隙涡涡核沿流动方向由吸力面侧逐渐向压力面侧移动,叶项间隙存在使叶片表面压力系数有所降低,在叶尖附近降低尤为显著,随间隙减小叶片中间区域及根部受间隙的影响较小;间隙的存在导致主流速度明显降低,叶尖附近的二次流速度明显增大,尤其当间隙为2%~5%的弦长.  相似文献

为研究下击暴流作用下高层建筑的风荷载特性,采用冲击射流装置对5种不同深宽比的高层建筑模型进行测压试验,分析了深宽比和径向距离对模型局部和整体风荷载的影响.结果表明:层阻力系数沿高度方向呈下大上小的分布特征,最大层阻力系数出现在0.25H(H为建筑高度)左右,层脉动升力系数沿高度变化较为平缓;随深宽比的增大,层平均阻力系数略有减小,层脉动升力系数显著增大,模型整体的平均阻力系数和顺风向弯矩系数略有减小,整体的脉动升力系数及横风向弯矩系数明显增大;随径向距离的增大,层平均阻力系数迅速减小,层脉动阻力系数和脉动升力系数先增大后减小,模型整体的平均阻力系数和弯矩系数迅速减小,整体的脉动阻力及升力系数先增大后减小.  相似文献

采用任意准正交面方法求解旋喷泵叶轮内准三元流场.通过同时求解沿准正交面与S_1S_2流面交线方向的速度梯度方程和沿流线方向的能量方程求得了旋喷泵叶轮内的准三元解,指出了旋喷泵内准三元流动的流场分布特点是叶片工作面速度先减小后增大,叶片背面速度先增大后减小,叶轮流道中的空间流线从进口到出口逐渐变密,明确了叶轮设计时应注意的问题。  相似文献

基于有限体积法计算了一种具有小长径比、大展弦比张开式尾翼弹在有攻角超声速粘性流动时的气动特性,分析了该弹周围的流场特性。研究结果表明,该尾翼弹的阻力系数和升力系数均随着马赫数增大而减少,随攻角增大而增大,且呈线性变化;当马赫数从2增大到4时,攻角从4°增大到12°,压心位置变化范围占全弹长的10.3%。  相似文献

为了研究带盖板预旋系统的流动与温降特性,对不同喷嘴角度和不同转速(工况)下的预旋结构模型进行了数值模拟。在相同进气条件下,研究了有无预旋结构和不同喷嘴角度下的盘腔流动与温降特性,分析了旋转雷诺数对系统流动情况和温降效果的影响。结果表明:预旋结构在盖板腔内产生的漩涡增强了盘腔的流动,相比于无预旋结构,其盖板腔压力和系统出口总温明显降低;随着喷嘴角度的增大,盘腔总温和静压均增大,温降效果变差;随着旋转雷系诺数的增大,无量纲质量流量增大,无量纲温降和总压损失系数均减小;预旋角由50°减少到30°时,系统无量纲温降增加了23.7%。  相似文献

水平方向放置一无限长高温可渗透多孔介质平板,竖直方向施加稳恒磁场,温度较低的导电流体垂直冲击该平板后,在平板驻点附近会形成很薄的边界层,边界层内将发生流动、传热和传质等物理过程,在此过程中要考虑辐射换热的影响.辐射热源项采用Rosseland假设进行简化处理,采用配置点谱方法进行空间离散求解.讨论了抽吸系数、磁场参数、辐射参数、对流换热参数等对边界层内流动、传热和传质及其壁面摩擦系数、努塞尔数和舍伍德数等的影响.结果表明,抽吸系数和磁场参数的增大使得速度边界层变薄,辐射参数增大使得温度边界层变厚.  相似文献

The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3~4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰~ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰~ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084~0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078~0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.  相似文献

本文叙述了对海南岛及其毗邻大陆边缘白垩纪到第四纪地层岩石进行古地磁研究的全部工作过程。通过分析岩石中剩余磁矢量的磁偏角及磁倾角的变化,提出海南岛白垩纪以来经历的构造演化模式如下:早期伴随顺时针旋转而向南迁移,后期伴随逆时针转动并向北运移。联系该地区及邻区的地质、地球物理资料,对海南岛上述的构造地体运动提出以下认识:北部湾内早期有一拉张作用,主要是该作用使湾内地壳显著伸长减薄,形成北部湾盆地。从而导致了海南岛的早期构造运动,而海南岛后期的构造运动则主要是受南海海底扩张的影响。海南地体运动规律的阐明对于了解北部湾油气盆地的形成演化有重要的理论和实际意义。  相似文献

The explosive growth of the Internet and database applications has driven database to be more scalable and available, and able to support on-line scaling without interrupting service. To support more client's queries without downtime and degrading the response time, more nodes have to be scaled up while the database is running. This paper presents the overview of scalable and available database that satisfies the above characteristics. And we propose a novel on-line scaling method. Our method improves the existing on-line scaling method for fast response time and higher throughputs. Our proposed method reduces unnecessary network use, i.e. , we decrease the number of data copy by reusing the backup data. Also, our on-line scaling operation can be processed parallel by selecting adequate nodes as new node. Our performance study shows that our method results in significant reduction in data copy time.  相似文献

R-Tree is a good structure for spatial searching. But in this indexing structure,either the sequence of nodes in the same level or sequence of traveling these nodes when queries are made is random. Since the possibility that the object appears in different MBR which have the same parents node is different, if we make the subnode who has the most possibility be traveled first, the time cost will be decreased in most of the cases. In some case, the possibility of a point belong to a rectangle will shows direct proportion with the size of the rectangle. But this conclusion is based on an assumption that the objects are symmetrically distributing in the area and this assumption is not always coming into existence. Now we found a more direct parameter to scale the possibility and made a little change on the structure of R-tree, to increase the possibility of founding the satisfying answer in the front sub trees. The geographic information service is enabled by the advancements in general Web service technology and the focused efforts of the OGC in defining XML-based Web GIS service. Based on these models, this paper addresses the issue of services chaining,the process of combining or pipelining results from several interoperable GIS Web Services to create a customized solution. This paper presents a mediated chaining architecture in which a specific service takes responsibility for performing the process that describes a service chain. We designed the Spatial Information Process Language (SIPL) for dynamic modeling and describing the service chain, also a prototype of the Spatial Information Process Execution Engine (SIPEE) is implemented for executing processes written in SIPL. Discussion of measures to improve the functionality and performance of such system will be included.  相似文献

Advances in wireless technologies and positioning technologies and spread of wireless devices, an interest in LBS (Location Based Service) is arising. To provide location based service, tracking data should have been stored in moving object database management system (called MODBMS) with proper policies and managed efficiently. So the methods which acquire the location information at regular time intervals then, store and manage have been studied. In this paper, we suggest tracking data management techniques using topology that is corresponding to the moving path of moving object. In our techniques, we update the MODBMS when moving object arrived at a street intersection or a curved road which is represented as the node in topology and predict the location at past and future with attribute of topology and linear function. In this technique, location data that are corresponding to the node in topology are stored, thus reduce the number of update and amount of data. Also in case predicting the location,because topology are used as well as existing location information, accuracy for prediction is increased than applying linear function or spline function.  相似文献
