目的:比较提上睑肌缩短+前徙术、额肌瓣悬吊术对先天性上睑下垂的矫正效果。方法:采取单纯重睑切口,对87例患者中的54例共66眼行提上睑肌缩短+前徙术,33例共43眼行额肌瓣悬吊术,术后1、6、12月各随访1次,记录视力,术眼上睑缘位置、双眼睑裂对称性,睑裂闭合不全程度、有无倒睫、成角畸形。结果:79例患者经1次手术矫正满意,6例患者矫正良好,2例患者第一次手术矫正不足,再次手术矫正满意,无矫正过度及无效病例。结论:两种手术方法效果肯定,提上睑肌缩短术符合生理解剖位置,术后睑裂闭合不全程度较轻并可逐渐消失,大部分患者可以选择,但是少数患者欠矫。额肌瓣悬吊术后睑裂闭合不全程度较重,且永久存在,少部分患者出现出血、伤口裂开等并发症,但是只要术后观察护理得当,可避免并发症发生。  相似文献

目的评价分析老年性上睑松弛及睑袋整形手术的临床应用效果。方法选取该院于2012年3月至2014年3月期间收治的37例行上睑松弛及睑袋整形手术的老年患者作为研究对象,在其实施上睑松弛和睑袋整形手术后,进行为期1年半的术后随访以观察实际的预后效果和患者的满意程度。结果 37例患者均为I期愈合,且术后随访1年半的过程中并未有任何术后并发症的发生,满意度高达94.6%(35/37)。结论老年性上睑松弛和睑袋整形手术具有较好的临床应用效果,可以明显改善患者的生活质量,值得广泛应用及推广。  相似文献

提要上脸皮肤下垂是指平视时上睑皮肤因松弛而卷垂下来,压住睫毛、使睫毛向下遮挡视线的一种疾病.严重患者上睑下垂的皮肤直接遮挡瞳孔,影响患者的学习、工作和生活.因为下垂的皮肤可以形成各种畸型眼形,这也会给患者带来精神上的负担和痛苦.经过多年的研究和实践,我们运用一种比较简易的矫治手术,即"双眼皮健美术",可以有效治疗上睑皮肤下垂.经治疗一千四百多例病人,已取得满意疗效.  相似文献

目的探讨环乳晕切口与放射状切口对乳腺纤维瘤患者围术期指标、温哥华瘢痕量表(VSS)评分、并发症及1 a复发率的影响.方法将100例乳腺纤维瘤患者随机分为A组(环乳晕切口组)与B组(放射状切口组),每组各50例.比较两组患者手术时间、术中出血量、瘢痕长度、住院时间、手术效果、VSS评分、乳腺外形满意度评分、术后并发症发生率及1 a复发率.结果 A组手术时间及住院时间短于B组,术中出血量少于B组,瘢痕长度小于B组,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05); A组手术有效率(94.00%)高于B组(78.00%),差异具有统计学意义(P0.05); A组VSS评分及乳腺外形满意度评分均优于B组,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05); A组切口感染、局部血肿、乳晕感觉异常并发症发生率均低于B组,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05);两组患者1 a复发率比较差异无统计学意义(2.00%,6.00%,P0.05).结论乳腺纤维瘤患者采用环乳晕切口手术治疗的临床疗效明显优于放射状切口手术,手术时间及住院时间较短,患者恢复情况较好,术后瘢痕易于隐藏,对乳房美观度无影响,术后并发症较少,复发率低,可达到治疗与美观双赢目的.  相似文献

目的:探讨在基层医院开展白内障囊外手术中,小切口白内障囊外摘除术的效果.方法:221例患者均为2008年1月~6月在拉萨光明眼科诊疗院行白内障手术的患者,年龄在20~87岁中119例患者行小切口白内障囊外摘除术,102例行传统ECCE.结果:比较两组术后1周的最佳视力,小切口组:视力≥0.3者,占75%;0.1视力0.3者,占20%;视力0.1者,占4%;传统ECCE组:术后视力≥0.3者,占55%,0.1视力0.3占36%,视力0.1者占9%.结论:小切口白内障囊外摘除术比传统的囊外手术的术后视力更佳.在基层医院开展白内障超声乳化吸除术较受限制的情况下,小切口白内障囊外摘除术以较好的术后视力,可取代传统的囊外手术.  相似文献

目的探讨改良的新式剖宫产术临床效果.方法观察对照200例改良的新式剖宫产术与同期200例传统剖宫产术的多项指标.结果改良的新式剖宫产术所需手术时间短,术中出血少,胎儿娩出时间短,术后排气快,术后切口疼痛轻,切口愈合良好,住院天数少.两组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论改良的新式剖宫产术具有较好的临床价值,可以替代传统的剖宫产术.  相似文献

The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3~4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰~ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰~ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084~0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078~0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献

There are numerous geometric objects stored in the spatial databases. An importance function in a spatial database is that users can browse the geometric objects as a map efficiently. Thus the spatial database should display the geometric objects users concern about swiftly onto the display window. This process includes two operations:retrieve data from database and then draw them onto screen. Accordingly, to improve the efficiency, we should try to reduce time of both retrieving object and displaying them. The former can be achieved with the aid of spatial index such as R-tree, the latter require to simplify the objects. Simplification means that objects are shown with sufficient but not with unnecessary detail which depend on the scale of browse. So the major problem is how to retrieve data at different detail level efficiently. This paper introduces the implementation of a multi-scale index in the spatial database SISP (Spatial Information Shared Platform) which is generalized from R-tree. The difference between the generalization and the R-tree lies on two facets: One is that every node and geometric object in the generalization is assigned with a importance value which denote the importance of them, and every vertex in the objects are assigned with a importance value,too. The importance value can be use to decide which data should be retrieve from disk in a query. The other difference is that geometric objects in the generalization are divided into one or more sub-blocks, and vertexes are total ordered by their importance value. With the help of the generalized R-tree, one can easily retrieve data at different detail levels.Some experiments are performed on real-life data to evaluate the performance of solutions that separately use normal spatial index and multi-scale spatial index.
