常用纤维蛋白原的吸附特性来比较和研究材料的血液相容性。将自行合成的正电磷脂DPPEL膜铺展在金膜表面,测量了膜表面的接触角及对纤维蛋白原的动态吸附特性,并与裸金膜、中性磷脂DSPC膜进行了比较。结果表明:DSPC膜、DPPEL膜和裸金膜的接触角分别为38°05′,57°20′和78°24′。在相同的纤维蛋白原溶液浓度条件下,裸金膜表面吸附纤维蛋白原的速率最快,饱和吸附量最大(3.50ng/mm2);磷脂DSPC膜表面吸附纤维蛋白原的速度最低,饱和吸附量也最小(1.00ng/mm2);磷脂DPPEL膜吸附速率也较快,饱和吸附量为1.75ng/mm2。表明纤维蛋白原在界面上的吸附特性与材料表面疏水性质和带电特性相关。PC头良好的亲水性和电中性,是其能改善生物医用材料血液相容性的重要原因。  相似文献

采用激光刻蚀法在水溶液中分别制备了金纳米粒子和铜纳米粒子.通过电镜、原子力显微镜和紫外—可见吸收光谱对它们的结构和光学性质进行了表征.将所得纳米粒子沉积在铝片的表面,获得了具有良好拉曼增强效果的金属岛膜.利用表面增强拉曼散射对4-巯基吡啶在金、铜岛膜上的吸附特性进行了对比研究,推测出4-巯基吡啶在金岛膜上采用垂直于表面的吸附取向,在铜岛膜上具有倾斜于表面的吸附取向.  相似文献

利用电场改变金膜表面固定化探针DNA的方位,从而影响了DNA杂交效率,进而影响了表面等离子体子共振DNA传感器的灵敏度。结果表明不同极性的电场对DNA传感器的作用不同:当金膜表面带负电荷时,探针DNA在电场的作用下直立在金膜上,空间位阻减小,提高杂交效率,从而使传感器的灵敏度提高,反之亦然。  相似文献

利用Johin-Yvon U-1000型显微拉曼光谱仪对一种新合成的缓蚀剂在金、银溶胶上的表面增强拉曼光谱进行了研究,探讨了其在金、银表面的吸附机理.结果表明,这种缓蚀剂以S-Me键倾斜地吸附于金、银溶胶表面,与金、银在表面形成一层稳定的单分子膜,可以有效地阻挡外部分子的侵蚀.  相似文献

基于动态与静态试验方法对芳香聚酰胺纳滤膜(NF)与反渗透(RO)膜去除饮用水中四环素物质(TC)进行了研究.试验结果表明,NF膜和RO膜对水中TC具有吸附作用;NF膜和RO膜对TC的吸附质量分数分别为35%和40%,且与水中TC的质量浓度成正比,平衡吸附率与初始质量浓度无明显关系;TC在NF膜和RO膜表面的静态吸附特性均遵循Freundlich吸附等温线.通过膜表面的红外光谱图和扫描电子显微镜图发现,NF膜和RO膜对TC的吸附作用较为显著,膜表面存在多种吸附位点,膜孔吸附造成膜的不可逆膜污染.  相似文献

采用小牛胸腺DNA修饰金电极并用纳米金增强了DNA在电极上的吸附量.Co(bpy)3 3被用作电子媒介体来表征通过恒电位法吸附在电极表面的DNA的变化过程,并通过循环伏安法测定Co(bpy)3 3在电极上的富集量;同时,考察了DNA修饰金电极在不同pH值及不同温度下的稳定性,发现纳米金使DNA修饰电极稳定性增加.  相似文献

分别采用热聚合和光聚合的方法在金膜表面合成黄体酮分子印迹膜,并将其作为识别元件应用于表面等离子体共振传感器检测黄体酮. 通过对其进行洗脱及吸附研究发现:采用乙腈/乙酸混合液可以快速将黄体酮洗脱下来,洗脱前后共振角分别移动了1.15°和0.72°;该传感器实现对黄体酮的最低检测限均为10-14 g/mL;在10-14~10-6 g/mL的浓度范围内,共振角度的变化与黄体酮浓度的负对数成线性关系. 同时将具有黄体酮识别位点的分子印迹膜分别吸附浓度为10-4 g/mL的雌二醇,睾酮和睾酮丙酸酯溶液,结果显示均没有非特异性吸附作用. 以上结果表明,基于黄体酮分子印迹膜的表面等离子体共振传感器能够对黄体酮实现快速定量的专一性检测.   相似文献

利用自组装方法将DNA分子吸附于Si基底表面, 并通过原子力显微镜(AFM)观察不同质量浓度的DNA溶液在Si基底表面进行自组装后的结构: 当DNA溶液的质量浓度较低时, Si基底表面会吸附单个、 拉伸、 环状的分子; 当DNA溶液的质量浓度为60~160 ng/μL时, 在Si基底表面会形成网状结构; 当DNA溶液的质量浓度超过200 ng/μL时, 仅形成DNA薄膜. 实验结果表明, 可以利用该方法制作基于Si材料的DNA分子器件.  相似文献

以定性滤纸为衬底,采用自组装吸附方法制备二维纳米金膜.场发射扫描电镜实验发现,该金膜在滤纸表面分布均匀且存在许多纳米金团簇.以罗丹明6G为探针分子,该金膜表现出良好的表面增强拉曼散射(SERS)效应,其检测限可以达到10-8mol.L-1.制备方法简单、快速、成本低,适合于批量生产.该基于滤纸制备的金膜有望用于实际领域的SERS检测.  相似文献

将末端带OH、COOH、NH2、CH3的巯基化合物自组装于金片表面形成膜,利用表面等离子体共振(SPR)技术实现了牛血清白蛋白(BSA)在金片表面自组装膜上的非特异性吸附研究.以铁氰化钾为探针,利用循环伏安(CV)和电化学阻抗(EI)方法探究了膜在表面的形态.通过测量膜表面对水的静态接触角表征膜的形成及质量.SPR实时监测得到BSA在自组装膜表面的结合强弱顺序为:CH3>NH2>COOH>OH.同时还研究了形成自组装膜物质的链长对其抗非特异性吸附效果的影响.  相似文献

There are numerous geometric objects stored in the spatial databases. An importance function in a spatial database is that users can browse the geometric objects as a map efficiently. Thus the spatial database should display the geometric objects users concern about swiftly onto the display window. This process includes two operations:retrieve data from database and then draw them onto screen. Accordingly, to improve the efficiency, we should try to reduce time of both retrieving object and displaying them. The former can be achieved with the aid of spatial index such as R-tree, the latter require to simplify the objects. Simplification means that objects are shown with sufficient but not with unnecessary detail which depend on the scale of browse. So the major problem is how to retrieve data at different detail level efficiently. This paper introduces the implementation of a multi-scale index in the spatial database SISP (Spatial Information Shared Platform) which is generalized from R-tree. The difference between the generalization and the R-tree lies on two facets: One is that every node and geometric object in the generalization is assigned with a importance value which denote the importance of them, and every vertex in the objects are assigned with a importance value,too. The importance value can be use to decide which data should be retrieve from disk in a query. The other difference is that geometric objects in the generalization are divided into one or more sub-blocks, and vertexes are total ordered by their importance value. With the help of the generalized R-tree, one can easily retrieve data at different detail levels.Some experiments are performed on real-life data to evaluate the performance of solutions that separately use normal spatial index and multi-scale spatial index. The results show that the solution using multi-scale index in SISP is satisfying.  相似文献

The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3~4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰~ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰~ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084~0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078~0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.  相似文献

Future mobile communication systems aim at providing very high data transmission rates, even in high-mobility scenarios such as high-speed wheel-track trains, maglev trains, highway vehicles, airplanes, guided missiles or spacecraft. A particularly important commercial application is the strong and increasing worldwide demand for high- speed broadband wireless communications (up to 574.8 km/ h test speeds or 380 km/h commercial speeds) in railways, providing data, voice and video services for applications such as onboard entertainment services to passengers, train control, train dispatch, train sensor status handling and sur- veillance. In such high-mobility scenarios, there are a number of communication challenges, including fast hand- over, location updating, high-speed channel modeling, estimation and equalization, anti-Doppler spreading tech- niques, fast power control, and dedicated network architec- ture. Being the primary media of geographical information and the elementary objects manipulated, almost all of maps adopt the layer-based model to represent geographic information in the existent GIS. However, it is difficult to extend the map represented in layer-based model. Furthermore, in Web-Based GIS, It is slow to transmit the spatial data for map viewing. In this paper, for solving the questions above, we have proposed a new method for representing the spatial data. That is scale-based model. In this model we represent maps in three levels: scale-view, block, and spatial object, and organize the maps in a set of map layers, named Scale-View, which associates some given scales.Lastly, a prototype Web-Based GIS using the proposed spatial data representation is described briefly.  相似文献

本文叙述了对海南岛及其毗邻大陆边缘白垩纪到第四纪地层岩石进行古地磁研究的全部工作过程。通过分析岩石中剩余磁矢量的磁偏角及磁倾角的变化,提出海南岛白垩纪以来经历的构造演化模式如下:早期伴随顺时针旋转而向南迁移,后期伴随逆时针转动并向北运移。联系该地区及邻区的地质、地球物理资料,对海南岛上述的构造地体运动提出以下认识:北部湾内早期有一拉张作用,主要是该作用使湾内地壳显著伸长减薄,形成北部湾盆地。从而导致了海南岛的早期构造运动,而海南岛后期的构造运动则主要是受南海海底扩张的影响。海南地体运动规律的阐明对于了解北部湾油气盆地的形成演化有重要的理论和实际意义。  相似文献
