采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了掺杂钇的磁铅石型系列Z型钡铁氧体纳米颗粒.通过对相结构的分析表明:Ba3-xYxCO2Fe24O41(x=0,0.1,0.2,0.3,0.4)样品在1300℃下烧结5h后成相主要为Z型钡铁氧体,同时伴有少量W型、Y型杂相.还对添加稀土钇及间隔一段时间后吸波性能的变化进行了研究,结果表明,掺杂适量的稀土钇(x=0.1)在微波X波段平均吸波性能达到最大,抗氧化能力也明显增强,过量或少量掺杂钇都会影响材料的吸波性能及抗氧化能力.  相似文献

采用原位复合法制备了聚苯胺包覆铁氧体的复合颗粒,并利用透射电子显微镜(TEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)和傅立叶红外光谱仪(FT-IR)等分析手段观测了复合颗粒的形貌、结构和性能.采用矢量网络分析仪在0.5~20 GHz频段内测试了材料的吸波性能.实验结果表明,具有核/壳结构的导电聚苯胺复合材料具有较好的吸波性能.当掺入质量分数为15%的Li0.45Zn0.1Fe2.45O4时,复合颗粒吸波性能最好,其-8 dB带宽达5 GHz,最大损耗为26.1 dB,且面密度最小为0.28 g.cm-2.  相似文献

将M型六角铁氧体(BaFe12O19)和尖晶石型铁氧体(MnZn铁氧体)以及经加工的精铁砂制成三种复合电波吸收材料,再分别两两组合制成双层结构复合电波吸收材料,发现双层结构的最大吸收量较三种单层结构的最大吸收量和带宽有所提高,其吸收量为18.5dB,10dB带宽2.25GHz,匹配厚度亦有所增加,还发现如果将双层结构的第一层(吸收层)和第二层(过渡层)的材料交换,对双层结构电波吸收材料的吸波特性会产生影响。  相似文献

使用溶胶凝胶法制备了M型六角铁氧体,测量了铁氧体和短切碳纤维复合材料在Ku波段的电磁参数,并根据电磁参数设计了双层吸波材料.结果表明:M型铁氧体复合材料的介电损耗和磁损耗都比较小,而短切碳纤维复合材料具有较高的介电损耗;内外层材料相同但厚度不同的双层复合材料表现出不同的微波吸收特性,其中,内层为M型铁氧体复合材料、外层为碳纤维复合材料、层厚分别为1.5 mm和0.5 mm的双层复合材料,表现出优良的微波吸收性能,反射率在-10 dB以下的有效带宽覆盖了整个Ku波段,最大吸收位于15.3 GHz处,反射率约为23.0 dB.  相似文献

水热法合成片状Co微晶材料,其在2~18GHz频段具有高介电常数和大的介电损耗.将片状Co微晶与W型锶铁氧体构成阻抗渐变的双层吸波涂层,对在2~18GHz频段其反射损耗随着各层厚度的变化关系进行表征.结果表明,双层吸波涂层具有涂层薄、吸收强和频带宽特性.如:当钴涂层和W型锶铁氧体涂层的厚度分别为0.8、1.2 mm时,最大反射损耗达到-50dB;反射损耗小于-8dB时的频带为8.64~12.08GHz.  相似文献

采用熔体快淬及晶化退火工艺制备了Nd2Fe14B/α-Fe纳米晶双相材料,对该材料在0.5-18GHz频段的复介电常数、复磁导率进行了测试,其磁谱表现为驰豫型特征。由于磁损耗和介电损耗的共同作用,纳米复相Nd2Fe14B/α-Fe吸波材料在9—17GHz具有良好的吸波性能,其匹配厚度为1.6-2.5mm。  相似文献

采用固相烧结工艺,按不同配方分别制备了(LiFe)xZn1-2xFe2O4(x=0.1、0.2、0.3、0.4、0.45、0.5),用Agilent8510c矢量网络分析仪测试,在0.5~13GHz频段内材料的吸波性能.实验发现(LiFe)0.45Zn0.1Fe2O4有较强的吸波性能,然后再对(LiFe)0.45Zn0.1Fe2O4进行不同搀杂,并在0.5~18GHz频段内测试材料的吸波性能,发现掺入1wt%的Al2O3对增加-10dB带宽非常有效果.  相似文献

用化学共沉淀法制备了六角晶系BaZnCoTi-W型铁氧体吸波材料,对其微结构和微波吸收性能进行了测试分析.实验发现这种材料在6~30GHz全频段内吸收衰减小于-8dB,同时出现了3个吸收峰,而且相关性能参量都满足实用要求.初步认为3个吸收峰分别由畴壁共振、自然共振以及电极化共振吸收效应引起的.  相似文献

采用柠檬酸盐溶胶-凝胶法制备钡铁氧体.试验表明:缓慢加热至650℃,即得到结晶良好的六角磁铅型晶体BaFe12O19针状纳米颗粒,粒径50 nm,同时伴生有尖晶石型γ-Fe2O3,BaFe2O4及α-Fe2O3相;加热温度升高,BaFe12O19相增多,伴生相减少;至800℃,基本为钡铁氧体BaFe12O19晶体;快速加热至800℃,固相反应产物仍为BaFe12O19,但晶体颗粒粗大.在所试验的1-6 GHz范围内,钡铁氧体吸波性能随着微波频率的增高而加强,最佳吸波频率在6 GHz以上.  相似文献

The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3~4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰~ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰~ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084~0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078~0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.  相似文献

本文叙述了对海南岛及其毗邻大陆边缘白垩纪到第四纪地层岩石进行古地磁研究的全部工作过程。通过分析岩石中剩余磁矢量的磁偏角及磁倾角的变化,提出海南岛白垩纪以来经历的构造演化模式如下:早期伴随顺时针旋转而向南迁移,后期伴随逆时针转动并向北运移。联系该地区及邻区的地质、地球物理资料,对海南岛上述的构造地体运动提出以下认识:北部湾内早期有一拉张作用,主要是该作用使湾内地壳显著伸长减薄,形成北部湾盆地。从而导致了海南岛的早期构造运动,而海南岛后期的构造运动则主要是受南海海底扩张的影响。海南地体运动规律的阐明对于了解北部湾油气盆地的形成演化有重要的理论和实际意义。  相似文献

The explosive growth of the Internet and database applications has driven database to be more scalable and available, and able to support on-line scaling without interrupting service. To support more client's queries without downtime and degrading the response time, more nodes have to be scaled up while the database is running. This paper presents the overview of scalable and available database that satisfies the above characteristics. And we propose a novel on-line scaling method. Our method improves the existing on-line scaling method for fast response time and higher throughputs. Our proposed method reduces unnecessary network use, i.e. , we decrease the number of data copy by reusing the backup data. Also, our on-line scaling operation can be processed parallel by selecting adequate nodes as new node. Our performance study shows that our method results in significant reduction in data copy time.  相似文献

R-Tree is a good structure for spatial searching. But in this indexing structure,either the sequence of nodes in the same level or sequence of traveling these nodes when queries are made is random. Since the possibility that the object appears in different MBR which have the same parents node is different, if we make the subnode who has the most possibility be traveled first, the time cost will be decreased in most of the cases. In some case, the possibility of a point belong to a rectangle will shows direct proportion with the size of the rectangle. But this conclusion is based on an assumption that the objects are symmetrically distributing in the area and this assumption is not always coming into existence. Now we found a more direct parameter to scale the possibility and made a little change on the structure of R-tree, to increase the possibility of founding the satisfying answer in the front sub trees. There are numerous geometric objects stored in the spatial databases. An importance function in a spatial database is that users can browse the geometric objects as a map efficiently. Thus the spatial database should display the geometric objects users concern about swiftly onto the display window. This process includes two operations:retrieve data from database and then draw them onto screen. Accordingly, to improve the efficiency, we should try to reduce time of both retrieving object and displaying them. The former can be achieved with the aid of spatial index such as R-tree, the latter require to simplify the objects. Simplification means that objects are shown with sufficient but not with unnecessary detail which depend on the scale of browse. So the major problem is how to retrieve data at different detail level efficiently. This paper introduces the implementation of a multi-scale index in the spatial database SISP (Spatial Information Shared Platform) which is generalized from R-tree. The difference between the generalization and the R-tree lies on two facets: One is that every node and geometric object in the generalization is assigned with a importance value which denote the importance of them, and every vertex in the objects are assigned with a importance value,too. The importance value can be use to decide which data should be retrieve from disk in a query. The other difference is that geometric objects in the generalization are divided into one or more sub-blocks, and vertexes are total ordered by their importance value. With the help of the generalized R-tree, one can easily retrieve data at different detail levels.Some experiments are performed on real-life data to evaluate the performance of solutions that separately use normal spatial index and multi-scale spatial index. The results show that the solution using multi-scale index in SISP is satisfying.  相似文献

The geographic information service is enabled by the advancements in general Web service technology and the focused efforts of the OGC in defining XML-based Web GIS service. Based on these models, this paper addresses the issue of services chaining,the process of combining or pipelining results from several interoperable GIS Web Services to create a customized solution. This paper presents a mediated chaining architecture in which a specific service takes responsibility for performing the process that describes a service chain. We designed the Spatial Information Process Language (SIPL) for dynamic modeling and describing the service chain, also a prototype of the Spatial Information Process Execution Engine (SIPEE) is implemented for executing processes written in SIPL. Discussion of measures to improve the functionality and performance of such system will be included.  相似文献
