用溶胶 -凝胶法在 p型单晶硅的表面镀上一层TiO2 或TiO2 -SnO2 纳米结构薄膜 ,并用表面光电压谱 (SPS)研究了TiO2 /Si和TiO2 -SnO2 /Si的表面光伏特性 .结果表明 ,在单晶硅表面镀一层TiO2 或TiO2 -SnO2 薄膜后所得的复合纳米材料的光伏效应比单晶硅提高了 1个数量级 ,且在 4 0 0~ 70 0℃热处理温度范围内TiO2 /Si和TiO2 -SnO2 /Si的光伏效应均随着温度的升高而增强 ,同一温度下TiO2 -SnO2 /Si的光伏效应比TiO2 /Si强  相似文献

采用溶胶 -凝胶法在P -型单晶硅的表面镀上一层TiO2 薄膜 ,并在 2 0 0~ 90 0℃下煅烧得到TiO2 Si复合材料 .研究结果发现 ,经不同温度煅烧得到的TiO2 Si复合材料中TiO2 的晶相结构以及复合材料的吸光性能不同 ,其光电响应特性亦不同 .经 40 0℃煅烧得到的复合材料的光电压最强 ,相对于单晶硅约提高了 3个数量级  相似文献

以粘土和生石灰为主要材料,制备出陶砂材料后,在其上用溶胶-凝胶法涂敷了一层TiO2薄膜,制备成TiO2陶砂光催化材料,将其应用于降解水中有机污染物.结果表明,在热处理温度为350℃条件下,制备的TiO2光催化剂水处理效果较好,可使水中有机物的TOC值降低80%以上.  相似文献

研究了TiO2过渡层对BiFeO3薄膜微结构和铁电磁性质的影响.采用溶胶-凝胶法分别在Si(100)和Pt(111)/Ti/SiO2/Si(100)衬底上制备了BiFeO3薄膜.通过加入约10 nm厚度的TiO2过渡层,在两种衬底上均制备出了纯相BiFeO3薄膜,而未加过渡层的薄膜均有杂相存在.与未加TiO2过渡层相比较,BiFeO3/TiO2薄膜表面颗粒大小更加均匀、致密、平整.在室温10kHz下沉积在Pt/Ti/SiO2/Si衬底上的薄膜的损耗从0.094下降到0.028;而薄膜的介电常数变化不大,分别为177和161.在室温下同时测得了薄膜的电滞回线和磁滞回线.BiFeO3/TiO2薄膜的饱和磁化强度为16.8 emu/cm3,在600kV/cm电场下,剩余极化强度为9.8μC/cm2.研究表明,TiO2过渡层能够有效地抑制Bi FeO3薄膜杂相的生成,提高薄膜的表面平整度以及耐压性.  相似文献

采用溶胶一凝胶法在玻璃上制备了透明锐钛矿型纳米TiO2薄膜和金属锡离子掺杂的锐钛矿与金红石混晶型纳米TiO2薄膜,并利用 X射线衍射(XRD)、原子力显微镜(AFM)、紫外一可见分光光度计对合成的薄膜进行表征.研究了掺杂锡离子对TiO2薄膜吸收光谱及光催化活性的影响,结果表明掺杂锡离子使得TiO2薄膜对入射光的吸收带边发生红移;适量掺杂锡离子能够显著的提高TiO2薄膜的光催化活性.并探讨了镀膜层数对薄膜光催化活性的影响,发现对于掺杂不同浓度锡离子的TiO2薄膜均有其对应的最佳膜层数.  相似文献

以钛醇盐为前驱物,采用溶胶-凝胶法(sol-gel)制备了透明锐钛矿型纳米TiO2薄膜.利用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)及能谱分析(EDS)对TiO2薄膜的结构及特征进行了表征.考察了酸的种类、硝酸浓度、钛酸四丁酯(TBOT)以及聚乙二醇(PEG)含量、涂膜层数和Fe3+、Cu2+离子掺杂等因素对涂膜玻璃光催化活性和透明性的影响.结果表明所制备的TiO2薄膜主要以锐钛矿形式存在,膜层数低于5层时,薄膜表面光滑透明;随着膜层数的增加,薄膜的光催化活性增加,透明性和透光率下降.当膜层数为14层时,光催化活性达到最高80%,在可见光范围内的透光率为70%.适量铁或铜离子的掺杂,均可提高薄膜的光催化活性,并且离子掺杂不影响薄膜的透明性和透光率,两者的最佳掺杂浓度均为1.0×10-5 mol·L-1.  相似文献

采用溶胶-凝胶(sol-gel)工艺在铝片表面制得了均匀透明的TiO2薄膜,考查了其光催化降解4BS染料的活性,研究了热处理温度、涂覆层数、以及溶液改性等因素对TiO2薄膜的光催化性能的影响.结果表明:该薄膜能有效降解4BS染料,热处理温度、涂覆层数影响薄膜的性能,层数为5,热处理温度为600 ℃的薄膜具有较高的光催化活性.TiO2薄膜对加入Fe3+的4BS溶液的降解率明显提高.  相似文献

There are numerous geometric objects stored in the spatial databases. An importance function in a spatial database is that users can browse the geometric objects as a map efficiently. Thus the spatial database should display the geometric objects users concern about swiftly onto the display window. This process includes two operations:retrieve data from database and then draw them onto screen. Accordingly, to improve the efficiency, we should try to reduce time of both retrieving object and displaying them. The former can be achieved with the aid of spatial index such as R-tree, the latter require to simplify the objects. Simplification means that objects are shown with sufficient but not with unnecessary detail which depend on the scale of browse. So the major problem is how to retrieve data at different detail level efficiently. This paper introduces the implementation of a multi-scale index in the spatial database SISP (Spatial Information Shared Platform) which is generalized from R-tree. The difference between the generalization and the R-tree lies on two facets: One is that every node and geometric object in the generalization is assigned with a importance value which denote the importance of them, and every vertex in the objects are assigned with a importance value,too. The importance value can be use to decide which data should be retrieve from disk in a query. The other difference is that geometric objects in the generalization are divided into one or more sub-blocks, and vertexes are total ordered by their importance value. With the help of the generalized R-tree, one can easily retrieve data at different detail levels.Some experiments are performed on real-life data to evaluate the performance of solutions that separately use normal spatial index and multi-scale spatial index. The results show that the solution using multi-scale index in SISP is satisfying.  相似文献

The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3~4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰~ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰~ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084~0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078~0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.  相似文献

Future mobile communication systems aim at providing very high data transmission rates, even in high-mobility scenarios such as high-speed wheel-track trains, maglev trains, highway vehicles, airplanes, guided missiles or spacecraft. A particularly important commercial application is the strong and increasing worldwide demand for high- speed broadband wireless communications (up to 574.8 km/ h test speeds or 380 km/h commercial speeds) in railways, providing data, voice and video services for applications such as onboard entertainment services to passengers, train control, train dispatch, train sensor status handling and sur- veillance. In such high-mobility scenarios, there are a number of communication challenges, including fast hand- over, location updating, high-speed channel modeling, estimation and equalization, anti-Doppler spreading tech- niques, fast power control, and dedicated network architec- ture. 本文叙述了对海南岛及其毗邻大陆边缘白垩纪到第四纪地层岩石进行古地磁研究的全部工作过程。通过分析岩石中剩余磁矢量的磁偏角及磁倾角的变化,提出海南岛白垩纪以来经历的构造演化模式如下:早期伴随顺时针旋转而向南迁移,后期伴随逆时针转动并向北运移。联系该地区及邻区的地质、地球物理资料,对海南岛上述的构造地体运动提出以下认识:北部湾内早期有一拉张作用,主要是该作用使湾内地壳显著伸长减薄,形成北部湾盆地。从而导致了海南岛的早期构造运动,而海南岛后期的构造运动则主要是受南海海底扩张的影响。海南地体运动规律的阐明对于了解北部湾油气盆地的形成演化有重要的理论和实际意义。  相似文献

Being the primary media of geographical information and the elementary objects manipulated, almost all of maps adopt the layer-based model to represent geographic information in the existent GIS. However, it is difficult to extend the map represented in layer-based model. Furthermore, in Web-Based GIS, It is slow to transmit the spatial data for map viewing. In this paper, for solving the questions above, we have proposed a new method for representing the spatial data. That is scale-based model. In this model we represent maps in three levels: scale-view, block, and spatial object, and organize the maps in a set of map layers, named Scale-View, which associates some given scales.Lastly, a prototype Web-Based GIS using the proposed spatial data representation is described briefly.  相似文献
