研究评价了对李树树干注入络合铁肥矫治缺铁性黄化症的效果。注铁后,不仅叶内的全铁、活性铁及叶绿素含量显著增加,而且提高了其氮、磷、镁、锰、锌的含量及降低了钾、钙、硼的含量。文章比较了元素间的相关性及处理与正常叶间的关联性。  相似文献

研究表明,祁连山不同森林群落土壤有机质含量3.674%~11.974%,灌木林最高,达11.974%,祁连圆柏林最低,为3.674%;土壤全氮含量范围0.154%~0.698%;灌木林下土壤中全氮的最高,祁连圆柏林下土壤中全氮的含量最低;土壤全磷含量依次为灌木林(0.132%)〉苔藓云杉林(0.128%,山地碳酸盐灰褐土)〉苔藓云杉林(0.117%,山地淋溶灰褐土)〉祁连圆柏林(0.115%)〉苔藓灌木云杉林(0.105%);土壤水解氮、速效磷和速效钾的含量分别为6.545~19.18mg/100g、7.72—15.36mg/100g和8.59~15.33mg/100g土。灌木林土壤中的含氮量、水解氮、全磷分别为祁连圆柏林的4.5、1.72、1.15倍,土壤呼吸强度和纤维素分解强度苔藓云杉林最大,灌木林最小。森林群落枯落物积累量的减少,是造成有机质含量降低的根本原因。  相似文献

研究了1997年1月福建省华安县绿竹(Dendrocalamopsisoldhami)林各组分的热值、能量现存量;1996年7月至1997年6月绿竹叶与细根分解过程的热值变化.结果表明:1)1997年1月绿竹林各组分的灰分含量有较大差异,在3.82%~17.66%之间,杆的灰分含量最低,叶的灰分含量最高;干重热值在16625.5~18648.2J/g之间,细根的干重热值最低,杆的干重热值最高.2)1996年7月至1997年6月绿竹叶的干重热值有一定的季节变化,干重热值在冬季最低.3)1996年7月至1997年6月绿竹细根分解过程中干重热值呈现上升、而后逐渐下降的趋势.  相似文献

为了解神农架地区土壤的基本肥力特征,在神农架进行为期20多天的野外土壤调查,采集156个土壤样品,并分析测定土壤砾石含量、pH值、有机质、碱解氮、速效磷和速效钾的含量.结果表明,神农架土壤砾石含量在0~87%之间,砾石含量大于10%的土壤占65.4%.土壤pH在3.8~8.0之间,酸性和强酸性土壤占73.1%,没有强碱性土壤.土壤有机质含量分别在1.9-144.0gkg。之间,有机质丰富的占50%.碱解氮、速效磷和速效钾含量范围分别为26~766、1.8~115.3和16-399mgkg-1,碱解氮丰富的土壤占67.3%,速效磷丰富的土壤不足20%,而缺乏的却占63%,速效钾丰富和缺乏各占30%左右.相关分析表明,土壤有机质、碱解氮、速效磷和速效钾相互之间均呈极显著的线性相关,土壤有机质与碱解氮的相关性最高,与速效磷的相关性最低.总之,神农架土壤具有砾质性,以酸性土壤为主,有机质和碱解氮处于丰富水平,速效磷处于缺乏水平,速效钾处于中等水平.  相似文献

应用ICP-AES法同时测定了猴头菇中13种元素并进行了成分分析,结果表明,猴头菇中含有较稳定的大分子糖,很难通过湿法HNO3-HClO4完全消解,采用干法灰化,用ICP-AES法测定钾、磷、钠、钙、镁、锰、铁、铜、锌、硒、锶、镉、铅13种元素的含量,其相对标准偏差为0.72%~6.83%(n=7),回收率为90.9%~105.2%.  相似文献

在天然草原上的稀土元素喷施浓度、时间、次数和不同化合物的比较研究表明:适宜的喷施浓度为10×10 ̄(-4)~15×10 ̄(-4),可增产8.67%~15.45%;适宜的喷施时间为6月下旬,可增产20.20%;以喷3或4次的生物量较高,增产25.75%~35.14%;不同化合物的比较试验初步证明,是稀土元素起增产作用,而不是硝酸根中的氮;532hm ̄2的中间试验,3年平均增产11.87%,幅度为8.99%~15.63%.有较好的经济效益.  相似文献

在对广西田阳、田东、钦州和防城果主要产区的代表性果园(16个)进行土壤农化性状调查的基础上,进行N、P、K、Mg田间施肥试验,试验小区5个,随机区组排列,每小区5株,重复4次。土壤调查表明,供试果园土壤有机质含量(g/kg)11.44~12.09,全N量(g/kg)0.53~0.92,全P量(g/kg)0.20~0.38,全K量(g/kg)5.14~18.43。速效P(mg/kg)0.8~26.2,速效K(mg/kg)33.9~53.3。田间试验结果表明,施N、K配镁肥,能改善果植株的营养状况。施钾配镁肥,落果率可减少20.87%。在试验施肥条件下,单株产量提高0.85千克/株。增施N、K配施Mg肥,单果重达323g,此外施K,可提高果实粗蛋白和VC含量,可食部分略有增加。N2PK2Mg处理的果在室内气温26.5℃~32.5℃,64%~89%的相对湿度下,可贮藏23d。  相似文献

目的:建立蒙药查干汤中苦参碱的含量测定方法.方法:采用了薄层扫描法,以苯-丙酮-醋酸乙酯-浓氮试液(2:3:4:0.2)为展开剂,稀碘化铋钾试液为显色剂;λS=520nm,λR=650nm,双波长反射法锯齿扫描.结果:苦参碱溶液在2.14~6.42μg范围内具有良好的线性关系,r=0.998;平均回收率为97.62%.CV(%)=1.73(n=5).结论:建立的方法分离效果好,结果稳定、可靠、准确,具有良好的重复性,可作为该制剂中苦参碱的含量测定方法.  相似文献

The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3~4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰~ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰~ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084~0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078~0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.  相似文献

There are numerous geometric objects stored in the spatial databases. An importance function in a spatial database is that users can browse the geometric objects as a map efficiently. Thus the spatial database should display the geometric objects users concern about swiftly onto the display window. This process includes two operations:retrieve data from database and then draw them onto screen. Accordingly, to improve the efficiency, we should try to reduce time of both retrieving object and displaying them. The former can be achieved with the aid of spatial index such as R-tree, the latter require to simplify the objects. Simplification means that objects are shown with sufficient but not with unnecessary detail which depend on the scale of browse. So the major problem is how to retrieve data at different detail level efficiently. This paper introduces the implementation of a multi-scale index in the spatial database SISP (Spatial Information Shared Platform) which is generalized from R-tree. The difference between the generalization and the R-tree lies on two facets: One is that every node and geometric object in the generalization is assigned with a importance value which denote the importance of them, and every vertex in the objects are assigned with a importance value,too. The importance value can be use to decide which data should be retrieve from disk in a query. The other difference is that geometric objects in the generalization are divided into one or more sub-blocks, and vertexes are total ordered by their importance value. With the help of the generalized R-tree, one can easily retrieve data at different detail levels.Some experiments are performed on real-life data to evaluate the performance of solutions that separately use normal spatial index and multi-scale spatial index. 本文叙述了对海南岛及其毗邻大陆边缘白垩纪到第四纪地层岩石进行古地磁研究的全部工作过程。通过分析岩石中剩余磁矢量的磁偏角及磁倾角的变化,提出海南岛白垩纪以来经历的构造演化模式如下:早期伴随顺时针旋转而向南迁移,后期伴随逆时针转动并向北运移。联系该地区及邻区的地质、地球物理资料,对海南岛上述的构造地体运动提出以下认识:北部湾内早期有一拉张作用,主要是该作用使湾内地壳显著伸长减薄,形成北部湾盆地。从而导致了海南岛的早期构造运动,而海南岛后期的构造运动则主要是受南海海底扩张的影响。海南地体运动规律的阐明对于了解北部湾油气盆地的形成演化有重要的理论和实际意义。  相似文献

The explosive growth of the Internet and database applications has driven database to be more scalable and available, and able to support on-line scaling without interrupting service. To support more client's queries without downtime and degrading the response time, more nodes have to be scaled up while the database is running. This paper presents the overview of scalable and available database that satisfies the above characteristics. And we propose a novel on-line scaling method. Our method improves the existing on-line scaling method for fast response time and higher throughputs. Our proposed method reduces unnecessary network use, i.e. , we decrease the number of data copy by reusing the backup data. Also, our on-line scaling operation can be processed parallel by selecting adequate nodes as new node. Our performance study shows that our method results in significant reduction in data copy time.  相似文献

R-Tree is a good structure for spatial searching. But in this indexing structure,either the sequence of nodes in the same level or sequence of traveling these nodes when queries are made is random. Since the possibility that the object appears in different MBR which have the same parents node is different, if we make the subnode who has the most possibility be traveled first, the time cost will be decreased in most of the cases. In some case, the possibility of a point belong to a rectangle will shows direct proportion with the size of the rectangle. But this conclusion is based on an assumption that the objects are symmetrically distributing in the area and this assumption is not always coming into existence. Now we found a more direct parameter to scale the possibility and made a little change on the structure of R-tree, to increase the possibility of founding the satisfying answer in the front sub trees. The geographic information service is enabled by the advancements in general Web service technology and the focused efforts of the OGC in defining XML-based Web GIS service. Based on these models, this paper addresses the issue of services chaining,the process of combining or pipelining results from several interoperable GIS Web Services to create a customized solution. This paper presents a mediated chaining architecture in which a specific service takes responsibility for performing the process that describes a service chain. We designed the Spatial Information Process Language (SIPL) for dynamic modeling and describing the service chain, also a prototype of the Spatial Information Process Execution Engine (SIPEE) is implemented for executing processes written in SIPL.
