罗氏海盘车海星皂甙的提取分离及其分析鉴定

用甲醇提取法和乙醇提取法从罗氏海盘车提取了海星总皂甙，其产率分别为０．０９％和０．１１％。产品绠化实验、溶血实验及紫外和红外光谱分析鉴定，证明提取物为海星总皂甙；总皂甙经薄层层析及柱层析分离出五种主要组分，其中两种初步断明为海星皂Ａ和海星皂甙Ｂ。     

N─苯基─2，2，6，6─四氯环己亚胺的合成

本文对医药邻─（２，６─二氯苯胺基）─苯乙酸钠的中间体Ｎ─苯基─２，２，６，６─四氯环己亚胺的合成工艺进行了系统研究，对该反应的催化剂种类、用量、原料配比、缩合温度等。艺条件进行了分析探讨，找出了较佳合成工艺条件，并对产品结构进行了认证。     

结构·形态发生与热力学诠解

不同形态能量对物质分布具有不同的作用方向。对孤立系变化过程,体系物质分布与能量形态聚集总量守恒、发散总量守恒。当聚集形态能量对物质分布发生聚集作用时,物质分布将趋向聚集;当发散形态能量对物质分布发生作用时,物质分布将趋于发散。对这两类变化过程,都有量热产生diS>0,这表明量热滴变dS不能作为体系物质分布特征变化（方向）的判断依据。     

Expression, purification and characterization of a phyAm-phyCs fusion phytase

The phyA^m gene encoding acid phytase and optimized neutral phytase phyCs gene were inserted into expression vector pPIC9K in correct orientation and transformed into Pichiapastoris in order to expand the pH profile ofphytase and decrease the cost of production. The fusion phytase phyA^m-phyCs gene was successfully overexpressed in P. pastoris as an active and extracellular phytase. The yield of total extracellular fusion phytase activity is （25.4±0.53） U/ml at the flask scale and （159.1±2.92） U/ml for high cell-density fermentation, respectively. Purified fusion phytase exhibits an optimal temperature at 55 ℃ and an optimal pH at 5.5-6.0 and its relative activity remains at a relatively high level of above 70% in the range ofpH 2.0 to 7.0. About 51% to 63% of its original activity remains after incubation at 75 ℃ to 95 ℃ for 10 min. Due to heavy glycosylation, the expressed fusion phytase shows a broad and diffuse band in SDS-PAGE （sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis）. After deglycosylation by endoglycosidase H （EndoHf）, the enzyme has an apparent molecular size of 95 kDa. The characterization of the fusion phytase was compared with those ofphyCs andphyA^m.

多环芳烃K区和L区理论指数的计算

用K区和L区理论指数预测多环芳烃的致癌活性时,要计算分子的碳定域能(C、L、E)_(min),邻位定域能(O、L、E)和对位定域能(P、L、E)。本文以苯分子为例,对计算方法作了具体介绍。     

N,N′—二苯基硫草酰胺对铜的缓蚀研究

利用动电位极化曲线、交流阻抗技术研究了N,N′—二苯基硫草酰胺(DBT)对铜的缓蚀作用。结果表明:在含NaCl的中性介质中,DBT对铜有一定的诱蚀作用;在含NaClO_4的中性介质中,DBT对铜有一定的缓蚀作用。     

硝基腐植酸、聚磷酸盐与微量元素配合物(NPTE)复合微肥的合成研究

选择了硝基腐值酸与聚磷酸钾两种配体与植物所需微量元素合成配位化合物。该配合物是一种新型微肥,施用它可达到预期的目的。主要研究了以龙口褐煤为原料制备硝基腐植酸、聚磷酸盐与微量元素配合物的原理,反应条件及配合物的化学键性质。     

Characteristics of dynamic membrane filtration: structure,operation mechanisms,and cost analysis

Dynamic membrane technology represents a promising substitution for conventional membrane bioreactor system,which owns the merits of flexible and comparably cheap materials,easy for backwash,good antifouling property,etc.It has been over half a century since the principle of dynamic membranes was first reported,whereas the development and popularization are still limited.This paper makes a review on characteristics of dynamic membranes,including development and application,mechanism,structure and materials,operation conditions,membrane fouling,dynamic membrane cleaning,and cost analysis,attempting to give clues on promotions and perspectives exhibited of this technology.     

砂海螂(Mya arenaria Linnaens)幼体与稚贝发育的初步研究

在人工培育条件下,砂海螂(Mya arenaria Linnaens)幼体与稚贝的发育过程,根据其形态与行为生物学特征,可分为五个时期:浮游期幼体、第一变态期幼体、两营期幼体、第二变态期幼体和稚贝。 浮游期幼体包括担轮幼体、D形面盘幼体、壳顶期幼体,历时约5天,第一变态期幼体足发达,出现平衡囊和鳃原基,但仍营浮游生活,历时约5天。两营期幼体的外套膜后方部分愈合,开始形成水管,(?)营浮游和匍匐爬行两种生活方式,且以浮游为主,历时约10天。第二变态期幼体出现眼点,面盘萎缩,几乎完全营匐匐生活,历时约4天。稚贝初期在出水管的先端出现可伸缩、透明的膜状管,随着发育,此管逐渐萎缩消矢。稚贝期历时约45天.形成幼时时.足丝消失,完全转入埋栖生活。

Hesperomyces virescens （Fungi,Ascomycota, Laboulbeniales） attacking Harmonia axyridis （Coleoptera,Coccinellidae） in its native range

This study intended to find data on obligate ec- toparasitic Laboulbeniales （Fungi, Ascomycota） on Chinese Harmonia axyridis （Coleoptera, Coccinellidae）. After having screened over four thousand dried specimens of H. axyridis and close relatives, we present the first （historical） record of Chinese H. axyridis infected with Hesperomyces virescens. We suggest that H. t, irescens is a historically globally dis- tributed species and hypothesize that （native） infection was lost when H. a~a;ridis was introduced in North America.
