豫东地区农民外出务工的调查与思考——以西华县大王庄乡为例

随着社会经济的发展,农民外出务工形成了一股热潮。农民外出务工在增加农民家庭收入、转移农村剩余劳动力方面起到了积极的作用。我们应该创造有利于农民外出务工的良好外部环境,提高务工人员素质,大力发展农村义务教育解决农村外出务工引发的一些问题。本文主要以西华县大王庄乡为例对农民外出务工的现状进行了剖析,进而分析了农民外出务工的原因及其引发的负面影响,提出了相应的解决措施。     

由“公地悲剧”反思农民的抛荒问题

由于种粮成本急剧上升,农民外出工价大幅上涨,而目前的惠农政策力度又难以阻挡农民外出的脚步,促使农民外出务工增加。通过对农民耕地及进城务工问题的分析,指出在耕地的比较利益持续下跌的情况下,农民进城务工的增加,加剧了抛荒的发生;并通过对公地悲剧的反思,进而从博弈角度分析农民抛荒的原因;最后给出相应的建议。     

晋南农民外出务工状况调查报告

通过对晋南地区外出务工农民问卷调查分析发现,晋南外出务工农民具有男性多、以青壮年为主、文化程度不高、依靠亲友介绍工作、本地就业多、兼业性减少、收入不高、在外安家少等特征。从这些特征可以看出晋南农民外出务工存在农民工素质较低、就业环境不宽松、务工地集中等问题。为了解决这些问题,必须提高外出务工农民的素质,改善外出农民的就业环境,拓展就业空间,推进农业产业化发展。     

甘肃省外出务工农民社会保障调查研究

甘肃省城市化水平比全国平均水平46.6%低14%,已进入城市化加速发展的阶段,而且甘肃省经济欠发达、民族众多、环境的承载能力有限,未来将会有更多的农民外出务工,建立外出务工农民社会保障体系对甘肃省有着重要的意义,值得我们深入的研究和探讨。本文在调查的基础上,指出了甘肃省外出务工农民社会保障现状,分析了甘肃省外出务工农民社会保障存在的问题,并提出了一些政策建议。     

基于DEA模型的城市圈农民工技能培训效率研究——来自湖北77个区县的数据实证

本文基于数据包络分析法,对2010年湖北省77个区县外出务工农民技能培训效率进行了分析.研究发现,总体上来看,湖北各区县外出务工农民技能培训效率较低.政府和社会其他力量对各区县外出务工农民技能培训的总投入没有冗余,但政府对外出务工农民技能培训投入存在冗余,培训投入对湖北大部分区县的持有职业技术资格证书人数的增加产生了积极影响;43.6％的区县的培训投入对增加劳务经济总收入方面存在不足;47.4％的区县的外出务工农民技能培训投入在增加持续工作6个月以上人数数量方面仍然存在一定提升空间.     

新时期江西农民收入状况浅析

江西省委、省政府历来十分重视“三农”问题。新时期江西农民收入增长比较快,但幅度不大,具体情况是工资性纯收入和外出务工收入增加较快,一产纯收入仍占主要份额,地区发展不平衡。影响江西农民收入的因素有：二、三产的比重太少,农民非企业组织收入少,农民家庭收入增长慢。要增加农民收入,一是要建立现代农业和非农产业的经营形式;二是要加快农村小城镇建设;三是要增加农村人力资本投资;四是要积极引导农民外出务工以增加农民的劳务收入。     

农民工回乡创业制度环境的构建

研究农民工回乡创业制度理论,特别是通过对外出务工农民回乡创业正式制度环境的分析,分别从政策经济、政府职能、融资环境和法制环境四个方面对其进行研究,就能为构建外出务工农民回乡创业的制度环境提供必要的理论指导。     

农民外出务工对安徽经济社会发展的影响及对策研究

综合运用定性和定量方法对安徽农民外出务工问题进行分析,研究发现:农民外出务工有利于增加农民收入,缩小城乡居民收入差距,有利于推动工业化和城镇化发展,有利于推动农业现代化,有利于推动农村精神文明建设,有利于消除城乡二元结构。但是,农民外出务工也带来不利影响,如导致人才流失,影响农村经济社会的可持续发展,产生"留守问题",影响农村经济社会的和谐发展,带来"大城市病"的困扰。因此,应协调工业化和城镇化同步发展,统筹城乡一体化协调发展,加快新农村建设和农业现代化。     

新生代农民工的心理问题和对策研究

我国是一个劳动力密集型的国家,农民外出务工现象非常普遍,新生代农民工已经成为农民进城务工的主力军。应着手解决新生代农民工的心理问题,提高新生代农民工抵御风险的能力,促进社会主义和谐社会的构建。

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

Characterization of Ordovician carbonate reservoirs, southeastern Saskatchewan, Canada

The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3～4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰～ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰～ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084～0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078～0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。

An Index mechanism for multi-scale view in spatial databases

There are numerous geometric objects stored in the spatial databases. An importance function in a spatial database is that users can browse the geometric objects as a map efficiently. Thus the spatial database should display the geometric objects users concern about swiftly onto the display window. This process includes two operations:retrieve data from database and then draw them onto screen. Accordingly, to improve the efficiency, we should try to reduce time of both retrieving object and displaying them. The former can be achieved with the aid of spatial index such as R-tree, the latter require to simplify the objects. Simplification means that objects are shown with sufficient but not with unnecessary detail which depend on the scale of browse. So the major problem is how to retrieve data at different detail level efficiently. This paper introduces the implementation of a multi-scale index in the spatial database SISP (Spatial Information Shared Platform) which is generalized from R-tree. The difference between the generalization and the R-tree lies on two facets: One is that every node and geometric object in the generalization is assigned with a importance value which denote the importance of them, and every vertex in the objects are assigned with a importance value,too. The importance value can be use to decide which data should be retrieve from disk in a query. The other difference is that geometric objects in the generalization are divided into one or more sub-blocks, and vertexes are total ordered by their importance value. With the help of the generalized R-tree, one can easily retrieve data at different detail levels.Some experiments are performed on real-life data to evaluate the performance of solutions that separately use normal spatial index and multi-scale spatial index. The results show that the solution using multi-scale index in SISP is satisfying.
