为寻求高效的蓝光材料,用改进的Sonogashira法合成了一系列含三键齐聚芴,所得产物均经过核磁、质谱及元素分析等方法鉴定.这些化合物室温下在溶液中及薄膜状态均发射蓝色荧光,其发射峰随聚合度增大依次红移,并以OF3R4为发光材料制作了电致发光器件,器件最大发光亮度达到5 812 cd/m2. 相似文献

有机电致发光器件(OLED)被认为是最具竞争力的下一代平板显示器和固态照明光源,而高效蓝光材料的开发是实现OLED商业化的最重要前提之一。蓝光材料固有的高能隙使电荷很难注入到发光材料中,导致蓝光电致发光器件性能较差。为了提高器件效率,可以从器件结构和材料结构两方面进行优化。就材料本身而言,通过改变分子结构,在蓝光材料的结构中引入电荷传输单元,构建多功能蓝光材料,能有效改善电荷的注入和传输。根据分子中引入的功能基团的不同,多功能蓝光荧光材料可分为空穴传输型、电子传输型及双极传输型3种,分别对这3类蓝光材料进行综述,介绍了该领域的最新研究进展。 相似文献

合成了3种基于蒽基的稠环芳香烃(PAH)主体蓝光发光材料,详细研究了材料光电特性及热稳定性.结果发现,3种PAH材料具有较高的发光量子效率以及良好的热稳定性.通过真空镀膜方法,制备了以3种PAH材料为发光层的非掺杂蓝光电致发光器件.结合高斯09软件对材料进行量化计算,从分子结构、材料性能及电致发光特性几方面进行了比较和讨论. 相似文献

顶发射白光有机电致发光器件(TEWOLED)为大屏幕显示及微显示提供了巨大的机遇,具有低功耗的特点.然而,由于微腔效应的存在,使得TEWOLED的制备面临诸多挑战.本文阐述了利用有机小分子制作的白光顶发射器件的工作原理,介绍了当前WTEOLEDs的制备方法及其性能.TEWOLED器件性能的改善需要从材料及器件结构设计两方面考虑.对于器件结构,主要为两个方向:第一为利用高透过率的顶电极来减弱微腔效应,从而实现白光发射的目的;另外一种方式是利用微腔效应,通过对电极的光学设计,实现多模共振发射,从而实现白光发射的目的.另外,着重介绍利用多模微腔的方式制备TEWOLED的方法. 相似文献

为满足大面积固态照明与全彩显示的需求,实现色度稳定的高效率顶发射白光有机电致发光器件,采用仿真和实验相结合的研究方法,模拟基于光学传输矩阵法和电磁场理论进行计算,用真空蒸镀法制备器件并测试其光电性能。确定传输层材料、厚度和结构,优化发光效率,逐步改进发光层结构,以改善器件的效率和颜色质量。结果表明,基于电学平衡的P-I-N传输结构和蓝/红/蓝三明治型发光结构,能实现色度稳定的高效率顶发射白光有机电致发光器件。 相似文献

通过对国内外有机高分子电致发光显示(Polymer Light—Emitting Diode,PIED)的行业研究,及相关制作工艺技术等研究,利用自行设计分子结构、研发制备的红、绿、蓝3种颜色的高分子电致发光材料,自行研发、原理性地设计了PIED显示器件的结构,探索了PIED显示器件的制备工艺流程,成功制备出了高亮度、高效率的红、绿、蓝三色高分子电致发光显示器件,并对所研制的PIED显示器件进行了多项相关光电性能测试,结果显示,其各项光电性能指标均已达到或接近国内外同类产品的技术水平。 相似文献

采用两种经典传统荧光材料作为发光层,制备了非掺杂白色有机电致发光器件(WOLEDs).在器件中两层苝(perylene)以薄层的方式分别置于双极性主体材料CBP(4,4’-di (N-carbazole)biphyenyl)两侧作为蓝光发射体,一层超薄的红荧烯(rubrene)插入CBP中作为橙光发射体.通过改变rubrene在CBP中的插入位置获得了高效率白色荧光器件,最高电流效率为6.6 cd/A(外量子效率为2.6%),最高亮度为18 480 cd/m2,且其中一种器件在200 mA/cm2的高电流密度下,CIE(commission internationale de l’eclairage)色坐标可达理想白光平衡点(0.33,0.33). 相似文献

There are numerous geometric objects stored in the spatial databases. An importance function in a spatial database is that users can browse the geometric objects as a map efficiently. Thus the spatial database should display the geometric objects users concern about swiftly onto the display window. This process includes two operations:retrieve data from database and then draw them onto screen. Accordingly, to improve the efficiency, we should try to reduce time of both retrieving object and displaying them. The former can be achieved with the aid of spatial index such as R-tree, the latter require to simplify the objects. Simplification means that objects are shown with sufficient but not with unnecessary detail which depend on the scale of browse. So the major problem is how to retrieve data at different detail level efficiently. This paper introduces the implementation of a multi-scale index in the spatial database SISP (Spatial Information Shared Platform) which is generalized from R-tree. The difference between the generalization and the R-tree lies on two facets: One is that every node and geometric object in the generalization is assigned with a importance value which denote the importance of them, and every vertex in the objects are assigned with a importance value,too. The importance value can be use to decide which data should be retrieve from disk in a query. The other difference is that geometric objects in the generalization are divided into one or more sub-blocks, and vertexes are total ordered by their importance value. With the help of the generalized R-tree, one can easily retrieve data at different detail levels.Some experiments are performed on real-life data to evaluate the performance of solutions that separately use normal spatial index and multi-scale spatial index. The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3~4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰~ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰~ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084~0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078~0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction. 相似文献

Future mobile communication systems aim at providing very high data transmission rates, even in high-mobility scenarios such as high-speed wheel-track trains, maglev trains, highway vehicles, airplanes, guided missiles or spacecraft. A particularly important commercial application is the strong and increasing worldwide demand for high- speed broadband wireless communications (up to 574.8 km/ h test speeds or 380 km/h commercial speeds) in railways, providing data, voice and video services for applications such as onboard entertainment services to passengers, train control, train dispatch, train sensor status handling and sur- veillance. In such high-mobility scenarios, there are a number of communication challenges, including fast hand- over, location updating, high-speed channel modeling, estimation and equalization, anti-Doppler spreading tech- niques, fast power control, and dedicated network architec- ture. 海南岛地体及其毗邻陆缘晚中生代—新生代古地磁研究和构造演化 总被引:9,自引:1,他引:9
本文叙述了对海南岛及其毗邻大陆边缘白垩纪到第四纪地层岩石进行古地磁研究的全部工作过程。通过分析岩石中剩余磁矢量的磁偏角及磁倾角的变化,提出海南岛白垩纪以来经历的构造演化模式如下:早期伴随顺时针旋转而向南迁移,后期伴随逆时针转动并向北运移。联系该地区及邻区的地质、地球物理资料,对海南岛上述的构造地体运动提出以下认识:北部湾内早期有一拉张作用,主要是该作用使湾内地壳显著伸长减薄,形成北部湾盆地。从而导致了海南岛的早期构造运动,而海南岛后期的构造运动则主要是受南海海底扩张的影响。海南地体运动规律的阐明对于了解北部湾油气盆地的形成演化有重要的理论和实际意义。 相似文献

Being the primary media of geographical information and the elementary objects manipulated, almost all of maps adopt the layer-based model to represent geographic information in the existent GIS. However, it is difficult to extend the map represented in layer-based model. Furthermore, in Web-Based GIS, It is slow to transmit the spatial data for map viewing. In this paper, for solving the questions above, we have proposed a new method for representing the spatial data. That is scale-based model. In this model we represent maps in three levels: scale-view, block, and spatial object, and organize the maps in a set of map layers, named Scale-View, which associates some given scales.Lastly, a prototype Web-Based GIS using the proposed spatial data representation is described briefly. 相似文献
