基于非负矩阵分解的相关反馈图像检索算法   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0  
提出了一种新的基于非负矩阵分解(NMF)的相关反馈检索算法.在每次反馈过程中,由用户标记与查询图像相似的正例样本的特征向量构成样本矩阵,进行NMF分解,得到NMF的基矩阵和样本的系数矩阵,然后根据分解所得的模型进行检索.由于NMF在一定程度上勾勒出了相关图像在基矩阵所代表的空间中的分布,因而可以有效地提高检索的查准率.使用由500幅图像组成的图像库进行实验,通过与特征加权以及支撑向量机相关反馈方法的比较表明,该方法通过交互的NMF相关反馈,确实能使图像检索的查准率得到较大的提高.  相似文献

将数据挖掘中的灰关联分析引入基于内容的图像检索中,提出一种基于灰关联度的回转窑火焰图像的检索方法.通过分析火焰图像特征值,并结合生产运行数据挖掘得到关联规则;应用灰关联度作为加权因子计算被检索图像与数据库中图像的相似度,从而得到一系列相近检索结果;根据用户的相关反馈,查询得到更优结果;设计和实现了检索系统的原型机,并应用从某氧化铝厂采集的图像和生产数据进行图像检索实验.实验结果表明:该方法能够较快而有效地从图像数据库中检索得到较满意的结果.  相似文献

针对医学图像检索问题,提出了一种结合Gabor滤波器和相关反馈的医学图像检索算法.首先,采用Gabor滤波器的方法对医学图像进行纹理特征提取,计算图像相似度;然后,利用相关反馈技术调整图像之间的相似度,改善图像检索过程中的人机交互性能.实验表明,通过相关反馈,该方法有效地提高了检索结果的查准率、查全率.  相似文献

将基于多示例学习的相关反馈技术应用到遥感图像检索中.为了避免局部最小值和减少冗余计算量,对传统的多示例学习算法--多样密度算法进行了改进.改进的算法利用用户标注的样本学习得到的查询概念,指导下一轮检索.为了提高查准率,综合学习得到的查询概念,提出了查询概念集来取代查询概念.实验结果表明,该算法比传统方法具有更好的检索性能.  相似文献

为快速提高相关反馈算法的效率,提出一种记忆与半监督相结合的主动相关反馈算法.在检索初期,利用记忆信息获得较多的正训练样本,利用用户已标记样本与数据库内未标记样本有效地解决训练样本不平衡问题,获得准确的初始SVM分类器;在检索后期,利用主动学习算法寻找数据库内对优化学习过程中最有用的样本请求用户标记,减少用户标记的样本量,加快收敛速度.对5000幅Corel图像数据库的实验表明,与传统相关反馈算法相比,新算法能够显著提高学习器的效率和性能,并快速收敛于用户的查询概念.  相似文献

相关反馈技术是图像检索过程中的一种交互式技术。在图像检索中,传统支持向量机作为反馈学习仅仅是把相关反馈看作模式分类问题。然而在海量图像数据中,映像到特征空间中的图像是线性不可分的,在图像检索中仅靠简单的模式分类来学习反馈,得不到理想的学习效果。本文在无约束的反馈算法的基础上提出了二次约束距离算法,即在基于支持向量机得到分类后。对分类结果按照距离相关图像的聚类中心进行再次排序后,将结果回馈给用户。  相似文献

相关反馈技术是近年来在图像检索中较为重要的研究方法 ,从机器学习的角度 ,以支持向量机 (SVM)为分类器 ,提出了一种新的相关反馈方法。在每次反馈中对用户标记的正例和反例样本进行学习 ,建立 SVM分类器作为模型 ,并根据学习所得的模型进行检索。由于 SVM分类器在一定程度上勾勒出了相关图像在特征空间中的分布 ,因而对整个图像库进行检索时可以查找到更多的相关图像。使用由9918幅图像组成的图像库进行实验 ,结果表明 :该方法可以通过交互的反馈过程 ,有效地检索出更多的相关图像 ,并且在有限训练样本情况下具有良好的泛化能力  相似文献

基于关键字和基于内容的图像检索是图像检索系统中的两种重要方法.而当今,图像检索系统重点强调在图像检索过程中,高层语义与低层视觉特征的结合.最近,一些研究者在检索周期中采用用户互交,使用上述方法和半自动图像检索的结合,取得了一些成果,但没有自学习的动态语义功能,检索效率不高.论文给出的方法是基于一个分层的语义网络,在图像检索领域能够响应不能的需求,并且根据用户的反馈,执行一个新的动态学习检索过程,可以明显的提高图像检索效率.  相似文献

针对伪相关反馈模型反馈文档信息质量差和扩展词选择不适产生的漂移现象等问题,提出了一种基于约束的半监督聚类查询扩展方法。该方法对初检结果的前k个文档进行人工标注,分成相关文档与不相关文档两类;并利用一种半监督聚类算法对初检结果的前”个文档进行分析,提取出与查询相关的文档作为反馈文档。该方法通过对少量标注文档与查询相关性的学习,能够较准确地估计出大量未知文档与查询的相关性,提高反馈文档的质量,从而有效提高检索的查全率和查准率。实验结果表明,该方法比传统的伪相关反馈和基于无监督聚类的伪相关反馈有更优的检索性能。  相似文献

在对大量的图像数据进行检索时,传统的信息检索技术并不能满足要求,因此,基于内容的图像检索技术(CBIRCon-tent Based Image Retrieval)的研究应运而生.本文主要介绍了CBIR中的一些基本内容,基于内容图像检索(CBIR)的早期阶段,是以计算机为中心,使得一些查询结果从计算机的角度来看是相似的,而有人却认为是不相似的.为解决上述矛盾,在基于内容的图像检索领域引入了相关反馈机制.通过人机交互机制使得计算机能够不断了解用户对查询结果的满意程度,并通过逐步学习把输出调整到符合用户期望的状态.  相似文献

The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3~4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰~ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰~ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084~0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078~0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.  相似文献

本文叙述了对海南岛及其毗邻大陆边缘白垩纪到第四纪地层岩石进行古地磁研究的全部工作过程。通过分析岩石中剩余磁矢量的磁偏角及磁倾角的变化,提出海南岛白垩纪以来经历的构造演化模式如下:早期伴随顺时针旋转而向南迁移,后期伴随逆时针转动并向北运移。联系该地区及邻区的地质、地球物理资料,对海南岛上述的构造地体运动提出以下认识:北部湾内早期有一拉张作用,主要是该作用使湾内地壳显著伸长减薄,形成北部湾盆地。从而导致了海南岛的早期构造运动,而海南岛后期的构造运动则主要是受南海海底扩张的影响。海南地体运动规律的阐明对于了解北部湾油气盆地的形成演化有重要的理论和实际意义。  相似文献

The explosive growth of the Internet and database applications has driven database to be more scalable and available, and able to support on-line scaling without interrupting service. To support more client's queries without downtime and degrading the response time, more nodes have to be scaled up while the database is running. This paper presents the overview of scalable and available database that satisfies the above characteristics. And we propose a novel on-line scaling method. Our method improves the existing on-line scaling method for fast response time and higher throughputs. Our proposed method reduces unnecessary network use, i.e. , we decrease the number of data copy by reusing the backup data. Also, our on-line scaling operation can be processed parallel by selecting adequate nodes as new node. Our performance study shows that our method results in significant reduction in data copy time.  相似文献

R-Tree is a good structure for spatial searching. But in this indexing structure,either the sequence of nodes in the same level or sequence of traveling these nodes when queries are made is random. Since the possibility that the object appears in different MBR which have the same parents node is different, if we make the subnode who has the most possibility be traveled first, the time cost will be decreased in most of the cases. In some case, the possibility of a point belong to a rectangle will shows direct proportion with the size of the rectangle. But this conclusion is based on an assumption that the objects are symmetrically distributing in the area and this assumption is not always coming into existence. Now we found a more direct parameter to scale the possibility and made a little change on the structure of R-tree, to increase the possibility of founding the satisfying answer in the front sub trees. The geographic information service is enabled by the advancements in general Web service technology and the focused efforts of the OGC in defining XML-based Web GIS service. Based on these models, this paper addresses the issue of services chaining,the process of combining or pipelining results from several interoperable GIS Web Services to create a customized solution. This paper presents a mediated chaining architecture in which a specific service takes responsibility for performing the process that describes a service chain. We designed the Spatial Information Process Language (SIPL) for dynamic modeling and describing the service chain, also a prototype of the Spatial Information Process Execution Engine (SIPEE) is implemented for executing processes written in SIPL. Discussion of measures to improve the functionality and performance of such system will be included.  相似文献

Advances in wireless technologies and positioning technologies and spread of wireless devices, an interest in LBS (Location Based Service) is arising. To provide location based service, tracking data should have been stored in moving object database management system (called MODBMS) with proper policies and managed efficiently. So the methods which acquire the location information at regular time intervals then, store and manage have been studied. In this paper, we suggest tracking data management techniques using topology that is corresponding to the moving path of moving object. In our techniques, we update the MODBMS when moving object arrived at a street intersection or a curved road which is represented as the node in topology and predict the location at past and future with attribute of topology and linear function. In this technique, location data that are corresponding to the node in topology are stored, thus reduce the number of update and amount of data. Also in case predicting the location,because topology are used as well as existing location information, accuracy for prediction is increased than applying linear function or spline function.  相似文献
