采用高温固相法合成了Na_3Ce_(1-x)(PO_4)_2∶xDy~(3+)系列白色荧光粉。利用X射线粉末衍射、荧光光谱和荧光寿命技术对样品进行了表征。实验结果表明,在313 nm紫外光激发下,Na_3Ce(PO_4)_2:∶Dy~(3+)显示了3个发射带:363 nm的宽带发射可归属为Ce~(3+)离子的4f~05d~1→4f~1跃迁;483 nm和575 nm的2个窄带分别来自于Dy~(3+)的~4F_(9/2)→~6H_(15/2)和~4F_(9/2)→~6H_(13/2)跃迁。Na_3Ce_(1-x)(PO_4)_2∶xDy~(3+)(x=0.005~0.12)系列样品的发射峰形状并未随掺杂剂浓度的变化而改变。其强度在Dy~(3+)摩尔浓度等于0.01时达到最大值,进一步增加Dy~(3+)浓度将导致浓度猝灭现象发生。样品的荧光寿命随着Dy~(3+)掺杂浓度的增大而逐渐减小,表明Dy~(3+)离子之间存在能量传递现象。Na_3Ce(PO_4)_2∶Dy~(3+)荧光粉的色坐标为(0.342 9, 0.318 3),位于白光区域,是潜在的白光LED用荧光粉材料。  相似文献

采用高温固相法合成Na_3SrB_5O_(10):Dy~(3+)(n=0. 5,0. 8,1. 0,1. 5,2. 0)系列荧光粉,利用X射线衍射仪、荧光光谱仪对材料的结构和发光性能进行了测试和分析. XRD测试结果表明掺Dy~(3+)量不应超过2%.荧光光谱图显示,在588 nm监测波长下的最佳激发波长为345 nm,在345 nm波长激发下有490 nm(B)和589 nm(Y)两个主要特征峰,其中589 nm处的特征峰最强.随着Dy~(3+)浓度的增大,发射峰Y和B的强度比值Y/B有微小变化,荧光粉表现出较好的发光稳定性.从发射光谱可知当掺Dy~(3+)量达到2. 0%时发生浓度猝灭,表明最佳掺杂浓度为1. 5%.计算出该基质中Dy~(3+)的临界传递距离为3. 05 nm.激发波长取345 nm时,Na_3SrB_5O_(10):Dy~(3+):n%Dy~(3+)(0. 5~2. 0)系列荧光的色温范围为3 200 K~3 500 K,发光为暖白光.  相似文献

采用高温固相法合成一种黄色荧光粉Ca_8MgLu(PO_4)_7:Dy~(3+),通过X线衍射(XRD)荧光光谱(PLE,PL)和荧光寿命研究Ca_8MgLu(PO_4)_7:Dy~(3+)的发光特性.在350 nm近紫外光激发下,荧光粉呈黄光发射,蓝光发射峰位于480 nm处(由~4F_(9/2)→~6H_(15/2)跃迁产生),黄光发射峰位于572 nm处(由~4F_(9/2)→~6H_(13/2)跃迁产生),以黄光发射为最强.监测572 nm最强发射峰,激发光谱覆盖300 500 nm,主激发峰位于350 nm. Ca_8MgLu(PO_4)_7:Dy~(3+)的热猝灭性能良好:在150℃下的发光强度积分是室温25℃的87. 37%.研究结果表明Ca_8MgLu(PO_4)_7:Dy~(3+)荧光粉材料有潜力应用于发光二极管(LED)中.  相似文献

采用微波水热法制备出四方相白钨矿结构的BaWO_4:Eu~(3+)/Bi~(3+)荧光粉,研究表面活性剂种类和离子掺杂量对产物形貌和性能的影响,并使用X线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、荧光光谱仪对合成产物进行表征。结果表明:在不同表面活性剂下,可以合成出椭圆状、束状、类八面体状的BaWO_4晶体。Eu~(3+)/Bi~(3+)的掺杂使得合成产物形貌向骨棒状结构转变。BaWO_4:Eu~(3+)/Bi~(3+)可以被近紫外光(394 nm)有效激发,并在613 nm处显示最强发射峰。Bi~(3+)可以改善产物形貌的均一性并有效敏化Eu~(3+),使得合成产物表现出更优异的红光性能。  相似文献

采用水热法制备了单斜相LaPO_4:Dy~(3+)纳米白光荧光颗粒,并研究其形貌表征.研究结果表明,调变溶剂中聚乙二醇400与水的比例对LaPO_4:Dy~(3+)纳米发光粉体形貌和结构有很大影响,随着聚乙二醇含量的减少,样品的形貌由纳米球→纳米棒→纳米线转变.XRD结果表明,所制备的样品均属于单斜相结构。发光结果显示,LaPO_4:Dy~(3+)纳米颗粒在475 nm(蓝光区)与575 nm(黄光区)处具有较强的发射峰,分别对应于Dy~(3+)的~4F_(9/2)→~6H_(15/2)和4F9/2→~6H_(13/2)跃迁,由于蓝黄两个峰的强度接近,色度坐标为(0.29、0.31),表明LaPO_4:Dy~(3+)具有应用于白色荧光粉的潜在价值。  相似文献

采用溶胶凝胶法合成La_(1-x)AlO_3:xRE(RE=Dy~(3+),Ho~(3+),Er~(3+))荧光粉,对样品进行X射线粉末衍射(XRD)、透射电镜(TEM)以及荧光光谱(PL)等表征,探讨稀土离子的掺杂浓度对样品发光性能的影响。研究结果表明,合成的样品为三方晶体结构。在λex=354nm光激发下,Dy~(3+)位于482nm和576nm处的两个发射尖峰,分别归属于4F9/2→6 H15/2和4F9/2→6 H13/2的能级跃迁;在λex=454nm光激发下,Ho~(3+)位于545nm处的发射峰,归属于(5S2,5F4)→5I8的能级跃迁;而在λex=381nm光激发下,Er~(3+)在535nm和549nm的两个尖锐峰,分别归属于2 H11/2→4I15/2和4S3/2→4I15/2的能级跃迁。在合成的样品中,Dy~(3+)的最佳掺杂浓度为x=0.01,荧光体发射白光,Ho~(3+)与Er~(3+)的最佳掺杂浓度均为x=0.015,荧光体均发射绿光。  相似文献

采用水热法制备出NaY(WO+4)+2:Dy~(3+),Ho~(3+)上转换荧光材料。通过X线粉末衍射、扫描电子显微镜、激发光谱以及发射光谱对该材料特性进行表征。研究Dy~(3+)与Ho~(3+)的掺杂比例及退火温度对上转换发光效果的影响,并确定了最佳反应条件。探讨Dy~(3+)与Ho~(3+)的能量传递过程及上转换发光机制。研究结果表明:通过776 nm近红外光激发NaY(WO+4)+2:Dy~(3+),Ho~(3+),观察到Dy~(3+)的480 nm处蓝光发射峰以及577 nm处的黄光发射峰。其中蓝光主要来自于Dy~(3+)的~4F_(9/2)→~6H_(15/2)跃迁,黄光由Dy~(3+)的~4F_(9/2)→~6H_(13/2)跃迁产生。  相似文献

采用高温固相反应成功地制备出Mn~(4+)激活的Mg_2TiO_4∶Mn~(4+)红色荧光粉,并对它的结构及发光性能进行了测试表征.实验结果表明:合成的样品能被270~570 nm的紫外光和蓝光有效地激发,产生很强的红光发射.样品的主发射峰位于660 nm左右,这对应于Mn~(4+)的2E2→4A2跃迁.通过Mn~(4+)掺杂浓度的调控,优化了Mg_2TiO_4∶Mn~(4+)的发光性能.最后将优化后的Mg_2TiO_4∶0.002 5Mn~(4+)荧光粉和YAG涂覆于~465 nm发射的Ga N芯片上,制作成暖白光发光二极管(LED).该LED器件表现出很强的暖白光发射.  相似文献

采用高温固相法合成了一系列近紫外激发的白光LED用红色荧光材料Sr_9Zn_(1.5)(PO_4)_7:xEu~(3+).通过X射线粉末衍射和Rietveld结构精修分别确定了材料的相纯度和晶体结构.通过激发光谱和发射光谱研究了材料的发光性质.该荧光粉可以被395nm近紫外光有效激发,这与商品近紫外芯片的发射光谱吻合.在近紫外光激发下,样品可以发射出明亮的红光,其最大发射峰在617nm,归属于Eu~(3+)的5 D0-7F2跃迁.SZPO:0.70Eu~(3+)的色坐标为(0.616,0.382).此外,还对材料的荧光衰减和热稳定性进行了系统研究。实验结果表明,Sr9Zn1.5(PO4)7:Eu~(3+)可以作为潜在的白光LED用红光荧光粉.  相似文献

通过溶剂挥发法生长出红色棒状K_2TaF_7∶Mn~(4+)发光晶体,通过X线单晶衍射确定其晶体结构及相关晶胞参数.通过对样品的发光性能研究,样品最强激发带位于466 nm左右的蓝光区,半峰宽约为70 nm;最强发射位于628 nm处.当n_(Mn~(4+))∶n_(K_2TaF_7)为35%时所得晶体的红光发射最强,外量子效率高达49.2%.将K_2TaF_7∶Mn~(4+)发光晶体、YAG∶Ce~(3+)黄色荧光粉和蓝光GaN芯片组装成暖白光LED,所得器件具有优异的光电性能.  相似文献

The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3~4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰~ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰~ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084~0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078~0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.  相似文献

There are numerous geometric objects stored in the spatial databases. An importance function in a spatial database is that users can browse the geometric objects as a map efficiently. Thus the spatial database should display the geometric objects users concern about swiftly onto the display window. This process includes two operations:retrieve data from database and then draw them onto screen. Accordingly, to improve the efficiency, we should try to reduce time of both retrieving object and displaying them. The former can be achieved with the aid of spatial index such as R-tree, the latter require to simplify the objects. Simplification means that objects are shown with sufficient but not with unnecessary detail which depend on the scale of browse. So the major problem is how to retrieve data at different detail level efficiently. This paper introduces the implementation of a multi-scale index in the spatial database SISP (Spatial Information Shared Platform) which is generalized from R-tree. The difference between the generalization and the R-tree lies on two facets: One is that every node and geometric object in the generalization is assigned with a importance value which denote the importance of them, and every vertex in the objects are assigned with a importance value,too. The importance value can be use to decide which data should be retrieve from disk in a query. The other difference is that geometric objects in the generalization are divided into one or more sub-blocks, and vertexes are total ordered by their importance value. With the help of the generalized R-tree, one can easily retrieve data at different detail levels.Some experiments are performed on real-life data to evaluate the performance of solutions that separately use normal spatial index and multi-scale spatial index. The results show that the solution using multi-scale index in SISP is satisfying.  相似文献

本文叙述了对海南岛及其毗邻大陆边缘白垩纪到第四纪地层岩石进行古地磁研究的全部工作过程。通过分析岩石中剩余磁矢量的磁偏角及磁倾角的变化,提出海南岛白垩纪以来经历的构造演化模式如下:早期伴随顺时针旋转而向南迁移,后期伴随逆时针转动并向北运移。联系该地区及邻区的地质、地球物理资料,对海南岛上述的构造地体运动提出以下认识:北部湾内早期有一拉张作用,主要是该作用使湾内地壳显著伸长减薄,形成北部湾盆地。从而导致了海南岛的早期构造运动,而海南岛后期的构造运动则主要是受南海海底扩张的影响。海南地体运动规律的阐明对于了解北部湾油气盆地的形成演化有重要的理论和实际意义。  相似文献

The explosive growth of the Internet and database applications has driven database to be more scalable and available, and able to support on-line scaling without interrupting service. To support more client's queries without downtime and degrading the response time, more nodes have to be scaled up while the database is running. This paper presents the overview of scalable and available database that satisfies the above characteristics. And we propose a novel on-line scaling method. Our method improves the existing on-line scaling method for fast response time and higher throughputs. Our proposed method reduces unnecessary network use, i.e. , we decrease the number of data copy by reusing the backup data. Also, our on-line scaling operation can be processed parallel by selecting adequate nodes as new node. Our performance study shows that our method results in significant reduction in data copy time.  相似文献

R-Tree is a good structure for spatial searching. But in this indexing structure,either the sequence of nodes in the same level or sequence of traveling these nodes when queries are made is random. Since the possibility that the object appears in different MBR which have the same parents node is different, if we make the subnode who has the most possibility be traveled first, the time cost will be decreased in most of the cases. In some case, the possibility of a point belong to a rectangle will shows direct proportion with the size of the rectangle. But this conclusion is based on an assumption that the objects are symmetrically distributing in the area and this assumption is not always coming into existence. Now we found a more direct parameter to scale the possibility and made a little change on the structure of R-tree, to increase the possibility of founding the satisfying answer in the front sub trees. The geographic information service is enabled by the advancements in general Web service technology and the focused efforts of the OGC in defining XML-based Web GIS service. Based on these models, this paper addresses the issue of services chaining,the process of combining or pipelining results from several interoperable GIS Web Services to create a customized solution. This paper presents a mediated chaining architecture in which a specific service takes responsibility for performing the process that describes a service chain. We designed the Spatial Information Process Language (SIPL) for dynamic modeling and describing the service chain, also a prototype of the Spatial Information Process Execution Engine (SIPEE) is implemented for executing processes written in SIPL. Discussion of measures to improve the functionality and performance of such system will be included.  相似文献
