鹿茸醇提物抗氧化作用的实验研究   总被引:10,自引:0,他引:10  
用鹿茸醇提物对用环磷酰胺处理后的小鼠进行灌胃实验,以探讨鹿茸醇提物对该小鼠抗氧化作用的影响。实验结果表明:鹿茸醇提物组(即实验组)小鼠每50μL血中的红细胞内SOD的活性为191±07u,而对照组为152±09u,两组相比较,差异显著(P<0.05);实验组小鼠肾脏中丙二醛(MDA)的含量为327±02nmol/g,而对照组为356±05nmol/g,两组相比较,差异显著(P<0.05)。结果提示,鹿茸醇提物可增强该小鼠的抗氧化作用  相似文献

探讨SLE患者体内淋巴细胞凋亡率、巨噬细胞功能相关的细胞因子(新蝶呤、γ-干扰素)水平及两者间相互关系,并同时与抗ds-DNA抗体滴度、疾病活动性评分(SLAM评分)进行相关性分析.应用Annexin V凋亡检测试剂盒及流式细胞仪检测淋巴细胞凋亡率;采用ELISA法检测血清γ-干扰素、新蝶呤水平.结果发现:(1)SLE活动期患者外周血淋巴细胞凋亡率((13.07±7.39),n=30)明显高于非活动期患者((4.08±3.55),n=8,P<0.001)及正常人((5.13±3.37),n=11,P<0.001).(2)抗ds-DNA抗体阳性组患者淋巴细胞凋亡率((12.98±9.25),n=20)与阴性组((9.35±4.76),n=18)相比无差异(P=0.14).淋巴细胞凋亡率与抗ds-DNA抗体滴度无相关性(r=0.112,P=0.77).(3)SLE患者血清新蝶呤水平((1.39±1.10)μg/L,n=20)极显著高于正常人((0.36±0.19)μg/L,n=20,P<0.01).(4)SLE活动期患者血清γ-干扰素水平((58.97±34.52)ng/L,n=15)显著高于正常人((28.06±2.35)ng/L,n=16,P<0.05).(5)SLE患者淋巴细胞凋亡率与血清新蝶呤水平呈正相关(r=0.446,P<0.05,n=22),与SLAM评分呈正相关(r=0.533,P<0.001,n=38),血清新蝶呤水平与SLAM评分亦呈正相关(r=0.485,P<0.05,n=22).未发现SLE患者淋巴细胞凋亡与抗ds-DNA抗体产生相关,未发现明显升高的细胞凋亡率与血清新蝶呤  相似文献

目的:研究胎膜早破时新生儿脐血免疫球蛋白、补体的变化规律。方法:应用速率透射比浊法检测79例新生儿脐血IgG、IgA、IgM和补体C3、C4水平,追踪新生儿出生1周内感染发生的情况,其中有胎膜早破史的研究组38例,无胎膜早破史的对照组41例。结果:胎膜早破组脐血IgA(0.16±0.12)g/L,对照组(0.06±0.03)g/L,(P<0.01);胎膜早破组IgM(0.24±0.15)g/L,对照组(0.16±0.03)g/L,(P<0.01),差异有统计学意义;脐血IgG水平无明显变化;脐血IgA浓度在胎膜早破72h为0.234±0.156)g/L,较胎膜早破<12h的0.091±0.047g/L明显增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);脐血补体C3(0.76±0.35)g/L,对照组(0.93±0.21)g/L,(P<0.05),C4(0.16±0.09)g/L,对照组0.20±0.05g/L,(P<0.05),研究组明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论:有胎膜早破史的新生儿,脐血免疫球蛋白IgA、IgM浓度升高,IgG不受胎膜早破的影响,脐血补体C3、C4水平下降。脐血IgA、IgM及补体C3、C4均能反映胎膜早破个体合并宫内感染。  相似文献

观察大鼠力竭性运动后即刻组及三小时后组(以下简称3h组)骨骼肌内Ca2+的变化情况,探讨骨骼肌Ca2+在力竭性运动后和恢复中的变化及其机制.力竭性运动后取大鼠骨骼肌,采用原子吸收分光光度计测其Ca2+浓度.运动后即刻组骨骼肌中Ca2+浓度(2068.33±752.02μg/g)比对照组(615.31±546.03μg/g)有极显著增高(P<0.001),3 h组(734.58±258.70μg/g)与对照组无明显差异,即刻组和3 h组有极显著性差异(P<0.001)力竭性运动即刻,骨骼肌中Ca2+浓度显著增高,恢复期内Ca2+浓度逐渐恢复.  相似文献

为了探讨碱性成纤维细胞生长调节因子(bFGF)对家兔实验性深Ⅱ度烫伤的治疗作用。治疗组采用bFGF 10μg/ml、3μg/ml、1μg/ml的3种浓度;对照组采用溶媒、磺胺嘧啶银盐、生理盐水。观察bFGF对家兔被80℃循环水所致深Ⅱ度烫伤的促愈合作用。结果表明,3种不同浓度的bFGF对家兔深Ⅱ度烫伤均具有促进烫区表面干燥,结痂和脱痂的作用。t检验的结果表明,在缩小痂皮面积方面各治疗组于涂药前后不同时点的对比,差并非常显著(P<0.01),但各对照组仅在第25天开始差异显著或非常显著(P<0.05或P<0.01);而痂皮脱落时间与各对照组相比10μg/ml组差异显著(P<0.05),3μg/ml、1μg/ml组脱痂时间除与生理盐水组相比未显示统计学意义外,其余均具有统计学显著性(P<0.05)。  相似文献

对青草季节放牧条件下78头四川麦洼牦牛泌乳生理特性作了研究.麦洼牦牛需有犊牛的吮乳刺激才能引起排乳反射,一般为两期,全奶牦牛潜伏期分别为48.8±14.1和56.1±15.1秒,差异极显著(P<0.01).Ⅱ期乳脂率和乳脂小球数极显著高于Ⅰ期.全奶牦牛的日挤乳量为1324±473ml,Ⅰ期占73.8%.泌乳一年以上的半奶牦牛有些Ⅰ期即可将乳排尽,排乳反射的潜伏期明显短于全奶牦牛,日挤乳量为576±37lml,Ⅰ期占83.7%.半奶牦牛的乳蛋白和乳脂含量均高于全奶牦牛(P<0.01).  相似文献

探讨了半胱胺(CS)对成年鹅血浆中生长抑素(SS)、生长激素(GH)和胰岛素样生长因子-I(IGF-I)的影响和调节机理.14只装有翅静脉瘘管的成年杂交鹅(川白×太湖),自身对照.试验期于日粮中一次性添喂半胱胺(100mg/kg,按体重计),自由采食和饮水.采取对照期和处理后第1、3、5、7d的血样,用RIA双抗法测定其中激素的含量.结果表明,试验期SS较对照期(1.89±0.10)μg/L分别降低了41.18%(P<0.01)、26.74%(P<0.01)、37.43%(P<0.01)和17.11%(P<0.05);试验期第1、3、5和7d的GH较对照期(0.55±0.15)μg/L显著(P<0.01)升高,分别为34.55%、78.18%、65.45%和54.55%;试验期的IGF-I较对照期(25.29±4.91)μg/L分别升高了7.28%、59.07%(P<0.01)、22.41%(P<0.05)和1.38%.因此,CS能够降低成年鹅血液中SS含量,使GH和IGF-I水平升高,从而调节鹅的神经内分泌,促进生长.  相似文献

本工作观察了大鼠肝刺激因子(HSS)对CCl_4损伤小鼠后,肝组织和血清脂质过氧化物丙二醛(MDA)及自由基清除剂谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量的影响。结果发现,HSS(0.1mg/g体重,i p)可使CCl_4(10%,5ml/kg)中毒后48h,肝组织MDA值的升高幅度明显降低(6.23±0.98nmol/mg蛋白vs.4.17±1.67nmol/mg蛋白,P<0.005),但血清MDA值的下降幅度不明显。同时肝组织GSH含量明显高于CCl_4损伤组(3236±472μg/g vs.2007±589μg/g,P<0.001)。上述结果提示,HSS具有抗氧化作用,降低CCl_4自由基对肝细胞膜的损伤作用,保护受损肝脏。  相似文献

经测定尼玛县藏山羊的生长发育和产绒性能,研究结果:羔羊初生重公羔为2.07±0.19kg,母羔为1.99±0.15kg, 公羔比母羔重约0.08kg,差异不显著(P>0.05);断奶重公羔为8 34±0.94kg,母羔为8.13±0.98kg,公羔比母羔重0.21kg, 差异极显著(P<0.01);周岁体重公羊为19.22±2.62kg,母羊为15.19±1.85kg;2岁体重公羊为28.11±4.09kg,母羊为 20.36±2.62kg;3岁以上公羊为36.66±5.89kg,母羊为23.31±2.61kg,周岁后体重在公羊与母羊间差异极显著(P<0.01);周 岁、2岁和3岁以上的体尺随年龄的增长而增大;产绒量周岁公羊为187.70±54.55g,母羊为175.61±33.90g,2岁公羊为 209.10±41.99g,母羊为191.10±31.20g,3岁以上公羊为324.00±80.20g,母羊为286.10±60.20g,产绒量在性别间差异极显 著(P<0.01),产绒量随着年龄的增长逐渐增加;绒层高度在年龄间差异不显著(P>0.05);在3岁以后生长发育和产绒性能 均趋于稳定.  相似文献

本研究将健康1日龄京白雏鸡100只随机均分为试验组和对照组.试验组饮水中添加“鸡食乐”煎汁,使饮水药液浓度为1%让鸡自由饮用;对照组饮水中不添加任何药物.饲养至7周龄,各组取15只采血测试红细胞免疫功能.结果,试验组、对照组红细胞C_(3b)受体花环形成率(E-C_(3b)R)分别为13.4±1.51%、10.6±1.25%,组间差异极显著(P<0.01),红细胞免疫复合物花环形成率(E—IC)分别为5.4±1.51%、4.7±1.34%,组间差异不显著(P>0.05),红细胞C_(3b)受体花环促进率(RFER)分别为55.5±10.8%、38.3±10.7%,组间差异极显著(P<0.01);红细胞C_(3b)受体花环抑制(RFIR)分别为17.4±3.4%、17.7±3.8%,组间差异不显著(P>0.05).  相似文献

There are numerous geometric objects stored in the spatial databases. An importance function in a spatial database is that users can browse the geometric objects as a map efficiently. Thus the spatial database should display the geometric objects users concern about swiftly onto the display window. This process includes two operations:retrieve data from database and then draw them onto screen. Accordingly, to improve the efficiency, we should try to reduce time of both retrieving object and displaying them. The former can be achieved with the aid of spatial index such as R-tree, the latter require to simplify the objects. Simplification means that objects are shown with sufficient but not with unnecessary detail which depend on the scale of browse. So the major problem is how to retrieve data at different detail level efficiently. This paper introduces the implementation of a multi-scale index in the spatial database SISP (Spatial Information Shared Platform) which is generalized from R-tree. The difference between the generalization and the R-tree lies on two facets: One is that every node and geometric object in the generalization is assigned with a importance value which denote the importance of them, and every vertex in the objects are assigned with a importance value,too. The importance value can be use to decide which data should be retrieve from disk in a query. The other difference is that geometric objects in the generalization are divided into one or more sub-blocks, and vertexes are total ordered by their importance value. With the help of the generalized R-tree, one can easily retrieve data at different detail levels.Some experiments are performed on real-life data to evaluate the performance of solutions that separately use normal spatial index and multi-scale spatial index. The results show that the solution using multi-scale index in SISP is satisfying.  相似文献

The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3~4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰~ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰~ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084~0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078~0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.  相似文献

Future mobile communication systems aim at providing very high data transmission rates, even in high-mobility scenarios such as high-speed wheel-track trains, maglev trains, highway vehicles, airplanes, guided missiles or spacecraft. A particularly important commercial application is the strong and increasing worldwide demand for high- speed broadband wireless communications (up to 574.8 km/ h test speeds or 380 km/h commercial speeds) in railways, providing data, voice and video services for applications such as onboard entertainment services to passengers, train control, train dispatch, train sensor status handling and sur- veillance. In such high-mobility scenarios, there are a number of communication challenges, including fast hand- over, location updating, high-speed channel modeling, estimation and equalization, anti-Doppler spreading tech- niques, fast power control, and dedicated network architec- ture. Being the primary media of geographical information and the elementary objects manipulated, almost all of maps adopt the layer-based model to represent geographic information in the existent GIS. However, it is difficult to extend the map represented in layer-based model. Furthermore, in Web-Based GIS, It is slow to transmit the spatial data for map viewing. In this paper, for solving the questions above, we have proposed a new method for representing the spatial data. That is scale-based model. In this model we represent maps in three levels: scale-view, block, and spatial object, and organize the maps in a set of map layers, named Scale-View, which associates some given scales.Lastly, a prototype Web-Based GIS using the proposed spatial data representation is described briefly.  相似文献

本文叙述了对海南岛及其毗邻大陆边缘白垩纪到第四纪地层岩石进行古地磁研究的全部工作过程。通过分析岩石中剩余磁矢量的磁偏角及磁倾角的变化,提出海南岛白垩纪以来经历的构造演化模式如下:早期伴随顺时针旋转而向南迁移,后期伴随逆时针转动并向北运移。联系该地区及邻区的地质、地球物理资料,对海南岛上述的构造地体运动提出以下认识:北部湾内早期有一拉张作用,主要是该作用使湾内地壳显著伸长减薄,形成北部湾盆地。从而导致了海南岛的早期构造运动,而海南岛后期的构造运动则主要是受南海海底扩张的影响。海南地体运动规律的阐明对于了解北部湾油气盆地的形成演化有重要的理论和实际意义。  相似文献
