使用扫描电镜和视频光学接触角测量仪研究了22种蝴蝶翅表面的多级复合结构和疏水性。一级结构为微米级鳞片,鳞片密度为101~280个/mm2,长65~135μm,宽35~85μm,间距48~112μm。二级结构为鳞片表面的亚微米级纵肋和横向连接。三级结构为纵肋和横向连接上的纳米级突起。蝴蝶翅表面的蒸馏水接触角为138.2°~158.5°,属于天然疏水表面,这是翅表面化学组成与微观结构协同作用的结果。蝴蝶翅表面可为新型仿生自清洁材料的制备提供生物模板。  相似文献

The surface shape, structure, biomaterial and wettability of moth wings (10 NOCTUIDAE species) from the northeast region of China were qualitatively and quantitatively studied by means of a stereoscopic microscope, a scanning electronic microscope, fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR) and the interface contact angle measurement. The observation shows that there are scales arranged like overlapping tiles on the surface of the moth wings. The shapes of the scales are different between species. They overlap horizontally and there is particular space vertically in the direction of the wing veins. The surface of the scale is structured by micron-class grooves and nanometer-class vertical gibbosities. The biomaterial components of the moth wing scale are mostly made up of protein, lipids and chitin. The observation also shows that the contact angle for wings with scales is in the range from 144.8° to 152.9°, while that for those without scales is from 90.0° to 115.9°. It indicates that the surfaces of the wings with scales are more hydrophobic. According as Cassie model, the equation of wettability on the NOCTUIDAE moth wing surface is established and the hydrophobic mechanism is analyzed. It is concluded that the hydrophobicity of the moth wings is induced by the multivariate coupling of the shape, structures and biomaterial of the scales. Monolayer of 3-(triethoxysilyl) propyl isocyanate was prepared on the slide by self-assembled tech-nique. X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) was employed to analyze the elementary composition of the film. Contact angle of distilled water was measured to characterize the surface state. A novel hybrid instrument of contact and non-contact measurement with large range is developed, and both measurement systems are based on a Linnik interference microscope and on white-light interference measuring techniques. The ambiguity presented in conventional monochromatic interferometers is not present in the contact and non-contact measurement, and they have a virtually unlimited unambiguous range. For the contact measurement, the vertical measuring range is ±5 mm with a resolution of 1 nm and the horizontal measuring range is ±25 mm in x-range and y-range with a resolution of 1.25 μm; for the non-contact measurement, the vertical measuring range is ~5 mm with a resolution of 1 nm and the horizontal resolution better than 0.5 urn.  相似文献

An analysis is made to investigate the structure features of the extensive heavy rainfall left by typhoon Matsa, after its landfall in mainland China in August 2005, based on a range of observational results, including surface intensive observation data, TBB data from China's FY-2 satellite, and NCEP 1°×1° reanalysis data. The study tries to explore the interaction between atmospheric waves, 3-D atmospheric structures, and typhoon rainbands. Observational facts, diagnostic analysis, and atmospheric wave theory are used to look into the formation mechanism of distant typhoon rainbands. Results show that (1) Matsa rainbands have the features of noticeable wave train distribution and long distance propaga-tion; (2) the typhoon rainbands extend as far as 2000 km northwardly from the typhoon center, with a wavelength of 500―1000 km and a wave period of 12―24 h; (3) the wave structure of Matsa rainbands is closely associated with the corresponding wave variation of the ambient 3-D atmospheric structures, including disturbance vorticity, divergence field, vertical motion field, water vapor flux divergence field, etc. (4) both observational facts and theoretical analysis show that the northward extending typhoon rainbands are associated with the mixed effects of atmospheric inertia wave and internal gravity wave; (5) only under proper atmospheric stratification and vertical wavenumber of gravity wave, can a ty-phoon stimulate such a wave being able to reach such a distance, and result in extending wavy rain-bands.  相似文献

Semiconductor SnO2 nanotube arrays were fabricated by sol-gel method based on highly ordered nanoporous anodic alumina membrane. Their microstructures were characterized by scanning electron microscopy,transmission electron microscopy, selective electron diffraction spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction. Results indicated that SnO2 nanotubes have a thickness of about 20-30 nm,and a diameter of about 100-200 nm. The length of the nanotubes is about 1 μn, XRD and SEDS indicated that these SnO2 nanotubes are polycrystalline.  相似文献

Inspired by the co-coupling of the non-smooth structure and the waxy layer inducing the hydrophobicity of dragonfly wing surface,we developed a simple and versatile method to fabricate a superhydrophobic surface with the dragonfly wing structures.In this work,Ag nanorods grew on highly ordered anodic aluminum oxide(AAO) surface via a galvanic reduction approach.Then the AAO-Ag multilayer was fabricated.Furthermore,the surface free energy of AAO-Ag multilayer was reduced by modifying with perfluorodecanethiol.The modified AAO-Ag multilayer was superhydrophobic and the static contact angle reached as high as 168°.X-ray photoelectron spectra(XPS) were used to characterize the chemical structure of the obtained products.The morphologies of AAO-Ag multilayer was similar to microstructure of dragonfly wing surface and presented hierarchical rough structure.The results showed that the co-coupling of the rough structure and low surface free energy induced the superhydrophobic performance of the AAO-Ag multilayer surface.  相似文献

As a high-sedimentation rate depocenter along the path of the Kuroshio Current, the southwesternmost part of the Okinawa Trough is a key area to understand the Kuroshio history and sediments transpor-tation. A 34.17-m-long sediment core was obtained by the advanced piston corer of Marco Polo/IMAGES XII MARION DUFRESNE during the May 2005 from the Southern Okinawa Trough at site MD05-2908. The recovered sediments were analyzed by AMS 14C dating, coarse size fraction (>63 μm) extraction and moisture content determination in order to study its sedimentation flux and provenance. The depth-age relationship of core MD05-2908 was well constrained by 17 14C dating points. The sediments span across the mid-Holocene (6.8 ka B.P.) and have remarkablely high sedimentation rates between 1.8 and 21.2 m ka-1, which is well consistent with the modern observations from sediment traps. We identified five 70―200 a periods of abnormally rapid sedimentation events at 6790―6600 a B.P., 5690―5600 a B.P., 4820―4720 a B.P., 1090―880 a B.P., and 260―190 a B.P., during which the highest sedimentation rate is up to 21.2 m/ka. In general, the lithology of the sediments were dominated by silt and clay, associated with less than 5% coarse size fraction (>63 μm). As the most significant sediment source, the Lanyang River in northeastern Taiwan annually deliver about 10Mt materials to the coastal and offshore region of northeast Taiwan, a portion of which could be carried northward by currents toward the study area. Therefore, we concluded that the 5 abnormally rapid sedimentation events may be related to intensified rainfall in Taiwan and thus increased materials to our study area at that time. However, a few ex-treme-rapid sedimentation events cannot be explained by normal river runoff alone. The large earth-quakes or typhoons induced hyperpycnal discharge of fluvial sediment to the ocean may also act as a potential source supply to the Okinawa Trough.  相似文献

Conclusion Good unity in thickness and a smooth surface of diamond film are obtained by using the methods of laser ablation and machine grind to the surface of diamond film. Compared with the machine polishing method, the polishing rate increased by over 10 times. After laser ablation and machine polishing, the thickness change and the roughness of a diamond film with 400 μm thickness and 1 cm2 area are 10–15 μm and 0.05 μm, and this film is basically suitable to using in electronics.  相似文献

High-resolution oxygen isotope stratigraphy of Core MD05-2901, which is located off eastern Vietnam in the western South China Sea (SCS), was established and indicated that the core spans a time period of the past 450 ka. Based on the bulk density, fractional porosity and lithogenic content of the sediments, terrigenous mass accumulation rate (TMAR) was obtained, which is 4.9-6.0 g cm^-2 ka^-1 on average during interglacial stages, higher than that during glacial stages, i.e. 1.9-5.0 g cm^-2 ka^-1, which is different from northern and southern SCS which show higher TMAR in glacial stages. By principle component analysis of grain size distribution of all the samples, two main control factors (F1 and F2) were obtained, which are responsible for about 80% variance of granularity. The contents of grain size population 1.26-2.66 μm% and 10.8-14.3 μm% which are sensible to F1 show high-frequency fluctuation, and correlate well with the summer insolation at 15^o N. They exhibit a distinct cyclicity with frequencies near 23 ka and 13 ka, in contrast to a strong frequency peak near 100 ka obtained in proxies 4.24-7.42 μm% and 30.1-43.7 μm% controlled mainly by F2. The sedimentary character of this part of the SCS was controlled by variations of input flux from two main source areas, namely the southwest and north SCS, which were transported by different circulations of surface current forced by East Asian summer monsoon and winter monsoon respectively. We believe that the East Asian summer monsoon has fluctuated with high frequency and been forced by changes in solar insolation in low latitude associated with precession and half precession, while ice-volume forcing is probably a primary factor in determining the strength and timing of the East Asian winter monsoon but with less important insolation forcing.  相似文献

This study is concerned with the need for remote sensing techniques for the monitoring of oil-slick pollution on sea surfaces and the effects of oil-slick pollution on the sea.We used Daqing crude oil,Jilin crude oil,heavy oil and seawater from Dalian Bay to simulate oil-slick pollution on the sea surface and obtained multi-angle hyperspectral polarized reflectance information,from which we calculated the polarization for different kinds of crude oil,and oil-slicks of different thicknesses.By comparing the degree of polarization between oil-slicks of different thickness,and sea water,it was found that in the case of thin oil-slicks,the degree of polarization of seawater is higher than that of oil slicks with wavelengths of between 400-1000 nm.However,there was little difference at a wavelength of 785 nm.At angles of incident of 20° and 30° (the viewing angle equals the incident angle),it was easy to distinguish the changes of oil-slick thickness by the degree of polarization at 785 and 880 nm in the near-infrared band.The crude oil showed its inherent polarized characteristic as the oil-slick thickness increased to a certain degree.That is to say,the polarization of the seawater was higher than that of the oil-slick in the visible light range,but less than that in the near-infrared band.As the incident angle changed from 40° to 50°,the degree of polarization of seawater increased,and it was higher than that for the oil-sick between wavelengths of 400-1000 nm at an angle of incidence of 50°.This research on the polarized characteristics of an oil-slick on a sea surface brings new scientific techniques to the monitoring of sea-surface pollution by remote sensing.  相似文献

The equatorial ring current (ERC) theory suggested that the distribution of global disturbed horizontal geomagnetic field only depends on the cosine of station’s latitude. However, we always observe a larger ΔH at higher latitude stations than lower ones, implying that the ERC could tilt or/and shift with respect to the equatorial plane during intense storms. In this paper, we analyze 11 intense magnetic storms from 2000 to 2004, and introduce two configurational factors to characterize the topology of storm time ring current. The results show that ERC has occasionally deviated off equatorial plane with both tilt angle δt≈13°―25° and latitude shift δs≈0°―21.8°. The ground disturbed field distribution should be improved as ΔHk = ΔHmaxcos(φk-δ ), which agree well with the geomagnetic observations.  相似文献

An interdecadal shift in summer (June―August) sea surface temperature (SST) variations during the period of 1968―2002 was identified in the late 1980s, which is characterized by a phase alternating from negative to positive phases of the leading mode of the empirical orthogonal function (EOF) analysis of the summer monthly mean SST in the Pacific domain 100°―180°E and 0°―40°N, accounting for 30.5% of the total variance. During the period of 1968―1987, the leading mode with a mean negative phase state (mean standard deviation = ?0.586) controlled SST variability in the western North Pacific. Correspondingly, negative SST anomalies occupied the western North Pacific south of Japan and Chinese marginal seas. During the period of 1988―2002, the leading mode shifted to its strong positive polarity (mean standard deviation = 0.781), thus positive SST anomalies appeared in the western North Pacific. Accompanied by the interdecadal shift in summer mean SST, summer mean rainfall increased in southern and southeastern China during the late period, particularly in southeastern China where increase in summer mean rainfall exceeded 40 mm, at the 0.05 significance level.  相似文献

【目的】研究15种槭树属树种翅果性状,探究果实性状和风传播特征之间的相关性,为深入研究槭树属植物果实的风传播机制和种群扩张提供理论参考。【方法】以15种槭树属树种翅果为材料,在分析种子长度、种子宽度、果翅长度、果翅宽度、种子长宽比和种子长/果翅长特征等参数的基础上,模拟果实的传播特征(沉降速度和水平传播距离),比较15种果实性状和风传播特性间的相关性。【结果】①15种槭树属树种翅果开张角度对沉降速度和水平传播距离的影响最大,种子宽度影响较弱;②15种槭树属树种翅果沉降速度为69.14~224.06 cm/s,扇叶槭最慢,梣叶槭最快;扇叶槭果实的水平传播距离最远,梣叶槭最近;③15种槭树属植物果实沉降速度与种子长度、果翅长度、果翅宽度、种子长宽比和种子长/果翅长正相关,与果实两翅开张角度和种子宽度负相关;水平传播距离与果实两翅开张角度、种子长、果翅长、果翅宽、种子长宽比和种子长/果翅长均呈负相关,而与种子宽度正相关,果实水平传播距离与其沉降速度呈负相关,果实沉降速度和水平传播距离受多种性状影响;④对15种槭树翅果的8个性状主成分分析表明,前3个主成分的累计贡献率达82.911%, 基于8个性状进行聚类分析可知,当欧氏距离为10时,15种槭树可分为4类。【结论】果实形态特征的相关性分析表明,15种槭树果实形态特征对沉降速度的影响依次为:两翅张开角度>种子长/果翅长>种子长度>果翅长度>种子长宽比>果翅宽度>种子宽度。果实的水平传播距离受多种因子的综合制约。千粒质量、两翅张开角度、种子长/果翅长可作为槭树分类的重要依据。  相似文献

Flame propagating through zirconium particle cloud in a small-scale vertical rectangle chamber was investigated experimentally. In the experiments, the zirconium quoted 99% purity was used and the diameter of particles was distributed 1–22 μm. The zirconium dust was dispersed into the chamber by air flow and ignited by an electrode spark. A high-speed video camera was used to record the images of the propagating flame. Micro-thermocouples, schlieren optical system and microscopic lens were used to obtain temperature profiles and flame structure, respectively. Based on the experimental results, flame propagation characteristics and flame structure of zirconium particle cloud were analyzed. The propagation velocity of the flame is quite slow in the initial 14 ms and then accelerates to maximum value. Subsequently, the propagation velocity of the flame almost keeps constant. The combustion zone width of zirconium particle cloud is 5–6 mm. Smaller particles burn mainly at the leading edge of combustion zone in the width of 1.4 mm followed by larger particles burning 1.4–6 mm behind the leading edge of the combustion zone. Gas phase flame is not seen in zirconium particle cloud and the combustion time of single zirconium particle is 1–5 ms, which depends on its original size. The preheated zone is 7–8 mm thickness ahead of the combustion zone and intensive chemical reaction takes place at 490 K. The maximum flame temperature increases at lower concentrations, reaches the maximum value, and then decreases slightly at higher concentrations.  相似文献

激光加工技术可在材料表面形成多种纹理结构,为了研究激光加工所得不同纹理结构对材料润湿性的影响,通过纳秒激光加工技术在金属钛表面分别加工直线、网格和点阵的表面纹理结构。采用扫描电子显微镜、接触角测量仪、粗糙度分析仪和X射线光电子能谱分别对激光加工后的钛表面进行表面形貌、接触角、粗糙度与化学成分的表征与分析。结果表明:初经激光纹理加工后试样表面的粗糙度较激光加工前均显著提高,但此时3种纹理结构试样表面接触角均小于90°;随着时间的推移,被加工材料表面化学成分的改变带来了材料表面自由能的变化,进而使被加工表面接触角总体呈现上升趋势;待试样表面化学成分稳定后接触角也基本保持不变,并且对于每种纹理结构而言,其接触角随粗糙度的增加而升高。直线、网格和点阵纹理结构试样表面接触角最终可达157.2°,153.1°和134.6°,从而实现了钛表面润湿性由亲水性向疏水性的转变。  相似文献
