水蜡树果实的天然花青素含量丰富,为了更好地利用这一资源,文章研究了p H、光、温度、金属离子、氧化剂、还原剂和食品添加剂对天然花青素稳定性的影响.试验发现,水蜡树果实花青素在p H=3~8下稳定性较好;自然光、较高温度、高浓度Na_2SO_3、H_2O_2和Cu~(2+)可破坏花青素;K~+、Na~+、Fe~(3+)、较低浓度(10 mg/L和25 mg/L)Na_2SO_3、蔗糖、葡萄糖和麦芽糖对花青素稳定性影响较小;可溶性淀粉可减弱色度,Zn~(2+)、Al~(3+)、Mg~(2+)和柠檬酸可起到增色作用.为了保证水蜡树果实花青素的稳定性,应避光保存,避免温度超过50℃.  相似文献

研究2株直链烷基苯磺酸钠(LAS)共代谢降解菌的降解动力学.分别对2株直链烷基苯磺酸钠共代谢降解菌克雷伯氏菌属(Klebsiella sp.)和肠杆菌属(Enterobacter sp.)进行研究,通过正交实验考察了其最佳降解条件,并进行降解动力学研究.当温度为30℃,p H值为7.5,装液量为50 m L时,最适合两株细菌降解LAS.其中菌株L-2在生长基质葡萄糖质量浓度为500 mg/L时,对50 mg/LLAS降解率为94.2%;菌株L-15在生长基质葡萄糖质量浓度为1 000 mg/L时,对50 mg/LLAS降解率为92.2%;当LAS质量浓度在25~100 mg/L范围内,2菌株降解反应符合一级动力学特征.本研究可为全基质生活污水处理LAS废水提供一定的理论依据.  相似文献

目的研究p H值和有机碳源对匹配厌氧氨氧化的前置亚硝化反应的影响,确定实现NO-2-N稳定高效积累的最佳运行参数.方法试验采用人工配水,控制反应温度为28℃,DO质量浓度在1.0 mg/L左右,进水NH+4-N质量浓度为150 mg/L,分别通过静态试验和动态试验考察在不同p H值(6.0、6.5、7.0、7.5、8.0、8.5)和不同COD质量浓度(50 mg/L、100 mg/L、150 mg/L、200 mg/L、250 mg/L)条件下,NH+4-N去除情况和NO-2-N累积情况.结果在本实验条件下,当p H值为7.5~8.0、ρ(COD)150 mg/L时,SBR反应器可以获得理想的亚硝化效果,NH+4-N去除率和NO-2-N累积率分别可以维持在90%和75%以上.结论 p H值偏碱性有利于实现较高质量浓度的NO-2-N积累.当进水中存在适量有机碳源时,匹配厌氧氨氧化的亚硝化反应可以正常进行,但有机碳源质量浓度过高会对亚硝化细菌的生长繁殖产生明显的抑制作用.  相似文献

中原油田是一个多层系、多油藏类型的复杂断块油田 ,部分区块储层中黏土特别是膨胀性黏土含量高 ,对注入水水质的要求较高 .本文对阳离子聚合物与聚合铝复配处理中原油田采油污水进行了研究 ,结果表明 :当聚合铝浓度为 5 0 mg/L时 ,阳离子聚合物的分子量、加入浓度、污水的 p H值、污水温度等对处理效果影响大 ,当阳离子聚合物的黏均分子量为 1 2 0万、加入浓度 3~ 5 mg/L、污水的 p H值为 6.5~ 8.5、污水温度在 45℃时 ,中原油田采油一厂采油污水中悬浮物、油的含量分别由处理前的 1 65 mg/L,1 1 8mg/L降低到 1 .2 mg/L及 5 .0 mg/L ,滤膜系数达到 35  相似文献

为拓宽葡萄糖生物传感器检测的线性范围,分别利用质量浓度为0g/L、10g/L、15g/L、20g/L、25g/L和30g/L醋酸纤维素扩散限制膜,对以二茂铁为电子媒介体明胶戊二醛固定葡萄糖氧化酶制备的葡萄糖丝网印刷金电极进行修饰,研究了醋酸纤维素扩散限制膜对葡萄糖生物传感器性能的影响.结果表明,醋酸纤维素扩散限制膜有效地拓宽了葡萄糖生物传感器检测的线性范围,质量浓度为20g/L醋酸纤维素制备的扩散限制膜修饰的葡萄糖生物传感器性能最优,具有良好的产业化前景,其检测线性范围为0~30mmol/L,响应时间为10s,灵敏度为31.4μA/(mol·L-1),相关系数为0.99733.  相似文献

从珙桐2年生健康实生苗的茎段中分离到一株耐铅、镉内生真菌。经形态学观察,该菌初步鉴定为链格孢属真菌。该菌的最佳培养基为PDA培养基。温度、p H、碳源和氮源对其生长有一定影响。在温度为15~35℃时均能生长,最适温度为25~30℃。该菌能适应较宽的p H值范围,在p H值5~9的条件下生长旺盛。多种碳源和氮源均能促进该菌生长,最佳的碳源为葡萄糖、可溶性淀粉、甘露糖和蔗糖,最佳的氮源为硝酸钠。该菌能在含1 000 mg/L Pb(NO2)2或100 mg/L Cd Cl2.2.5H2O培养基上生长,表明该菌在铅、镉胁迫下仍有较强的生长能力。  相似文献

硫酸钡垢结构致密且一般不溶于酸,目前针对该类垢型最有效的解决办法就是在注入水中加入化学阻垢剂。选取DETPMP、EDTMPS、GY-405、HX-1、AMPS(2-丙烯酸-2-甲基丙磺酸)五种阻垢剂进行复配,采用钡离子络合滴定方法筛选出阻垢效果较好的复配型阻垢剂,再利用正交实验优化阻垢剂的配方。实验结果表明:阻垢剂两两复配时,GY-405与DETPMP在复配比为2:1时对硫酸钡垢阻垢效果最好,阻垢率最高可达到62.36%;三种阻垢剂复配时,利用正交软件可知,在GY-405、DETPMP、AMPS的浓度分别为25 mg/L、25 mg/L、15 mg/L时,该复配型阻垢剂对硫酸钡的阻垢效果最好,可达80%以上。选取Ba2+浓度、温度、矿化度、p H作为影响因素,对复配阻垢剂进行正交评价实验。通过正交实验可知,在四种因素共同作用下,当矿化度为42 g/L、Ba2+浓度为800 mg/L、p H为7、温度为85℃时,复配阻垢剂对硫酸钡阻垢率最大。四种因素中,复配阻垢剂对硫酸钡阻垢效果的影响大小的排序为Ba2+浓度p H矿化度温度。  相似文献

采用荧光分光光度计分析了氧氟沙星的荧光特征及其在水样中含量。研究发现,在激发波长293 nm和荧光发射波长471 nm处p H=7的氧氟沙星水溶液具有最大荧光强度;在20~35℃范围内,氧氟沙星水溶液的荧光强度随温度升高而降低。当水样中无干扰氧氟沙星荧光特征的物质时,可在20℃、p H=7条件下,于激发波长293 nm和荧光发射波长471 nm处测定水样中氧氟沙星的含量,氧氟沙星的荧光强度与其浓度正相关,相关系数为0.9990,线性范围为0.05~1.0 mg/L,检出限为0.43μg/L,相对标准偏差小于1.6%(n=6),加标回收率为97.5%~100.9%,该方法适用于快速测定水样中氧氟沙星的含量。  相似文献

以城市污水处理厂的脱水污泥作为主要原材料,以氯化锌(Zn Cl2)溶液为活化剂,通过化学活化法制得活性炭,并将其用于吸附罗丹明B染料,考察了p H值、吸附时间、溶液初始浓度和温度对吸附效果的影响.结果表明,在45℃,p H=4,初始浓度25mg/L时,反应时间80min,吸附率可达95%以上,污泥活性炭对罗丹明B的饱和吸附量为26.62mg/g.以污水厂污泥为原料制备出的污泥活性炭对罗丹明B染料废水进行吸附是可行的.  相似文献

为了得到混合细菌发酵产氢的最佳Mg2+浓度,以10g/L的葡萄糖为底物,进行了间歇实验。结果表明,在反应温度为35℃和初始pH为7.0的条件下,当Mg2+浓度为0~1mg/L时,混合细菌发酵葡萄糖的累积产氢量、比产氢量和生物量随着Mg2+浓度的增加而增加。当Mg2+浓度为1 mg/L时,最大累积产氢量为233.6 mL,单位质量的葡萄糖最大比产氢量为238.9mL/g,单位质量葡萄糖最大生物量为204.0mg/g。  相似文献

There are numerous geometric objects stored in the spatial databases. An importance function in a spatial database is that users can browse the geometric objects as a map efficiently. Thus the spatial database should display the geometric objects users concern about swiftly onto the display window. This process includes two operations:retrieve data from database and then draw them onto screen. Accordingly, to improve the efficiency, we should try to reduce time of both retrieving object and displaying them. The former can be achieved with the aid of spatial index such as R-tree, the latter require to simplify the objects. Simplification means that objects are shown with sufficient but not with unnecessary detail which depend on the scale of browse. So the major problem is how to retrieve data at different detail level efficiently. This paper introduces the implementation of a multi-scale index in the spatial database SISP (Spatial Information Shared Platform) which is generalized from R-tree. The difference between the generalization and the R-tree lies on two facets: One is that every node and geometric object in the generalization is assigned with a importance value which denote the importance of them, and every vertex in the objects are assigned with a importance value,too. The importance value can be use to decide which data should be retrieve from disk in a query. The other difference is that geometric objects in the generalization are divided into one or more sub-blocks, and vertexes are total ordered by their importance value. With the help of the generalized R-tree, one can easily retrieve data at different detail levels.Some experiments are performed on real-life data to evaluate the performance of solutions that separately use normal spatial index and multi-scale spatial index. The results show that the solution using multi-scale index in SISP is satisfying.  相似文献

The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3~4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰~ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰~ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084~0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078~0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.  相似文献

Future mobile communication systems aim at providing very high data transmission rates, even in high-mobility scenarios such as high-speed wheel-track trains, maglev trains, highway vehicles, airplanes, guided missiles or spacecraft. A particularly important commercial application is the strong and increasing worldwide demand for high- speed broadband wireless communications (up to 574.8 km/ h test speeds or 380 km/h commercial speeds) in railways, providing data, voice and video services for applications such as onboard entertainment services to passengers, train control, train dispatch, train sensor status handling and sur- veillance. In such high-mobility scenarios, there are a number of communication challenges, including fast hand- over, location updating, high-speed channel modeling, estimation and equalization, anti-Doppler spreading tech- niques, fast power control, and dedicated network architec- ture. 本文叙述了对海南岛及其毗邻大陆边缘白垩纪到第四纪地层岩石进行古地磁研究的全部工作过程。通过分析岩石中剩余磁矢量的磁偏角及磁倾角的变化,提出海南岛白垩纪以来经历的构造演化模式如下:早期伴随顺时针旋转而向南迁移,后期伴随逆时针转动并向北运移。联系该地区及邻区的地质、地球物理资料,对海南岛上述的构造地体运动提出以下认识:北部湾内早期有一拉张作用,主要是该作用使湾内地壳显著伸长减薄,形成北部湾盆地。从而导致了海南岛的早期构造运动,而海南岛后期的构造运动则主要是受南海海底扩张的影响。海南地体运动规律的阐明对于了解北部湾油气盆地的形成演化有重要的理论和实际意义。  相似文献

Being the primary media of geographical information and the elementary objects manipulated, almost all of maps adopt the layer-based model to represent geographic information in the existent GIS. However, it is difficult to extend the map represented in layer-based model. Furthermore, in Web-Based GIS, It is slow to transmit the spatial data for map viewing. In this paper, for solving the questions above, we have proposed a new method for representing the spatial data. That is scale-based model. In this model we represent maps in three levels: scale-view, block, and spatial object, and organize the maps in a set of map layers, named Scale-View, which associates some given scales.Lastly, a prototype Web-Based GIS using the proposed spatial data representation is described briefly.  相似文献
