节能日光温室内CO2浓度对西葫芦生长及产量的影响   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
研究了高纬度地区冬季节能日光温室内不同CO2浓度对西葫芦生长发育及生理代谢的影响。结果表明,在提高CO2浓度条件下,西葫芦株高,茎粗,叶面积,植株鲜(干)重都有很大的增长,其中以茎粗,植株鲜,(干)重增长量为显著。  相似文献

用Na2CO3处理蚕豆幼苗,处理浓度为25,50,75,100mmol/L,胁迫6天后取样,测定植株鲜干重、肉质化程度、细胞膜透性、丙二醛含量、脯氨酸含量叶绿素含量等生理指标.结果表明,一定浓度的Na2CO3促进了蚕豆幼苗鲜干重、肉质化程度、叶绿素含量的增加,100mmol/LNa2CO3处理明显抑制了蚕豆幼苗的生长.Na2CO3浓度超过75mmol/L时,蚕豆幼苗MDA含量急剧上升,质膜透性也明显增加,脯氨酸含量增加明显.  相似文献

以中药益母草为研究材料,设置了6个铝处理浓度(0、0.04、0.37、3.70、37.04和185.19 mmol/L),研究了益母草幼苗对不同浓度铝毒胁迫的响应.研究发现,随着铝浓度的增加,益母草幼苗的植株鲜质量、植株干质量、根表面积、茎长和根长等总体下降,益母草根的平均直径增大;0.04 mmol/L的铝液处理时,益母草的地上部分鲜质量较对照组增加了1.75%,茎长比对照组增长了4.7%.铝毒胁迫显著抑制了益母草幼苗根系的伸长和生长,随着铝处理浓度的升高,抑制作用总体增强,尤其是{185.19} mmol/L的铝液处理时,益母草种子的萌发率非常低且萌发后长出的芽易霉变死亡而基本上不生长.  相似文献

以开顶式塑料薄膜温室为设施,研究了红掌叶片某些光合参数与生物量对长期CO2加富的响应.结果表明,处理150 d时,处理组T1(CO2(31.21±4.46)μmol/L,)T2(CO2(44.59±4.46)μmol/L)总生物量的鲜质量(FW)与干质量(DW)均比CK(CO2(16.05±1.34)μmol/L)提高35%以上;高浓度CO2条件下的根冠比与对照相比无论是鲜质量或干质量均降低,就鲜质量而言T1和T2分别比对照降低7.87%和19.32%;整个试验过程中,处理组气孔导度明显下降,但其净光合速率、羧化效率、表观量子效率均高于对照,处理90 d时T1和T2的净光合速率分别比对照增加56.37%和45.33%,随着处理时间的延长这种促进作用逐渐降低.  相似文献

探讨了营养盐铁、硅及植物激素脱落酸(ABA)单因子对三角褐指藻(Phaeodactylum tricornutum)的生长、油脂含量(%干重)及油脂产量的影响.采用光密度值OD450评价微藻的生长状况,以溶剂浸提法提取油脂.结果表明:(1)铁处理组中,铁浓度在0~46.57 μmol/L范围内时,藻的生长速率随铁浓度提高而增大;铁浓度为11.64 μmol/L时,油脂含量达30%,高于其它铁浓度培养;当铁浓度为11.64 μmol/L时,油脂产量最高--是无铁培养的2.8倍;(2)硅处理组中,低含量硅盐(4.6 μmol/L)不仅促进了藻的生长而且提高了油脂含量,油脂产量比高含量硅盐(42.6 μmol/L)培养提高了40%;(3)ABA处理组中,1 mg/L ABA不仅促进了藻的生长而且提高了油脂含量,油脂产量比对照提高了50%;5 mg/L ABA虽提高了油脂含量但却抑制了藻的生长,油脂产量和对照相当;15 mg/L ABA抑制了藻的生长、降低了油脂含量.用气相色谱分析微藻的脂肪酸组成,结果显示:1 mg/L ABA明显影响了三角褐指藻的脂肪酸组成,以高产量油脂(4.6 μmol/L硅盐、1 mg/L ABA培养)为原料制备出的生物柴油的质量将会提高.  相似文献

利用万寿菊(Tagetes erecta)秸秆水提取物研究了其对南方根结线虫(Meloidogyne incognita)的抑杀作用,并通过盆栽试验研究了万寿菊秸秆对接种南方根结线虫后黄瓜(Cucumis sativus)植株生长的影响.结果表明:在水提取物试验中,线虫死亡率随万寿菊水提物浓度的升高和处理时间的延长逐渐升高,水提物处理12h后,质量分数分别为1.5%、1.0%和0.5%的3个处理与对照的线虫死亡率分别为89.4%、69.5%、44.2%;0、24h后3个处理的死亡率均为100%,对照仍为0.盆栽接种试验中,万寿菊秸秆在黄瓜播种前10d混入热处理过的土壤中,黄瓜植株收获时,0.5%、1.0%和2.0%的万寿菊秸秆添加率都不同程度地降低了黄瓜植株根结数,其中秸杆0.5%和2.0%的添加率对根结数的降低程度显著(P0.05),0.5%和1.0%的添加率对黄瓜植株株高、茎粗、地上部鲜质量、总鲜质量和总干质量均未产生负面影响,对根系生长还起到了一定促进作用,使得地下部鲜质量和根冠比增加,但2.0%添加率对黄瓜植株的生长产生了严重的负面影响,使得植株株高、茎粗、地上部和地下部分鲜质量、总鲜质量和总干质量均显著降低(P0.05);0.5%、1.0%和2.0%的万寿菊秸杆添加率均降低了黄瓜植株叶片叶绿素质量分数和净光合速率.以上结果说明,在控制好万寿菊秸秆添加率的基础上利用万寿菊秸秆防治黄瓜南方根结线虫具有一定的可行性,但应注意万寿菊秸秆对黄瓜植株光合色素和净光合速率的影响.  相似文献

试验采用0.67 mL/L(Cal),1 mL/L(Ca2),2 mL/L(Ca3)共3个质量浓度叶面钙肥对苋菜进行喷施,研究钙肥对苋菜生长、品质和产量的影响.结果表明:适宜钙肥质量浓度可增加苋菜植株株高和茎粗,不同质量浓度钙肥对苋菜品质有不同程度的影响,较低质量浓度钙肥可降低硝酸盐的积累.钙肥增加了苋菜产量,以1 mL/L的钙肥增产效果最好.  相似文献

There are numerous geometric objects stored in the spatial databases. An importance function in a spatial database is that users can browse the geometric objects as a map efficiently. Thus the spatial database should display the geometric objects users concern about swiftly onto the display window. This process includes two operations:retrieve data from database and then draw them onto screen. Accordingly, to improve the efficiency, we should try to reduce time of both retrieving object and displaying them. The former can be achieved with the aid of spatial index such as R-tree, the latter require to simplify the objects. Simplification means that objects are shown with sufficient but not with unnecessary detail which depend on the scale of browse. So the major problem is how to retrieve data at different detail level efficiently. This paper introduces the implementation of a multi-scale index in the spatial database SISP (Spatial Information Shared Platform) which is generalized from R-tree. The difference between the generalization and the R-tree lies on two facets: One is that every node and geometric object in the generalization is assigned with a importance value which denote the importance of them, and every vertex in the objects are assigned with a importance value,too. The importance value can be use to decide which data should be retrieve from disk in a query. The other difference is that geometric objects in the generalization are divided into one or more sub-blocks, and vertexes are total ordered by their importance value. With the help of the generalized R-tree, one can easily retrieve data at different detail levels.Some experiments are performed on real-life data to evaluate the performance of solutions that separately use normal spatial index and multi-scale spatial index. The results show that the solution using multi-scale index in SISP is satisfying.  相似文献

The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3~4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰~ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰~ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084~0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078~0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.  相似文献

Future mobile communication systems aim at providing very high data transmission rates, even in high-mobility scenarios such as high-speed wheel-track trains, maglev trains, highway vehicles, airplanes, guided missiles or spacecraft. A particularly important commercial application is the strong and increasing worldwide demand for high- speed broadband wireless communications (up to 574.8 km/ h test speeds or 380 km/h commercial speeds) in railways, providing data, voice and video services for applications such as onboard entertainment services to passengers, train control, train dispatch, train sensor status handling and sur- veillance. In such high-mobility scenarios, there are a number of communication challenges, including fast hand- over, location updating, high-speed channel modeling, estimation and equalization, anti-Doppler spreading tech- niques, fast power control, and dedicated network architec- ture. 本文叙述了对海南岛及其毗邻大陆边缘白垩纪到第四纪地层岩石进行古地磁研究的全部工作过程。通过分析岩石中剩余磁矢量的磁偏角及磁倾角的变化,提出海南岛白垩纪以来经历的构造演化模式如下:早期伴随顺时针旋转而向南迁移,后期伴随逆时针转动并向北运移。联系该地区及邻区的地质、地球物理资料,对海南岛上述的构造地体运动提出以下认识:北部湾内早期有一拉张作用,主要是该作用使湾内地壳显著伸长减薄,形成北部湾盆地。从而导致了海南岛的早期构造运动,而海南岛后期的构造运动则主要是受南海海底扩张的影响。海南地体运动规律的阐明对于了解北部湾油气盆地的形成演化有重要的理论和实际意义。  相似文献

Being the primary media of geographical information and the elementary objects manipulated, almost all of maps adopt the layer-based model to represent geographic information in the existent GIS. However, it is difficult to extend the map represented in layer-based model. Furthermore, in Web-Based GIS, It is slow to transmit the spatial data for map viewing. In this paper, for solving the questions above, we have proposed a new method for representing the spatial data. That is scale-based model. In this model we represent maps in three levels: scale-view, block, and spatial object, and organize the maps in a set of map layers, named Scale-View, which associates some given scales.Lastly, a prototype Web-Based GIS using the proposed spatial data representation is described briefly.  相似文献
