为了在三维永磁球形步进电机中应用新的电流控制方式,采用自适应和变结构控制算法以适应电机负载运行的复杂工况,设计了基于电流跟踪PWM和分时控制基础的电流控制驱动器。Simulink环境下的仿真模型验证了该设计思想的可行性,并在具体的实验平台上得以验证。实验结果表明,该控制驱动系统可以实现永磁球形步进电机的连续轨迹运动控制,完成相应的高级控制算法。
Abstract:
In view of adapting new current control method in the complicated working state of the three-dimensional permanent magnet spherical stepper motor,adaptive and switching control algorithm were applied in the motor control to drive mechanical loads.A current control driver system based on current-tracking and time-sharing strategy was discussed.Simulation and experiment results prove the efficiency of the design principle in Simulink environment and on test platform.Experiment results show that this control system could assure the rotor to follow the continuous path motion and accomplish relevant advanced control algorithm.  相似文献

基于自适应观测器和自抗扰控制的PMSM直接转矩控制   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
提出一种新的自适应观测器,用于永磁同步电机直接转矩控制系统的定子磁链和定子电阻估计。该观测器利用静止坐标系下的电压模型估计定子磁链,采用转子坐标系下的电流模型估计定子电流,把定子电流估计误差通过增益矩阵作为反馈信号。定子电阻自适应律根据李亚普诺夫稳定性理论推出,观测器的增益矩阵采用极点配置方法得到,观测器的收敛性根据李亚普诺夫稳定性分析来保证。此外,采用自抗扰控制技术设计了速度控制器,该控制器能对负载扰动进行估计和补偿。仿真结果证明了所提自适应观测器的有效性和自抗扰控制器的抗负载扰动能力。
Abstract:
A new adaptive observer was proposed to estimate the stator flux and stator resistance in the direct torque controlled permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) drive. The stator flux was estimated by using the motor voltage model in the stationary frame, and the stator currents were estimated by using the motor current model in the rotor frame. The current estimation errors were then used as feedback signals through a gain matrix. Stator resistance adaptive law was developed based on Lyapunov stability theory. The observer gain matrix was obtained by using the pole placement method. The stability of the adaptive observer was guaranteed by the Lyapunov stability analysis. In addition, a speed controller was designed based on active disturbance rejection control (ADRC) technique to estimate and compensate the load disturbance. Simulation results have confirmed both the effectiveness of the adaptive observer and the anti-load-disturbance performance of the active disturbance rejection controller.  相似文献

A full distribution CNC system based on SERCOS bus is studied in accordance with the limitations of traditional PC-based motion card. The conventional PC-based motion control card is dispersed into several autonomous intelligent servo-control units with the function of servo driver. The autonomous intelligent servocontrol units realize the loop control of position, velocity and current. Interpolation computation is completed in PC and the computational results are transferred to every autonomous intelligent servo-control unit by high speed SERCOS bus. Software or hardware synchronization technology is used to ensure all servomotors are successive and synchronously running. The communication and synchronization technology of SERCOS are also researched and the autonomous intelligent servo-control card is developed byself. Finally, the experiment of circle contour process on a prototype system proves the feasibility.  相似文献

重载列车和准高速动车组的运行,使轮轨之间的粘着经常处于极限状态,因此需要研究更先进的控制方法来优化利用粘着力。建立了包括牵引系统、控制系统和机车多体动力学模型的多学科虚拟样机仿真平台。使用机械动力学仿真软件ADAMS/Rail建立了某种电力机车的多体动力学仿真模型;利用MATLAB建立了组合粘着控制算法;通过联合仿真实现了针对机车粘着控制系统的多学科虚拟样机仿真。联合仿真平台成为了沟通粘着控制方法理论研究和试验研究的桥梁,为智能控制方法在粘着系统中的应用提供了有效的仿真环境。
Abstract:
With heavy-haul train and high-speed electric multiple unit (EMU) operation,the adhesion between wheel and rail often reaches limit states.Therefore the advanced control arithmetic should be studied to optimize the use of the adhesion force.A simulation platform was built including traction system,control system and multi-body dynamics model of an locomotive.The model of the electric locomotive was established with ADAMS/Rail (Automatic Dynamic Analysis of Mechanical Systems).Then a hybrid adhesion control algorithm was designed using MATLAB.The adhesion control system can be studied with co-simulation of different simulation tools.The theoretical and experimental studies are realized with the simulation platform.It provides a new and effective ways to study the adhesion control.  相似文献

针对感应电动机直接转矩控制中低速运行时定子电阻变化对系统性能影响较大的问题,提出了一种基于模糊PI控制的定子电阻估计方法。同时提出了一种基于模糊SVM技术的感应电动机直接转矩控制方案,该模糊控制器的输入为转矩误差、磁链误差的绝对值,输出为所选择的参考电压矢量的偏转角,最后对该方法进行仿真研究。仿真结果表明所提出的模糊直接转矩控制方案能够有效地改善感应电动机的低速性能,减小转矩脉动,并且具有很好的动态响应性能。
Abstract:
To solve the effect of stator resistance change of the low-speed performance in direct torque control (DTC) of induction motor,a method of the stator resistance estimate,based on the fuzzy-PI control was proposed.And a fuzzy-SVM controller based on the DTC of induction motor was introduced to select the reference voltage vector,which had three inputs:the absolute value of the torque error and the flux error,one output:the deflection angleη of synthesized voltage vector.Simulation was used to prove the efficiency of this method.The results of the simulation prove that the method of the fuzzy DTC controller can effectively improve the low-speed performance of the induction motor,reduce the torque ripple,and have a good dynamic response performance.  相似文献

光伏并网逆变器的富余功率容量可以补偿非线性负载的谐波电流。采用能量回馈MPPT算法能够将有功功率逆变器控制与光伏电池输出电压控制结合起来,达到较高的能量效率。利用FBD算法能够实时检测非线性负载电流中的谐波成分,并加以补偿。仿真模型和结果验证该方法的有效性。
Abstract:
The capacity of grid-connected PV inverters exceeds the real power of PV cells, which can be used to compensate the harmonic current of nonlinear loads. Higher energy efficiency can be archived by power-feedback control MPPT arithmetic which changes the output voltage of PV cells by changing the inverter power. FBD method is employed to detect the harmonics of load instantaneously. The simulation model and result validate the proposed scheme.  相似文献

目前众多学者致力于将当前先进的控制理论应用到船舶运动控制领域,但在实际船舶上验证这些先进的控制算法面临很多困难,为此,设计并实现一套船舶运动控制硬件在环仿真系统。该系统包括船舶运动DSP控制器,船舶运动仿真系统,控制与监测系统三部分,对相关硬件电路和软件设计进行了研究。系统测试结果表明该系统性能良好,为在实验室环境下进行船舶运动控制算法研究和船舶运动控制器开发提供了一个有效的测试平台。
Abstract:
Many scholars devote to applying current advanced control theories to the ship motion control.However,there are many difficulties in verifying the performance of the control theories.In the view of this contradiction,a hardware-in-loop simulation system for ship motion control was designed,which includes ship motion controller based on DSP,ship motion simulation system,and control-monitoring system.The relative design of hardware and software was discussed.The simulation results show that the proposed hardware-in-loop simulation system has satisfactory performance and it can provide an effective test platform for the study of the ship motion control theories and the development of the ship motion controller in the laboratory environment.  相似文献

A kind of networked control system with network-induced delay and packet dropout, modeled on asynchronous dynamical systems was tested, and the integrity design of the networked control system with sensors failures and actuators failures was analyzed using hybrid systems technique based on the robust fault-tolerant control theory. The parametric expression of controller is given based on the feasible solution of linear matrix inequality. The simulation results are provided on the basis of detailed theoretical analysis, which further demonstrate the validity of the proposed schema.  相似文献

将神经网络、模糊控制与非线性预测优化控制结合起来,提出了神经网络模糊预测优化控制方法,采用前馈神经网络作为预测模型,利用贝叶斯正则化方法对模型进行了辨识,以自调整模糊控制器作为优化控制器,通过多步预测方式,系统的优化性能指标综合考虑温度偏差最小和能耗最小这两方面因素,应用该方法对制冷工况变风量空调系统的送风温度和回风温度(室内温度)进行了仿真控制研究。控制结果表明了该方法的有效性,控制效果良好,并且可以达到节省能耗的目的。
Abstract:
Artificial neural network,fuzzy control and nonlinear optimal predictive control were combined.The algorithm of neural network nonlinear fuzzy predictive optimal control was proposed.Feed-forward neural network was adopted as the predictive model of the cooling VAV system.The model was identified by the method of Bayesian regularization.The self-adjusting fuzzy controller was adopted as optimal controller.The algorithm was applied in the cooling VAV system with multi-step predictive method.Indoor temperature and supply air temperature was controlled aimed at minimum temperature deviation and minimum energy consumption by this scheme in Matlab.Simulation results illustrate the effectiveness of this technique,and in the meantime illustrate that this technique can save energy consumption.  相似文献

为了验证星载计算机的软/硬件性能,建立了以两个星载计算机为核心的卫星编队仿真验证系统。介绍了该系统的软、硬件构成,重点解决了动力学仿真机与星载计算机CAN总线双向数据传输、动力学仿真机以及星载计算机的进程同步、星载计算机的无线通信以及实时驱动STK场景动画显示等问题。在成功实现系统的基础上,进行了双星编队自主维持控制仿真。仿真结果校验了系统设计的合理性以及软硬件接口的正确性。
Abstract:
To verify the software and hardware performance of the on-board computer, a demonstration simulation system for formation flying satellites was established based on two on-board computers. The software and hardware architecture of the simulation system were introduced, and the key problems of the data communication between the dynamic simulation computers and the on-board computers via CAN bus, the synchronization of the dynamic simulation computers and the on-board computers, the wireless communication of the on-board computers, and the real-time visualization animation by driving STK were solved. Based on the developed processor-in-the-loop simulation system, the autonomous formation keeping control for dual satellites was performed. The simulation results demonstrate the validity of the simulation system and the correctness of the software and hardware interfaces.  相似文献

针对于风力发电和飞轮储能联合系统,提出了一种新的控制策略。基于飞轮储能系统里矢量控制的感应电机,建立了系统的数学模型。在系统里,采用模糊神经网络控制算法实现直流总线电压的自动调整,达到稳定系统的直流总线电压的目的。仿真和实验结果证明,在风力发电和飞轮储能联合系统的能量控制过程中使用模糊神经网络控制算法实现了能量的快速存储和释放,起到了稳定系统电压的作用,取得了满意的控制效果。  相似文献

电流传感器信号是永磁同步电机矢量控制的重要参数,也是永磁同步电机矢量控制能否成功的关键因素。提出一种基于滑动数据窗的准实时小波降噪算法,应用于永磁同步牵引系统中。仿真结果表明,当系统电流传感器信号受到污染时,该降噪算法能有效去除传感器噪声对系统性能的影响,提高系统稳定性,并满足实时性要求。在永磁同步交流牵引控制系统中,利用DSP处理器构建准实时降噪子模块,试验结果表明该方法可以提高控制系统在传感器信号污染下的稳定性。  相似文献

提出在PMSM直接转矩控制系统中,采用解析模糊控制状态选择器替代传统的空间电压矢量选择器的新型控制方法,设计完成了基于DSP(TMS320LF2407A)为核心的全数字模糊直接转矩控制系统。在传统的直接转矩系统的基础上,磁链和转矩的调节均采用模糊控制策略,且模糊控制规则解析生成。仿真实验结果表明该控制方案可行,有效地避免了传统直接转矩控制系统在起动和转速突变时,响应不够快且转矩脉动幅度大的缺陷。系统具有良好的动静态性能与鲁棒性。  相似文献

针对矩阵变换器电压传输比低的缺陷,提出了一种新颖的调制策略。借助矩阵变换器间接变换法的基本思路,虚拟整流过程中,采用输入电流的空间矢量调制;虚拟逆变过程中,采用输出电压空间矢量过调制模式I,然后,消除中间直流环节,得到交-交矩阵变换器的控制策略。着重对输出电压空间矢量过调制模式I进行了详细的分析,给出了有关具体的控制算法以及电压传输比与调制系数的关系式等,由计算可知,电压传输比可以提高到0.91。最后,运用MATLAB语言进行了建模,通过仿真实验验证了这种新颖控制策略的可行性。  相似文献

采用理论和实验数据相结合的方法,利用Cruise软件对装配有超级电容和电池相结合使用的并联混合动力大客车SWB6105HEV进行了仿真建模,对其动力性经济性进行了仿真分析,在仿真分析的基础上进行了道路试验验证。仿真和试验结果表明,混合动力大客车可以准确、合理地实现各种预定的控制功能。燃油经济性比原型车有较大提高。仿真分析很好的为混合动力大客车以后的设计开发、控制策略优化发提供了理论依据。  相似文献

结合无源性控制和滑模控制两种非线性控制方法,并引入交流伺服系统,提出永磁同步电机(PMSM)的无源性滑模控制方法。文中分析了PMSM的无源性,并由此推导出矢量控制算法,采用滑模控制方法,设计了滑模速度控制器,从PMSM能量无源性的角度对控制器稳定性进行了证明,控制器参数由Lyapunov函数稳定性理论给出。针对滑模切换函数的高频"抖动"现象,采用模糊控制方法,设计了模糊切换函数,削弱了滑模切换函数的"抖动"。Simulink仿真和dSPACE实验结果表明:控制系统能够稳定运行,具有良好的动、静态性能和抗扰动能力。  相似文献

为获得良好的电压控制性能,抑制模型非最小相位特性的影响,可使DC/DC升压变换器工作在电流控制模式下,采用串级结构的控制器,组成串级控制系统。系统的外环采用基于参数估计的自适应控制算法,以电容电压为被控量;内环则采用一种特殊的PID控制算法,以电感电流为被控量。此种自适应-PID串级控制器不但可使被控系统获得良好的动态特性,而且不需确知负载电阻、电容、电感、输入电压等参数的信息,对参数变化有着很强的鲁棒性。对DC/DC升压变换器的仿真结果表明,上述控制方案是可行的。  相似文献

针对永磁同步电机(PMSM)绕组相电流和转速强耦合特性,基于backstepping方法设计了高性能的位置跟踪控制器,并建立了采用该控制器的PMSM伺服系统仿真模型。仿真结果表明,用backstepping方法设计的PMSM控制系统可以获得很好的跟踪效果,并且其滤波跟踪误差迅速以指数特性收敛到零,具有很好的位置伺服控制特性。  相似文献
