以模块化建模方法为指导,提出了液压系统的热力学模块化建模方法。将液压元件工作机理分为容积型和阻尼型,建立容积型模块和阻尼型模块模型,由容积型模块和阻尼型模块单独或组合建立液压元件的模块化模型。采用Dymola对所建立的各元件模型进行仿真实现,建立了温度仿真模块库-ThermalHydraulic,可以实现面向液压原理图的可视化温度仿真。对模块库进行测试,验证了建模和仿真实现的可行性。
Abstract:
According to the modular modeling method,a thermal-hydraulic modular modeling method of hydraulic system was presented. Basic operating principles of all hydraulic components were divided into two types:volume and resistance. Volume model and resistance model were developed to represent the volume and resistance characteristic of hydraulic component. Component's modular model was established by signal or both of volume model and resistance model. Then,the hydraulic system temperature simulation modular library-Thermal Hydraulic was established by Dymola software,and the library could establish system model conveniently by visual modeling style based on hydraulic principle figure. At the last,the system test was made to evaluate the feasibility of modeling and simulation.  相似文献

一种线结构光视觉传感器手眼标定方法及仿真   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
研究线结构光视觉传感器安装于多关节测量臂平台上形成复合式测量系统的手眼精确标定,提出了将传感器测量坐标建于激光测量面,通过变姿态测量固定标定点的手眼标定方法。利用机器人运动构型与标定点在传感器的坐标,推导了手眼标定模型。设计标准球为标定靶标,提起球心为标定点。建立了标定仿真模型,基于机构仿真分析平台-InteMech设计了一套仿真试验,试验验证了方法的可行性与有效性。
Abstract:
Hand-eye calibration of the compound measuring system that line structure light visual sensor was mounted on multi-joints measuring arm was researched. A calibration method was proposed,which the measuring coordinate system set on laser plane,a fixed point was measured with sensor from different poses. The hand-eye calibration equation was deduced using robot kinematical parameters and the coordinates of the calibration point in measuring coordinate system. A standard ball was designed as calibration object. And the centre of the ball was the fixed calibration point. Computer simulation modal was discussed. Simulation example was designed in the simulation platform of mechanism analysis-InteMech. The experiments show the calibration method is effective and feasible.  相似文献

对MEMS(Micro Electro Mechanical systems微电子机械系统)IMU(Inertial Measurement Unit惯性测量单元)的随机漂移和误差进行建模和补偿是提高捷联惯导系统性能的主要方法之一。为了避免径向基(RBF)神经网络输出之间可能存在的复共线性,更加准确有效的对MIMU的输出误差建模,提出将岭回归径向基神经网络用于MIMU的误差建模中。通过与时间序列建模方法的仿真比较表明,在对MIMU误差补偿上所建立的岭回归RBF网络与四阶AR模型方法精度相当,比一阶AR模型精度高,而且无需对数据平稳性处理。
Abstract:
It is one of the main methods to improve the performance of Strap-down Inertial Navigation System for compensating the random drift and bias of MEMS (Micro Electro Mechanical systems) IMU (Inertial Measurement Unit). In order to eliminate latent multicollinearity of radial basis function neuron network output layer and model the drift and bias of MIMU accurately,the radial basis function neuron network based on ridge regression method was proposed which was applied in modeling and compensating MIMU errors. The simulation shows,compared to the AR model,the precision of compensation of MIMU error using radial basis function neuron network based on ridge regression method is equal to the fourth order AR model,better than first order AR model,and no data stabilization processing.  相似文献

提出了一种新的高动态GPS信号跟踪算法,基于"当前"统计模型对载波瞬时相位过程、瞬时频率及瞬时频率变化率过程进行建模;在此基础上,结合系统状态方程为线性而量测方程为非线性的特性,采用简化UKF算法对信号参数进行估计,同时采用EKF和标准UKF滤波算法在同等条件下对信号参数进行估计比对。仿真结果表明对信号参数所建模型能真实反映信号的过程,验证了所建模型的正确性的;简化UKF参数估计结果不仅精度与标准UKF相当且具有较高的运算效率,能更好满足高动态下的实时性需求。
Abstract:
A new high dynamic GPS signal tracking algorithm was proposed.Based on current statistical model,a new model for the GPS signal transitional process was established.Since the system involved a linear state equation and a nonlinear measurement equation,a simple Unscented Kalman Filter (UKF) algorithm was applied to estimation the signal parameters.For comparison purpose,an Extended Kalman Filter (EKF) algorithm and a standard UKF algorithm were also applied to the system to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed filtering algorithm.Simulation results show that the new model can precisely represent the real signal process,and the simple UKF algorithm achieves high precision comparable to standard UKF with higher operation efficiency.Therefore,the new model and the proposed algorithm can satisfy real time requirement in high dynamic environment.  相似文献

结合有限元思想和拉格朗日方程推导了准坐标系下的弹性飞行器飞行动力学模型,与通常采用的平均轴系建模方法相比,该方法克服了变量难在相同坐标系下表示等缺点,而且该模型包含了自由度之间所有的耦合,能够更充分的反映刚性自由度与弹性自由度间的交叉耦合特性,更全面的从本质上体现飞行器结构动力学、空气动力学以及飞行动力学这种多学科之间相互影响的非线性飞行动力学特性。该动力学模型可用于弹性飞行器非线性稳定性分析、弹性飞行器飞行动力学与控制理论分析等。
Abstract:
As the frequency separation between the rigid body modes and the structural dynamics becomes tighter, the traditional aircraft flight mechanics treatment, there is, the rigid body approximation, may be not efficient. A complete coupled equation of motion for fully flexible aircrafts were derived, without any constraint relationship, which was done by employing Lagrange’s equations and the finite element method in terms of quasi-coordinates. This model includes automatically all six rigid-body degrees of freedom and elastic deformations, as well as the gravity, propulsion, aerodynamics, and control forces, in addition to forces of an external nature, such as gusts. Different from the modeling method based on "mean axes" coordinate system, the seamless integration was achieved by using the same reference frame and the same variables to describe the aircraft motions and the force acting on it, including the aerodynamic forces. The formulation is modular in nature, in the sense that the structural model, the aerodynamic theory, and the controls method can be replaced by any other ones to better suit different types of aircraft, provided certain criteria are satisfied.  相似文献

以提高汽车行驶平顺性和操纵稳定性为出发点,建立了汽车ASS与EPS的整车动力学模型,提出了一种汽车ASS与EPS集成控制的方法。分别设计了ASS子系统模糊控制器与EPS子系统模糊控制器,利用分层协调控制思想建立了上层协调控制器,对两个子系统进行协调控制。仿真结果表明:采用分层协调控制策略控制的ASS与EPS集成系统可使车身垂直加速度、车身俯仰角、横摆角速度、车身侧倾角等性能参数得到优化,汽车行驶平顺性和操纵稳定性有明显改善,提高了整车综合性能。
Abstract:
Vehicle dynamics model of ASS and EPS was built.A coordination control method of vehicle ASS and EPS was presented to improve vehicle ride performance and handling stability.ASS controller and EPS controller were designed separately.The controller of ASS was designed using fuzzy logic control theory and the EPS system was designed using fuzzy logic control theory too.In order to coordinate the two subsystems,an upper coordination controller was set up based on an idea of delaminating control.The simulation results show that layered coordination control strategy can optimize the vehicle performance parameters and the vehicle integrated performance is improved obviously.  相似文献

针对装备综合保障仿真评估中的三个方面的问题,提出了基于装备作战单元的建模方法,说明了针对装备作战单元建立综合保障仿真评估Petri网模型的方法,并给出了两个具体的仿真流程,说明了具体系统实现的方法。最后,以某装备作战单元为例,将获取的该装备的实际保障工作相关数据,按照所建立的仿真模型的输入要求输入仿真模型,根据模型输出数据,对仿真结果进行分析评估。
Abstract:
According to the three problems in simulation of ILS evaluation, the means of modeling, the method of building Petri net model of ILS simulation to the equipment basic combat unit, and the method of building the system were put forward. Taking an equipment as an example, input the actual support data to the simulation model constructed, and then the simulation result was analyzed. 对于舰载相控阵雷达这类复杂系统的仿真,软件系统的设计起着至关重要的作用。为了更有效的进行舰载相控阵雷达的仿真研究,在模块化的基础上,引入了分层设计的思想,建立了分层模块化、易于扩展的仿真软件体系结构,给出了总仿真流程,并着重分析研究了其核心模块的功能、原理和实现流程,构建了仿真软件系统。仿真结果充分验证了模型和方法的可行性和有效性。
Abstract:
The design of software system is very important to the simulation of complex system such as shipborne phased array radar. To make the research of shipborne phased array radar simulation more efficiency, the idea of layered design was imported based on modularization, a hierarchy modularized and easy expansible simulation software architecture was established, and the whole simulation flow was suggested, the function and the theory and the realization flow of the core model was mainly researched, and the simulation software system was developed. 采用导航卫星进行方向测定时,测站位置偏差对方位角精度产生非线性影响。基于此,利用坐标转换及泰勒公式,理论推导了当地坐标系中的位置偏差与定向偏差之间的数学模型,对位置偏差引起的定向偏差进行了分析,之后通过实测数据对数学模型进行了验证。分析结果表明,位置偏差对定向偏差的影响与测站经纬度有关,纬度越高,相同的位置偏差引起的定向偏差越大;当地坐标系中东向位置偏差为影响定向偏差的主要因素,北向位置偏差影响很小,可以忽略;基线高程差也会影响定向的精度。  相似文献

为解决惯性测量组合误差模型中与过载相关的动态误差难以在地面精确标定的问题,提出了一种基于正弦直线过载试验系统的惯性测量组合动态误差标定方法。所提方法通过构建满足惯性测量组合测试要求的正弦直线过载试验系统,并利用该系统提供过载的正弦特性和直线往复运动的周期特性,结合惯性测量组合在正/负半周期内的脉冲输出标定惯性测量组合动态误差。试验结果表明,采用所提方法标定的惯性测量组合动态误差重复性、一致性好,可为惯性测量组合动态误差的地面精确标定提供一种有效的手段。  相似文献

基于采用旋转组件的SINS/GPS组合导航系统,讨论了系统中的旋转组件转速误差和GPS信号延迟带来的时间不同步问题,针对这些扰动造成的系统模型误差,提出将基于极小极大准则的H∞滤波用于组合导航系统的动基座对准。通过对载体在不同运动方式下的动基座对准仿真,对Kalman滤波和H∞滤波的性能进行比较,证明H∞滤波算法具有对准时间快,精度高,抗干扰能力强的特点。  相似文献

为提高单轴旋转捷联惯导系统长时间导航精度,提出了一种精确标校轴向陀螺漂移的方法。在静基座条件下分析了轴向陀螺漂移、初始姿态和航向角误差对系统经纬度影响,将水平阻尼网络引入到导航算法流程中以抑制系统舒拉振荡误差。建立了经纬度误差与轴向陀螺漂移、初始航向角误差之间的数学模型,并设计了一种合理的标校流程,采用最小二乘法对轴向陀螺漂移进行精确标校。对该方法进行了数学仿真与实际系统验证实验。实验结果表明,当系统陀螺漂移误差为0.01(°)/h时,经过12.5 h精确标校后轴向陀螺漂移的辨识精度达到0.001(°)/h,系统的定位精度优于1.5 n mile/48 h。  相似文献

在GPS和捷联式惯性导航系统(strapdown inertial navigation system, SINS)的超紧组合结构中,惯性测量单元(inertial measurement unit, IMU)和星历信息等估计得到的载波多普勒辅助值是影响跟踪环路性能的主要因素,因此提出一种应用自回归滑动平均(auto-regressive moving average, ARMA)模型对估计过程中存在的随机多普勒误差建模,精确估计载波多普勒方法。通过判定随机多普勒误差序列的平稳性,采用时间序列分析的方法建立数学模型;根据随机误差序列的自相关函数和偏相关函数特性,确定模型类型和阶数;利用Yule Walker方法估计模型参数,得到符合该随机序列的数学模型。仿真结果表明,该模型具有很好的适用性,能准确拟合随机多普勒误差,为超紧组合系统中的辅助环路提供精确的载波估计。  相似文献

提出一种基于IMU/GPS车辆组合导航系统故障检测与隔离的新方法。该方法两次构造奇偶向量,根据奇偶向量服从的统计分布来逐次完成故障予系统的检测与隔离,并采用极大似然估计法对故障向量进行了估计与修复校正。仿真结果表明,该方法能够准确及时地检测与隔离出故障予系统,并有效地提高了组合系统的容错性能。  相似文献

基于星敏感器的航天器自主定轨,不同于基于GPS和跟踪与数据中继卫星系统的自主定轨,它是采用星敏感器对背景恒星的观测资料进行定轨.使用第一类无奇点根数状态微分方程,利用星敏感嚣视场中的多个恒星以及底片坐标,计算视场中心天球坐标的最优估计值,从而建立条件方程,采用最小二乘估计快速确定航天器的轨道.这种方法可以彻底摆脱航天器定轨对地面测控设备的依赖,实现真正的自主定轨.该方法的实现大大降低了航天任务的成本,同时,可缓解地面测控资源的紧张和冲突问题.  相似文献

描述了一种地球太空环境的仿真,采用几何计算构建地球形状模型,将地球划分为128块(经线方向16块和纬线方向8块),计算得到每块区域顶点坐标,法向量,纹理坐标;使用MipMap技术根据视点与每块区域距离变化选择不同精度纹理粘贴;实时判断该区域的可见性,剔除不可见区域减少绘制开销;并采用cg和NormalMap技术将normal图与地球纹理图进行处理,实现地球表面的轮廓凹凸效果,同时添加云层纹理,得到了由地球纹理,云层纹理及NormalMap的多层混合纹理,达到比较逼真的效果;另外采用Billboard技术和纹理融合技术实现地球大气层光晕效果,使用了LensFlare技术实现太阳照射效果,最后采用skybox技术实现星空背景效果。
Abstract:
A simulation of earth and space environment was describedr.The whole earth was cut into 128 parts,16 in longitude,8 in latitude,and the position of vertices,normal vectors,texture coordinate were computed by geometry.Different resolutions of texture were chosen according to the distance from the eye to the area presented by the technique MipMap.The unvisible parts were eliminated by judging the parts’ visibility in realtime.Using the techniques of Cg,NormalMap and the mixture of the textures of the earth,the clouds and the multi-layered clouds,the relatively vivid result for representing the surface of the earth was achieved.Moreover,the technique of Billboard,Lensflare,SkyBox and texture blending were used to show the shine of atmosphere,sunshine,and the background of space.  相似文献

尽管固体火箭推进器应用于微纳卫星平台拥有诸多优点,但此类小型固体火箭推进器推力矢量难以测量。对此,提出一种利用惯性传感器量测值映射推力矢量大小的方法,开展地面动态飞行实验。首先,基于牛顿欧拉法和变质量系统理论建立地面实验系统的动力学模型,分析卫星的动力学与运动学特性;然后,构建惯性测量单元(inertial measurement unit, IMU)的量测方程,结合系统动力学中推力矢量与惯性传感器量测值间的映射关系,推导推力矢量测量模型;最后,通过仿真分析影响推力矢量测量精度的误差来源,并对惯性传感器的安装构型进行优化设计。通过数值仿真实验,在优化设计后,该测量方法可保证主推力和侧向推力测量精度均优于0.3%。  相似文献
