大理州2006年-2007年肺结核病人追踪未到位情况分析

目的：分析2006年-2007年大理州结核病防治机构对肺结核患者追踪未到位情况及其影响因素，为进一步降低肺结核患者追踪未到位率提供决策依据。方法：用SPSS12．0软件对2006年-2007年大理州肺结核患者追踪未到位资料进行分析。结果：2006年-2007年大理州肺结核患者追踪率为86．41％，追踪未到位率41．95％。追踪未到位原因依次为：拒绝治疗、地址不详、住院治疗、查无此人等9种，其中拒绝治疗占52．54％。追踪未到位患者中，年龄≥51岁占45．85％；≤30岁和≥51岁分别与31～40、41～50年龄段存在显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论：大理州2006年-2007年肺结核患者追踪未到位率低于同期云南省追踪未到位率。拒绝治疗为未到位的主要原因之一。此外，追踪未到位患者中，以年龄≥51岁和≤30岁为主。     

通辽市1991～2001年传染病流行特征

为研究通辽市传染病发生流行的因素及变化的趋势，对通辽市的1991～2001年法定报告传染病进行了列表分析，结果表明，1991～1996年间病毒性肝炎、痢疾发病数量多，而1991～1994年间肠道传染病、血液及性传播类传染病居第二位。上述资料表明，对传染病要加大力度，有效控制传播和流行，更要尽早发现及时采取防治措施。     

攀枝花市东区2001-2005年法定报告传染病流行趋势分析

目的了解攀枝花市东区2001～2005年传染病流行特征及变化趋势,为卫生行政部门制定防制策略提供科学依据。方法收集该区历年传染病疫情报告资料进行描述流行病学分析。结果2001～2005年,该区传染病总报告发病率为1081.98/10万;历年发病率波动在840.66～1402.16/10万之间。2001～2003年发病率波动弧度小,发病态势较平稳。2004～2005年实行传染病网络直报后,发病率有明显上升趋势。2001～2005年发病以肠道传染病为主,构成比占传染病发病总数的62.96%,其次为血液、性传播疾病和呼吸道传染病,构成比分别为18.96%和18.05%。感染性腹泻、痢疾、病毒性肝炎、淋病和肺结核发病率自2001年以来居各种传染病前5位。结论应进一步加强肠道、血源及性传播疾病的防治工作力度。     

Norplant皮下埋植避孕法在少数民族地区临床应用效果观察

于2000～2002年引进Norplant皮下埋植避孕技术，在马尔康县9个乡(镇)临床应用观察不同职业、年龄、产次育龄妇女对象共152例，均采取在左上臂内侧皮下埋植4．4cm二棒体胶囊型，按90天、180天、360天进行走访观察，总有效率分别为92．20％、97．50％、100％，避孕效果好，副反应小，是一项适宜在少数民族地区农村育龄妇女中推广应用的避孕适用技术。     

彭水县2001至2002年钩端螺旋体病血清流行病学监测分析

利用显微凝集试验调查重庆市彭水县2001--2002年495名健康人群血清钩端螺旋体抗体水平．结果显示：健康人群阳性抗体率平均达到61．27％，与性别、年龄、职业有相关性；检测人群中含12群钩体血清抗体，滴度一般在1：20～1；320之间处于较低水平；阳性血清中2001年以56604拜伦型居多占阳性血清的59．8％，而在2002年以56007澳洲型居多占阳性血清的69．9％．以上结果提示彭水县人群存在钩体的隐形感染，但免疫水平低下，且可能有菌群更迭现象存在．     

17例呼吸道霉菌感染临床观察

呼吸道霉菌感染是临床上常见的感染之一。现就我院6年来（199年9月～1998年7月）。住院确诊为呼吸道霉菌感染的病人进行回顾性分析。1、临床资料本组资料共17例，其中男10例，女7例。年龄40～82岁。50岁以上15例。全部病例均有基础疾病，均有咳嗽、咳痰及肺部罗音。胸片均有不同程度异常改变。其中慢性阻塞肺病并肺心病，呼吸衰竭10例（58．82％），支气管扩张并感染2例（11．76％），糖尿病2例（11．76％）2肺癌2例（1．76％）；肺结核并感染1例（5．88％）。其中重危患者13例。17例患者在呼吸道霉菌感染以前应用各种抗生素1个月以上者占88…     

武汉地区部属、省属高校学生肺结核发病差异的调查分析

为了解武汉地区普通高校大学生的肺结核发病率及发病趋势，对武汉地区高校学生1998－2001年4年间肺结核的发病情况进行了调查，结果显示，武汉地区高校学生肺结核的年发病率为63．6／10万，进一步的分析示出部属院校与省属院校发病率之间存在较大差异－－其中部属院校为56／6／10万，省属院校为75．8／10万。经统计学分析，该差异具有高度显性意义（x^2＝13．05，P＜0．01），由此可见，肺仍是危害大学生健康的慢性传染病，其防治工作需得到高校医疗机构，尤其是省属院校的重视和加强。     

全民总动员 防治传染病（五）

卫生部定期公布的27种法定传染病疫情报告显示，2005年2月1日零时至2月28日24时，甲、乙类传染病报告发病数居前五位的病种为：肺结核、乙型肝炎、淋病、细菌性和阿米巴性痢疾、麻疹，占报告发病总数的86．62%；报告死亡数居前五位的病种为：狂犬病、肺结核、乙型肝炎、流行性脑脊髓膜炎、艾滋病，占报告死亡总数的82．52%。法定甲、乙类传染病共报告发病总数为192669例，死亡总数为389人。除鼠疫、脊髓灰质炎、传染性非典型肺炎、人感染高致病性禽流感和白喉无发病报告外，其余22种甲、乙类传染病均有报告。为更好地建立防控体系，卫生部近日还发布了《医疗机构传染病预检分诊管理办法》，要求医疗机构建立传染病预检、分诊制度、防止医疗机构内交叉感染。对于法定传染病，本栏目已经分别介绍了十多种疾病的病理和防治方法，本期介绍两种，敬请读者垂注。     

50例糖尿病临床分析

对某医院５０例糖尿病临床资料进行分析，结果显示该病的发病高峰年龄在５０～６０岁组，并发症以糖尿病肾病最高．提出了全社会应重视糖尿病的防治工作

利用通辽市1985-2000年蒙古族中小学生体质健康调研所获得的资料，对蒙古族中小学生的身体形态与机能状况作了15年的对比和动态分析，揭示了蒙古族中小学生身体形态与机能的现状及发展变化的趋势，探讨了蒙古族中小学生不同年龄与性别间、城乡间身体形态与机能的发展特点与差异．     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

Characterization of Ordovician carbonate reservoirs, southeastern Saskatchewan, Canada

The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3～4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰～ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰～ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084～0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078～0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。

An Index mechanism for multi-scale view in spatial databases

There are numerous geometric objects stored in the spatial databases. An importance function in a spatial database is that users can browse the geometric objects as a map efficiently. Thus the spatial database should display the geometric objects users concern about swiftly onto the display window. This process includes two operations:retrieve data from database and then draw them onto screen. Accordingly, to improve the efficiency, we should try to reduce time of both retrieving object and displaying them. The former can be achieved with the aid of spatial index such as R-tree, the latter require to simplify the objects. Simplification means that objects are shown with sufficient but not with unnecessary detail which depend on the scale of browse. So the major problem is how to retrieve data at different detail level efficiently. This paper introduces the implementation of a multi-scale index in the spatial database SISP (Spatial Information Shared Platform) which is generalized from R-tree. The difference between the generalization and the R-tree lies on two facets: One is that every node and geometric object in the generalization is assigned with a importance value which denote the importance of them, and every vertex in the objects are assigned with a importance value,too. The importance value can be use to decide which data should be retrieve from disk in a query. The other difference is that geometric objects in the generalization are divided into one or more sub-blocks, and vertexes are total ordered by their importance value. With the help of the generalized R-tree, one can easily retrieve data at different detail levels.Some experiments are performed on real-life data to evaluate the performance of solutions that separately use normal spatial index and multi-scale spatial index. The results show that the solution using multi-scale index in SISP is satisfying.
