分别采用聚丙烯酸铵和海因环氧树脂为分散剂和凝胶剂,制备锆钛酸铅(PZT)压电陶瓷浆料,研究了分散剂含量、球磨时间、固相含量以及树脂含量等因素对浆料流变性能的影响,结果表明,当分散剂加入量为0.6%、球磨时间为24 h及固相体积含量为55.0%时,浆料流变特性最佳.浆料粘度随着树脂含量增加而增大,但即使树脂含量高达25.0%,浆料流动性依然能较好满足浇注成型的需求.  相似文献

主要研究了pH值、分散剂、固相体积分数等因素对SiC陶瓷浆料流变性能的影响,并对其作用机理进行了分析.其结果表明:对固相体积分数为32%的SiC陶瓷浆料来说,用氨水调节pH值,当pH值由8增至11.5时,粘度由110mPa·s降为72mPa·s.各分散剂对SiC浆料粘度影响效果的大小顺序依次为:四甲基氢氧化铵>聚甲基丙烯酸铵>阿拉伯树胶>三聚磷酸钠>聚乙二醇>水玻璃.当四甲基氢氧化铵加入量为2%(相对于碳化硅粉末的质量百分数,本文出现的分散剂加入量皆同此)时,浆料的流动性最好,粘度由110mPa·s降为38mPa·s.改变分散剂的加入顺序能有效降低浆料的粘度.  相似文献

以TH-903为分散剂,刚玉粉体为基体材料,以碳粉为造孔剂,采用凝胶注模成型方法制备了多孔氧化铝陶瓷.研究了分散剂、球磨时间和固相含量对浆料粘度的影响以及造孔剂含量对多孔陶瓷性能的影响.结果表明:加入质量分数为2.5%的分散剂可制得低粘度、高固相含量的陶瓷浆料.成型后的坯体经1360℃烧结1h,可获得孔径分布均匀、高显气孔率及强度较高的产品.  相似文献

采用凝胶注模成型工艺制备薄壁大长径比的氧化锆管,研究分散剂种类和用量及固相体积分数对浆料黏度的影响,以及成型和烧结条件对氧化锆管生坯和氧化锆陶瓷管质量的影响。结果表明,选用阴离子聚丙烯酰胺作为分散剂对浆料的降黏效果较好,当其含量为0.25‰时,能够显著降低浆料黏度;当浆料的固相体积分数为54%,成型后的坯体在60℃下保温3h烘干,可制备出结构均匀、精度较高的氧化锆管生坯,其在1550℃下烧结成瓷后密度高达5.99g/cm3。  相似文献

凝胶注模成型是一种原位成型工艺 ,该工艺是制备形状复杂、成分均匀和可靠性高的陶瓷材料的理想成型工艺。以降低Al2 O3陶瓷浆料的黏度和提高固相含量为重点 ,分别研究了pH值、分散剂、固相含量对浆料黏度的影响 ,以及固相含量对坯体抗弯强度的影响 ,并制备出固相含量 5 5 %、黏度 0 .69Pa·s的Al2 O3浆料 ,其坯体抗弯强度 3 1MPa .  相似文献

以低聚磷酸酯盐H3204为分散剂、Y2O3为烧结助剂,制备高固含量的AlN注凝成型浆料。考察pH、分散剂添加量、固含量对AlN水基注凝成型浆料流变性能的影响。结果表明:当浆料的pH为8.5,分散剂质量分数为0.9%时,制备了固含量(体积分数)为50.8%的AlN水基注凝成型浆料。浆料具有较好的流动性,适于注凝成型。  相似文献

研究了BaTiO3基的片式PTCR陶瓷的注浆成型工艺,包括浆料的制备、粘合剂PVA用量及与粘度等之间的关系,采用PMAA-NH4为分散剂,加入适量PVA(质量分数wp为1%~2%,占粉料)可获得固相质量分数w为75%~80%的浆料,后烧成的瓷片与轧膜成型、(Gelcasting(凝胶注膜)成型方法获得的瓷片进行了主要性能比较,同时采用注浆成型工艺成功制备出了多层PTCR热敏电阻器。  相似文献

为拓展凝胶注模成型工艺在多孔陶瓷制备中的应用,用粘度计对刚玉-尖晶石复合浆料的流变学特性进行研究,并采用萘、淀粉、聚乙烯醇作为造孔剂,用凝胶注模成型方法制备出一系列刚玉-尖晶石多孔陶瓷.经过排胶、烧结等步骤,并对成型坯体进行X-射线衍射法测定气孔率,最高气孔率为52.8%,体积密度为1.84 g·cm-3,说明凝胶注模成型是制备多孔陶瓷的有效方法.  相似文献

采用凝胶注模成型工艺制备了钛-生物玻璃复合材料坯体,研究了pH值、分散剂、固相含量(钛和生物玻璃在料浆中的质量分数)等因素对料浆和复合材料坯体性能的影响,对坯体的力学性能进行了测试,借助扫描电镜分析了坯体的微观组织.试验结果表明,料浆的pH值应控制在8.5~9.5的范围内;聚丙烯酸铵的浓度为2vol%时,料浆的流动性最好;采用搅拌法制备的复相料浆固相含量达到50%,复合材料坯体的抗弯强度达到40MPa;由于生物玻璃的加入,使得多孔生物材料表面的生物活性提高.  相似文献

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3~4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰~ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰~ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084~0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078~0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.  相似文献

The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 以AC-13级配为基础,将橡胶颗粒代替部分集料掺入混合料中,以低温弯曲试验为评价方法对不同橡胶颗粒掺量下沥青混合料的低温抗裂性进行研究,并引入应变能密度值对混合料的低温抗裂性进行综合评价.试验结果表明:橡胶颗粒沥青混合料试件的破坏微应变均超过2 300,满足冬寒区的技术指标;无论是否掺加橡胶颗粒,随着温度的下降,沥青混合料破坏时的最大弯拉强度增大,弯拉应变降低,劲度模量增大;弯曲应变能密度在胶粒掺量为1%左右时具有较大的弯曲应变能密度值,此时橡胶颗粒沥青混合料具有较好的低温抗裂性.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
