应用光技术测量原理研究了非织造布的激光散射强度与面密度的关系,并应用计算机程序控制非织造布激光散射强度测定系统测定和分析了3种加工方法的非织造布试样。结果表明:非织造布面密度与激光散射强度之间存在十分密切的关系,这里所述的方法具有无放射性和易于采用计算机测量的优点,可用于薄型非织造布面密度的测量。  相似文献

The scattering performance of a parallel laser beam onthe parallel fiber model and nonwoven fabrics are studiedin detail. A device of computer - program - controlledsystem for measuring laser scattering intensity - angledistribution function of fiber assemblies is set up, and themeasuring condition for distingulslhing the fibers ar-ranged at different directions is carried out. The materi-als of two categories, the models of fiber assembly andnonwoven fabrics made with varied processing methods,are studied. The analysis and experiments show that thefiber orientation distribution functions in the 2 - dimen-sional fiber assemblies can be sensitively determined bylaser scattering method.  相似文献

本文利用微波检测技术对非织造布的组分配比进行了测试研究。非织造布由不同配比的双组分(ES)纤维和蚕丝下脚料经混和,开松,梳理成网,并加热,熔融粘合而成。测试结果表明:微波谐振腔传感器检测电流示值与非织造布的配比关系曲线呈指数方程形式,指数值与组分配比呈良好的线性相关,同时,检测电流示值与非织造布强力也有一定程度的相关。  相似文献

It has been found that there are marked errors in the value of valid opening size of heat-bonded nonwoven fabrics between theoretical calculations and engineering measurements. A new modified theoretical model is advanced in this paper. The equivalent diameter of the pore of a fibre web is used to calculate the valid opening size instead of the maximum diameter of inscribed circle used, because the fibres in practical fibre webs are flexible elastomers with definite diameters and the pore of fibre web may produce deformation in screening teat and engineering usage. The results show that the theoretical calculations coincide well with the engineering measurements. This method offers a theoretical basis for computer simulation to the performance of filters of heatbonded nonwoven fabrics.  相似文献

本文对三利,不同粘合加固纤维网方法(乳液喷洒法,双组分低熔点纤维和热熔粉末粘合法)所制得的高膨松非织造布的性能进行了测试,并对各生产过程特点和产品性能逆行了比较。在高膨松性非织造布的体积密度范围内,有空气对流传热机理存在。导热系数随体积密度增加而降低,在单位面积重量相同条件下,膨松度高的非织造布。织物表现厚度大,虽然导热系数高,但织物传热量较低,其绝热保暖性好。  相似文献

对不同粉末粘结剂含量非织造布的研究表明:线性和非线性的简易三元件模型均能较好地描述非织造布的拉伸性能和应力松弛性能。根据模型的拟合参数计算和讨论提出了应用力学模型可以检验非织造布加工中纤维网粘结程度优劣的可能性。  相似文献

The algorithm for evaluation of fiber orientation distribution function (ODF) by laser scattering method based on 2 - dimentional model of fiber arrangement and the method of determining diffuse scattering intensity are presented. The fiber ODFs of nonwoven samples measured by the computer-program-controlled laser scattering intensity testing system are compared with that of the data obtained by microprojector method. The results show that the algorithm is feasible for assessing the fiber ODFs of nonwoven fabrics manufactured by different processing methods.  相似文献

本文研讨非织造布力学性质估算方法。取对称于两垂直轴的各向异性平面体,各方向的应力与应变保持线性,应用平面体任意方向的拉伸模量与主模量间的关系式,推导得出上述平面体的顶破强力计算公式。顶破强力计算式中包括舍弹性常数(材料拉伸应力方向与主模量方向间夹角的函数)、材料最小断裂伸长率和试样尺寸等参数。设令非织造布符合上述平面体模型,采用非织造布力学性质实测资料验证其适应程度。文中给出两种涤纶热轧非织造布的试验结果与理论计算值随参数值变化的规律基本一致,丙纶溶喷非织造布的顶裂强力实测值与理论计算值的差异随参数值不同而变化。  相似文献

The design guideline for the air suction drawing system with auxiliary air was analyzed, a spunbonding nonwoven system named PADHL1 - 3200 was designed and polypropylene (PP) spunbonded nonwoven fabrics with excellent properties were achieved after many trial runs. On the other hand, the suction air velocity (VA) was calculated and the influence of VA on the bonding strengh of PP nonwoven fabrics was Studied as well. It was found that VA is 1.5 - 2.5 times of the spinning velocity. With the increase of VA, PP fibers become finer and the bonding strength of PP nonwoven fabrics increases as well.  相似文献

对同一纤维网制成的不同粉末粘结荆含量非织造布的研究表明:简易三元件模型的参数和欧林模型的参数随着其粘结荆含量变化呈一定规律变化,且欧林模型的时间修正常数不变。根据模型的拟舍参数计算和讨论证明了应用力学模型可以检验非织造布加工中纤维网粘结程度的优劣。用MATLAB语言编写整套程序。  相似文献

为了提高物理交联聚乙烯醇(PVA)水凝胶的强度,制备了PVA无纺布复合水凝胶. 当基体凝胶PVA质量分数为10%、无纺布体积分数为15%时,复合水凝胶的拉伸强度为5.90MPa;随着基体凝胶PVA质量分数和无纺布体积分数的提高,复合凝胶的强度提高;当基体凝胶PVA质量分数为15%、无纺布体积分数为25%时,复合水凝胶的拉伸强度为10.90MPa. 利用A系数研究了不同PVA质量分数以及无纺布体积分数的复合水凝胶中基体与无纺布的界面作用,在无纺布体积分数相同时,界面强度随PVA质量分数的提高而增大;在基体凝胶PVA质量分数相同时,无纺布体积分数较低的复合凝胶的界面强度较大. 复合水凝胶的结晶度低于纯水凝胶的结晶度.  相似文献

用边界元法从理论上分析非织造土工织物的拉伸性能。理论分析和试验表明:非织造土工织物的断裂强度随试样宽度的增加而增大。由于试样的不均匀性等原因,理论值一般高于试验值。通过回归分析得出非织遣土工织物试样宽度与断裂强度呈幂函数关系。  相似文献

In this paper, two types of high loft nonwoven fabrics have been constructed in the laboratory apparatus made by ourselves with different binders (polyamide and polyethylene powder) and varying binder contents (10%, 20%, 30% and 40%). The tensile and compression properties of these nonwoven fabrics were tested. It was found that one can reduce powder binder content to increase loft and softness of nonwoven fabrics, but it has to sacrifice its tensile strength. Adhesion force between binder and single fibre was also explored. The experiments showed that the adhesion force at the interface between binder and fibre depends on the fibre variety, the fibre surface morphology, heating temperature and heating time etc..  相似文献

本文为开发非织造布用粉末型粘合剂对热塑性聚烯烃进行了接枝改性的分子设计和试验研究,试验结果表明:在一定量的接枝助剂和引发剂条件下,可用马来酸酐对聚烯烃高聚物进行共聚接枝,制得的粉末状改性聚烯烃聚合物具有熔点低,粘合力强的优点,可以作为粉末型非织造布的粘合剂。  相似文献

本文采用了广角X光衍射、差示扫描量热法、扫描电子显微镜技术,对热熔粘合聚丙烯熔喷非织造布的结构和形态进行研究。讨论了粘合温度对非织造布的几何尺寸和机械性能的影响。结果表明,球晶是熔喷聚丙烯纤维的主要结构形式。在不同的热粘合条件下,球晶的结晶变体中可以出现α晶,或是拟六方酝晶,以及两者的混合形式。粘合温度对纤维的结晶度和晶粒尺寸,及非织造布的热收缩和厚度具有较大的影响。热粘合温度在软化点出现非织造布强度峰值。  相似文献
