报道了聚苯胺/聚乙烯磺酸盐复合修饰微电极的制备方法及其在中性缓冲溶液中对抗坏血酸的电催化效应,该膜电极性能稳定,对抗坏血酸的电催化效果好,在抗坏血酸浓度为1.0×10~(-6)~5×10~(-3) mol·L~(-1)范围内,催化电流与AH_2的浓度具有良好的线性关系。  相似文献

天然水及污水中痕量镍的示波催化极谱测定   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
本文根据水样分析特点,证明在pH值约为9的NH_4OH—NH_4Cl—磺基水杨酸介质中,少量丁二肟络合镍出现灵敏的催化波,峰电位为-1.11伏(对饱和甘汞电极)。可检出镍1×10~(-9)克/毫升,浓度在10~(-9)—10~(-8)克/毫升范围与催化电流有良好线性关系。在测定河口水、井水过程中,已得到满意结果。同时发现,在汞膜电极上也能得到镍的催化波。  相似文献

本文提出了利用阳极溶出催化波测定微量碲的方法。 在氯化钠或溴化钠底液中,把碲电解富集在玻璃碳电极上,然后在含有氯化亚锡、盐酸、硫酸和高氯酸的催化体系中进行溶出催化,获得溶出催化波。文中考察并确定了最佳测定条件。溶出催化电流与碲的浓度在1×10~(-7)—4×10~(-9)M范围内有线性关系。最低浓度测定到8×10~(-10)M。用本方法对天然水和固体样品中的微量碲进行了测定,均得满意结果。  相似文献

本文研究了4.4′一癸二酰基一双一(1—苯基—3—甲基—5—吡唑啉酮)(DBPMP)在醋酸盐介质中的极谱还原性质,其在滴汞电极上分别于-0.3V和-1.2V(VS.SCE)产生两个不可逆的还原波P_1、P_2,二者的二阶导数峰电流i_(p1)及i_(p2)与DBPMP的浓度分别在1.O×10~(-6)~7.0×10~(-5)-mol,L~(-1)和3.0×10~(-7)~1.75×10~(-5)mol·L~(-1)范围内有良好线性关系。反应机理研究表明:P_1为DBPMP中稀醇部分的双键的还原,P_2则对应于吡唑环上碳基的还原;两个波的反应电子教均为4,且均有吸附波特征。  相似文献

用定电位、定pH滴定法研究了Cd~(2 )离子与牛血清白蛋白(BSA)的结合。在滴定过程中溶液的pH用基本上不与金属离子络合的硼酸—硼酸钠—甘油缓冲溶液维持。在所研究的自由Cd~(2 )浓度(6×10~(-7)—1×10~(-3)M)和BSA浓度(3×10~(-6)—6×10~(-5)M)范围内,当pH=6.94±0.02、μ~0.5及t=25℃时,Cd~(2 )与BSA只生成MpHqA型的单核络合物。每个BSA分子结合的Cd~(2 )离子的平均数Z_B(b)与自由Cd~(2 )离子浓度b的关系可以经验地表示为Z_B(b)=4.6748 0.2978lnb 1.4050×10~4b-7.2592×10~6b~2。BSA对Cd~(2 )离子大致有两类结合部位,它们与Cd~(2 )离子结合的本征平衡常数分别为4.67×10~5和3.58×10~3。  相似文献

在硫酸介质中,在溴酸钾氧化罗丹明B的反应体系中,加入Cu(Ⅱ),能加速反应的进行,Cu(Ⅱ)对此褪色反应有催化作用,据此建立了测定微量铜的催化动力学荧光法.研究了影响催化褪色反应速度的最佳条件,在最优化条件下,Cu(Ⅱ)浓度在8×10~(-8)μg/mL~2×10~(-6)μg/mL范围内与荧光强度呈良好的线性关系,其相关系数为0.998 0,方法的检出限为2×10~(-8)μg/mL.对浓度为1×10~(-7)μg/mL的Cu(Ⅱ)标准溶液进行11次平行测定,得相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.2%,该法简单、快速、灵敏度高,已应用于自来水、茶叶中Cu(Ⅱ)含量的测定,回收率为96.3%~104.3%,结果令人满意.  相似文献

报道在阳离子表面活性剂四丁基溴化铵(TBAB)存在下,铑(Ⅲ)-2-(5-溴-2-吡啶偶氮)-5-二甲氨基苯胺体系的极谱催化波.在单扫示波极谱仪上,铑(Ⅲ)与5-Br-PADMA在—1.16V处能产生一灵敏的极谱催化波.加入四丁基溴化铵后,波形得到改善,灵敏度明显提高,铑(Ⅲ)浓度在9.7×10~(-10)~1.2×10~(-6)mol/L范围内与一阶导数波高成线性关系,检测限达7.8×10~(-10)mol/L.并采用多种电化学方法研究了该体系极谱波性质,结果表明属于氢催化波,此法已应用于一些样品中痕量铑(Ⅲ)的测定.  相似文献

研究了肉桂醛和苯甲醛的紫外吸收光谱,肉桂醛的最大吸收峰位于291nm,在该坡长下,肉桂醛在0.8~8 mg/L的浓度范围内,其浓度与吸光度符合朗伯—比耳定律;苯甲醛的最大吸收峰位于249nm,在1~12mg/L的浓度范围内,苯甲醛溶液浓度与其吸光度也符合朗伯—比耳定律.根据朗伯—比耳定律和吸光度的加和性推导出混合体系中苯甲醛和内桂醛含量的快速测定公式:c_(苯甲醛)=8.329×10~(-5)×A_(A~·_1)~总-9.627×10~(-6)×A_(A~·_1)~总,c_(桂醛)= 4.123×10~(-5)×A_(A~·_1)~总-4.375×10~(-6)×A_(A~·_1)~总.  相似文献

在酸性溶液中铜催化Na_2S_2O_3还原磷钼酸为钼蓝的反应,可利用以制订测定微量铜的动力学分析法。测定铜的浓度范围是:0.08—0.70微克/毫升(1.2×10~(-6)M-10×10~(-6)M),铜的浓度在此范围内与反应速度成直线关系。用该方法测定铜,个别测定的相对偏差在±10%以内。测定试样与测绘工作曲线时,室温相差在1.5℃以内,对测定结果没有显著影响。 测定铜时,溶液中各反应组份的起始浓度是:在25毫升溶液中含10~(-2)M H_2SO_4 4.0毫升,1.00%磷钼酸2.0毫升及0.100M Na_2S_2O_3 1.0毫升。 我们研究了各种常见离子对该方法测定铜的影响。Na~.、K~.、NH_4~.、Ca~(..)、Mg~(..)、Zn~(..)、Mn~(..)、Co~(..)、Ni~(..)、Cd~(..)含量达1毫克/25毫升;Al~(...)、Cr~(...)、Bi~(...)含量在100微克/25毫升以下时,对测定铜没有干扰。WO_4~″、BO_3~′″含量在4×10~(-2)M时亦不致有干扰。Fe~(..)、Fe~(...)、F′、PO_4~′″、AsO_4~′″和VO_3′对铜的测定则有显著的干扰。 VO_3′存在时显著加强铜的催化作用。当它存在时,在适当条件下当铜的含量在0.02—0.26微克/毫升(3×10~(-7)—40×10~(-7)M)时,反应速度与铜的浓度的平方成正比关系。  相似文献

1.在大量硫酸盐存在时,NO_3~-在0.1M KCl—2·10~(-4)M UO_2Ac_2—10~(-2)M HCl底液中的催化电流随硫酸盐浓度的增大而降低;半波电位则逐渐向更负的电位移动。2.NO_3~-在0.1M S_rCl_2—2·10~(-4)M UO_2Ac_2—10~(-2)M HCl 底液中的id/(Cm~2/_3t~1/6) 值和半波电位都与前述底液接近或一致。S_rCl_2浓度增大,催化电流降低,半波电位向更正的电位移动。3.以01M S_rCl_2为支持电解质时,可以消除大量硫酸盐的干扰,从而可使本法用于硫酸盐中硝酸盐杂质的测定,操作手续简单、快速,所得结果,与蒸馏——比色法一致。  相似文献

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3~4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰~ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰~ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084~0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078~0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.  相似文献

以AC-13级配为基础,将橡胶颗粒代替部分集料掺入混合料中,以低温弯曲试验为评价方法对不同橡胶颗粒掺量下沥青混合料的低温抗裂性进行研究,并引入应变能密度值对混合料的低温抗裂性进行综合评价.试验结果表明:橡胶颗粒沥青混合料试件的破坏微应变均超过2 300,满足冬寒区的技术指标;无论是否掺加橡胶颗粒,随着温度的下降,沥青混合料破坏时的最大弯拉强度增大,弯拉应变降低,劲度模量增大;弯曲应变能密度在胶粒掺量为1%左右时具有较大的弯曲应变能密度值,此时橡胶颗粒沥青混合料具有较好的低温抗裂性.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献

Quality traits in wheat (Triticum aestirum L.) were studied by quantitative trait locus (QTL) analysis in a recombinant inbred line (RIL) population, a set of 131 lines derived from Chuan 35050 × Shannong 483 cross (ChSh). Grains from RILs were assayed for 21 quality traits related to protein and starch. A total of 35 putative QTLs for 19 traits with a single QTL explaining 7.99-40.52% of phenotypic variations were detected on 10 chromosomes, 1D, 2A, 2D, 3B, 3D, 5A, 6A, 6B, 6D, and 7B. The additive effects of 30 QTLs were positive, contributed by Chuan 35050, the remaining 5 QTLs were negative with the additive effect contributed by Shannong 483. For protein traits, 15 QTLs were obtained and most of them were located on chromosomes 1 D, 3B and 6D, while 20 QTLs for starch traits were detected and most of them were located on chromosomes 3D, 6B and 7B. Only 7 QTLs for protein and starch traits were co-located in three regions on chromosomes 1D, 2A and 2D. These protein and starch trait QTLs showed a distinct distribution pattern in certain regions and chromosomes. Twenty-two QTLs were clustered in 6 regions of 5 chromosomes. Two QTL clusters for protein traits were located on chromosomes 1D and 3B, respectively, three clusters for starch traits on chromosomes 3D, 6B and 7B, and one cluster including protein and starch traits on chromosome 1D.  相似文献
