制备了电聚合硫堇膜修饰青霉素酶电极(青霉素酶/Thi/GCE),用于检测残留青霉素.运用循环伏安法研究了青霉素G钠在该电极上的电化学行为,并对电极的制作条件及检测条件进行了优化.结果表明在戊二醛质量分数为2.47%,牛血清蛋白质量分数为6.57%,固定化时间为2.44h,用酶量为50μL条件下制备的酶电极在pH为7.0,温度为25℃时响应性能达到最佳.该电极对青霉素G钠的线性范围为0.08~1.0μg/mL.  相似文献

研究了非水溶性4-甲氧基苯基卟啉与锰的显色反应.试验结果表明,在氨性缓冲溶液(pH=8.8)和非离子表面活性剂Tween-80存在下,4-甲氧基苯基与锰经沸水浴加热30min,形成灵敏度极高的有色配合物,其摩尔吸光系数为1.36×105,最大吸收波长为430nm,锰含量在0~3.0μg/25mL范围内,符合比耳定律.将其应用于自来水等样品分析,获得满意的效果.  相似文献

以醋酸纤维素为基质,采用包埋法固定pH指示剂刚果红,制备了一种平均厚度为10μm光化学pH敏感膜(CCM)。利用扫描电镜、红外光谱仪、紫外可见光谱仪及视频接触角分析仪对CCM组成、结构和形貌等进行了表征,对其pH响应性能以及与pH振荡反应的响应行为进行考察。结果表明,在pH值为2.7~7.2范围内,CCM薄膜具有良好响应性,能够实现吸光强度与pH振荡的同步性。醋酸纤维素与刚果红分子间丰富的相互作用是分散与固定化刚果红的主要原因。经碱水解处理可增加薄膜中的羟基,提高薄膜润湿性及溶胀性,从而能够有效提高薄膜的响应性。  相似文献

文章利用聚(对氯甲基苯乙烯-γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷)(poly(VBC-co-γ-MPS))与磺化聚(2,6-二甲基-1,4-苯醚)(SPPO)进行共混和原位溶胶-凝胶(sol-gel)反应,再与二甲胺水溶液反应,制备得到酸-碱对有机-无机杂化离子膜。该膜具有较高的热稳定性、化学稳定性、离子交换容量以及质子电导率。合适摩尔分数的poly(VBC-co-γ-MPS)制备的膜的离子交换容量值为2.15mmol/g,水质量分数为80%,拉伸强度为13.4MPa,断裂伸长率为26%,质子传导率为0.086S/cm。与一般的杂化膜相比,膜的稳定性及质子传导率有显著提高。  相似文献

采用微接触印刷法在盖玻片表面制备了微米级沟槽状N′-β′-氨乙基-N-β-氨乙基-γ-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷薄膜,通过在其表面组装Cu 2+制得了液晶垂直取向膜。当有机膦化合物甲基膦酸二甲酯(DMMP)气体通过薄膜表面时,液晶分子发生偏转;当新鲜空气通过时,液晶分子恢复垂直排列,从而实现对DMMP的定性检测。  相似文献

研究了赖氨酸1,4-丁二醇酯(Lys-4)对聚苯胺(PANI)氨气敏感膜的影响.通过静电纺丝技术得到含有Lys-4的混纺聚丙烯腈(PAN)纳米纤维膜,之后在静电纺纤维膜表面聚合苯胺得到具有核壳结构的纳米纤维复合膜.研究表明,Lys-4的加入提高了PANI敏感膜对氨气的灵敏度及对氨气的选择性,对于浓度为100μL/L的氨气,敏感膜的响应值从1.55增加到2.38,氨气最低检测浓度也进一步降低,为更加准确地检测氨气提供了新方法.  相似文献

首先利用循环伏安法制备聚邻苯二胺(POPD)修饰碳糊电极(CPE/POPD),然后在CPE/POPD上电沉积普鲁士蓝(PB) 和纳米金(GNPs),制备CPE/POPD/PB-GNPs电极,最后将羊抗小鼠IgG通过金-氨键固定在CPE/POPD/ PB-GNPs上,从而制得一种免疫传感器(CPE/POPD/PB-GNPs/Ab).用循环伏安法和电化学交流阻抗技术对电极的修饰过程进行表征.利用所制备的免疫传感器对溶液中的小鼠IgG进行检测,结果表明,在2.0×10-5 μg/L和1.0×04 μg/L 2种浓度下,免疫传感器均得到了很稳定的电位响应信号,响应时间不超过3 min.所制备的免疫传感器具有灵敏度高、响应速度快、检测范围宽、成本低廉等突出优点.  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3~4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰~ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰~ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084~0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078~0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献

There are numerous geometric objects stored in the spatial databases. An importance function in a spatial database is that users can browse the geometric objects as a map efficiently. Thus the spatial database should display the geometric objects users concern about swiftly onto the display window. This process includes two operations:retrieve data from database and then draw them onto screen. Accordingly, to improve the efficiency, we should try to reduce time of both retrieving object and displaying them. The former can be achieved with the aid of spatial index such as R-tree, the latter require to simplify the objects. Simplification means that objects are shown with sufficient but not with unnecessary detail which depend on the scale of browse. So the major problem is how to retrieve data at different detail level efficiently. This paper introduces the implementation of a multi-scale index in the spatial database SISP (Spatial Information Shared Platform) which is generalized from R-tree. The difference between the generalization and the R-tree lies on two facets: One is that every node and geometric object in the generalization is assigned with a importance value which denote the importance of them, and every vertex in the objects are assigned with a importance value,too. The importance value can be use to decide which data should be retrieve from disk in a query. The other difference is that geometric objects in the generalization are divided into one or more sub-blocks, and vertexes are total ordered by their importance value. With the help of the generalized R-tree, one can easily retrieve data at different detail levels.Some experiments are performed on real-life data to evaluate the performance of solutions that separately use normal spatial index and multi-scale spatial index. The results show that the solution using multi-scale index in SISP is satisfying.  相似文献
