研究了桔青霉生产核酸酶P1的适宜培养基和培养条件,培养其组成为:葡萄糖7%,蛋白胨1%,玉米浆0.2%,磷酸氢二钾0.05%,磷酸二氢钾0.05%,氯化钙0.04%,硫酸锌0.02%,硫酸镁0.03%,硫酸锰0.05%,pH5.4,30℃发酵66h酶活达最高值,粗酶液酶活力400IU/mL。  相似文献

试验研究了柠檬酸、EDTA、抗坏血酸、氯化钙对山梨酸钾、苯甲酸钠保存香蕉泥效果的影响,结果表明:以0.04%~0.08%的山梨酸钾作香蕉泥的防腐剂时,添加0.2%~0.3%柠檬酸或0.01%~0.03%EDTA或0.02%~0.06%抗坏血酸对防腐效果均有显著增效作用。以0.06%~0.08%的苯甲酸钠作防腐剂时,添加0.06%抗坏血酸对防腐效果有显著的增效作用。  相似文献

根据球团竖炉生产的特点,作者研究了膨润土、消石灰及有机/无机复合粘结剂对生球爆裂温度的影响规律。结果表明,在混合料中只需添加0.02%~0.03%水溶性有机物A或B,就能使膨润土的添加量从目前的1.8%~3.0%降至0.5%~0.7%;若用消石灰系复合粘结剂,消石灰的加入量以0.7%~1.0%为宜,同时加入0.1%~0.2%的水溶性有机物,就能满足竖炉生产对未焙烧球团的质量要求。  相似文献

应用火焰原子吸收光谱法(FAAS)直接测定不同妊周孕妇及婴儿脐血血清中微量元素含量,并以标准物牛血清作方法质控,监测结果有效地用于产前干预.在最佳实验条件下,各元素的精密度(SR).检出限(ρDL/mg·L-1)和标准加入回收率(Y)分别为:Zn,4.10%,956×10-3,99.0%~103%;Cu,3.50%,0.037,97.0%~101%;Fe,4.27%,0.043,99.0%~103%;Ca,2.29%,0.020,99.0%~101%;Mg,2.29%,3.88×10-3,97.0%~103%.该方法具有用样量少、简便准确、高精密度等特点.  相似文献

复季给处于热应激状态的蛋鸡饮用含0,5%、0.1%、0.05%浓度的缓热复合剂。结果表明,0.05%浓度组效果最好,产蛋率比饮用常水组提高638%,每只鸡每月比对照组净增收0.27元,经济效益显著。同时测定血液生化指标表明,0.05%组比对照组可分别提高血糖、血脂、总蛋白24.64%、134.81%、20.02%,LDH提高8.6%,血钙提高25.24%,较好地恢复了蛋鸡的生理机能。  相似文献

本文通过分析实验证明,种植格拉姆柱花草五年和三年的土壤与对照区土壤相比,有机质增加0.782%和0.69%,增幅分别为38.1%和25.9%;速效氮增加18.7PPM和16.3PPM,增幅达37.4%和21.3%;速效磷增加3.65PPM和6.93PPM,增幅为91.25%和176.48%;速效钾增加6.2PPM和4.77PPM,增幅为72.9%和58%;全氮增加0.025%和0.0232%,增幅分别为24.0%和17.87%.土壤内重要营养元素指标均有大幅度增加,种植年限越长,土壤肥力提高越明显。与此同时pH值上升0.34和0.22,酸性降低;土壤容重降低0.3445g/cm3和0.2050g/cm3,土壤变得更为疏松;毛管持水量增加12.59%和12.02%,土壤保水蓄水能力增强。  相似文献

根据1980~1990年的定位观测.广西龙胜县里骆林场23~33年生杉木人工林生态系统的自然贮水量结构为:乔木层17.2mm.灌木层0.1mm.草本层0.9mm.枯枝落叶层0.2mm.土壤层354.7mm;依次占系统总贮水量的4.61%、0.03%、0.24%、0.05%、95.07%。系统对大气降水的年分配为:林冠截留198.5mm,灌草截留27.2mm,枯枝落叶截留78.0mm,地表径流14.7mm,地下渗透65.9mm,土壤持水354.7mm,蒸散量870.1mm;依次占年降水量的12.91%、1.77%、5.07%、0.96%、4.29%、23.06%和56.58%。  相似文献

本文对红枣带肉果汁的稳定性进行了研究。结果证明,配料中枣泥:辅料泥以7:3的比例较适宜。在稳定性的使用中,0.l%的LM果胶配以0.2%的CaCl2,或0.2%的LM果胶配以0.1%的CaCl2,或使用0.2%的CMCNa,或以0.1%的CMCNa配以0.1%的琼脂,均起到了较好的稳定作用。  相似文献

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3~4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰~ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰~ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084~0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078~0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.  相似文献

The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 以AC-13级配为基础,将橡胶颗粒代替部分集料掺入混合料中,以低温弯曲试验为评价方法对不同橡胶颗粒掺量下沥青混合料的低温抗裂性进行研究,并引入应变能密度值对混合料的低温抗裂性进行综合评价.试验结果表明:橡胶颗粒沥青混合料试件的破坏微应变均超过2 300,满足冬寒区的技术指标;无论是否掺加橡胶颗粒,随着温度的下降,沥青混合料破坏时的最大弯拉强度增大,弯拉应变降低,劲度模量增大;弯曲应变能密度在胶粒掺量为1%左右时具有较大的弯曲应变能密度值,此时橡胶颗粒沥青混合料具有较好的低温抗裂性.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
