桔青霉发酵生产核酸酶P1的适宜条件

研究了桔青霉生产核酸酶Ｐ１的适宜培养基和培养条件，培养其组成为：葡萄糖７％，蛋白胨１％，玉米浆０．２％，磷酸氢二钾０．０５％，磷酸二氢钾０．０５％，氯化钙０．０４％，硫酸锌０．０２％，硫酸镁０．０３％，硫酸锰０．０５％，ｐＨ５．４，３０℃发酵６６ｈ酶活达最高值，粗酶液酶活力４００ＩＵ／ｍＬ。     

几种添加剂对香蕉泥中山梨酸钾、苯甲酸钠防腐增效作用

试验研究了柠檬酸、ＥＤＴＡ、抗坏血酸、氯化钙对山梨酸钾、苯甲酸钠保存香蕉泥效果的影响，结果表明：以０．０４％～０．０８％的山梨酸钾作香蕉泥的防腐剂时，添加０．２％～０．３％柠檬酸或０．０１％～０．０３％ＥＤＴＡ或０．０２％～０．０６％抗坏血酸对防腐效果均有显著增效作用。以０．０６％～０．０８％的苯甲酸钠作防腐剂时，添加０．０６％抗坏血酸对防腐效果有显著的增效作用。     

坚炉球团粘结剂的选择

根据球团竖炉生产的特点，作者研究了膨润土、消石灰及有机／无机复合粘结剂对生球爆裂温度的影响规律。结果表明，在混合料中只需添加０．０２％～０．０３％水溶性有机物Ａ或Ｂ，就能使膨润土的添加量从目前的１．８％～３．０％降至０．５％～０．７％；若用消石灰系复合粘结剂，消石灰的加入量以０．７％～１．０％为宜，同时加入０．１％～０．２％的水溶性有机物，就能满足竖炉生产对未焙烧球团的质量要求。     

妊娠血清锌,铜,铁,钙,镁FAAS测定及围产研究

应用火焰原子吸收光谱法（ＦＡＡＳ）直接测定不同妊周孕妇及婴儿脐血血清中微量元素含量，并以标准物牛血清作方法质控，监测结果有效地用于产前干预．在最佳实验条件下，各元素的精密度（ＳＲ）．检出限（ρＤＬ／ｍｇ·Ｌ－１）和标准加入回收率（Ｙ）分别为：Ｚｎ，４．１０％，９５６×１０－３，９９．０％～１０３％；Ｃｕ，３．５０％，０．０３７，９７．０％～１０１％；Ｆｅ，４．２７％，０．０４３，９９．０％～１０３％；Ｃａ，２．２９％，０．０２０，９９．０％～１０１％；Ｍｇ，２．２９％，３．８８×１０－３，９７．０％～１０３％．该方法具有用样量少、简便准确、高精密度等特点．     

缓热复合剂对产蛋鸡抗热应激效果的研究

复季给处于热应激状态的蛋鸡饮用含０，５％、０．１％、０．０５％浓度的缓热复合剂。结果表明，０．０５％浓度组效果最好，产蛋率比饮用常水组提高６３８％，每只鸡每月比对照组净增收０．２７元，经济效益显著。同时测定血液生化指标表明，０．０５％组比对照组可分别提高血糖、血脂、总蛋白２４．６４％、１３４．８１％、２０．０２％，ＬＤＨ提高８．６％，血钙提高２５．２４％，较好地恢复了蛋鸡的生理机能。     

正交试验优化基因工程菌(E.Coli/p WSY)产黑色素培养基的组成

用正交试验优化了基因工程菌（Ｅ．ｃｏｌｉ／ｐ ＷＳＹ）产黑色素培养基的组成。配方为：蛋白胨１％、葡萄糖０．２％、硫酸铵０．５％、磷酸氢二钾０．７％、磷酸二氢钾０．３％、氯化钠０．５％，硫酸镁０．０１％，为实现微生物发酵法大规模生产黑色素提供了重要数据。     

格拉姆柱花草对土壤改良作用的研究

本文通过分析实验证明，种植格拉姆柱花草五年和三年的土壤与对照区土壤相比，有机质增加０．７８２％和０．６９％，增幅分别为３８．１％和２５．９％；速效氮增加１８．７ＰＰＭ和１６．３ＰＰＭ，增幅达３７．４％和２１．３％；速效磷增加３．６５ＰＰＭ和６．９３ＰＰＭ，增幅为９１．２５％和１７６．４８％；速效钾增加６．２ＰＰＭ和４．７７ＰＰＭ，增幅为７２．９％和５８％；全氮增加０．０２５％和０．０２３２％，增幅分别为２４．０％和１７．８７％．土壤内重要营养元素指标均有大幅度增加，种植年限越长，土壤肥力提高越明显。与此同时ｐＨ值上升０．３４和０．２２，酸性降低；土壤容重降低０．３４４５ｇ／ｃｍ３和０．２０５０ｇ／ｃｍ３，土壤变得更为疏松；毛管持水量增加１２．５９％和１２．０２％，土壤保水蓄水能力增强。     

广西龙胜县里骆林场杉木人工林生态系统的水量结构、分配与平衡

根据１９８０～１９９０年的定位观测．广西龙胜县里骆林场２３～３３年生杉木人工林生态系统的自然贮水量结构为：乔木层１７．２ｍｍ．灌木层０．１ｍｍ．草本层０．９ｍｍ．枯枝落叶层０．２ｍｍ．土壤层３５４．７ｍｍ；依次占系统总贮水量的４．６１％、０．０３％、０．２４％、０．０５％、９５．０７％。系统对大气降水的年分配为：林冠截留１９８．５ｍｍ，灌草截留２７．２ｍｍ，枯枝落叶截留７８．０ｍｍ，地表径流１４．７ｍｍ，地下渗透６５．９ｍｍ，土壤持水３５４．７ｍｍ，蒸散量８７０．１ｍｍ；依次占年降水量的１２．９１％、１．７７％、５．０７％、０．９６％、４．２９％、２３．０６％和５６．５８％。     

红枣带肉果汁的稳定性研究

本文对红枣带肉果汁的稳定性进行了研究。结果证明，配料中枣泥：辅料泥以７：３的比例较适宜。在稳定性的使用中，０．ｌ％的ＬＭ果胶配以０．２％的ＣａＣｌ２，或０．２％的ＬＭ果胶配以０．１％的ＣａＣｌ２，或使用０．２％的ＣＭＣＮａ，或以０．１％的ＣＭＣＮａ配以０．１％的琼脂，均起到了较好的稳定作用。     

X射线荧光光谱法测定底质中的几种重金属

采用粉末压制的样片进行Ｘ射线荧光光谱分析，测定底质中的重金属Ａｓ，Ｃｒ，Ｃｕ，Ｐｂ，Ｚｎ，其相对标准误差分别为０．００９％，０．００８％，０．０１２％，０．０４％和０．００１４％，方法的准确度与精密度均能满足底质样品分析的要求。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

An Analysis of Catherine＇s Character——Wuthering Heights

The book did not gain immediate success, but it is now thought one of the finest novels in the English language. Characterization of Ordovician carbonate reservoirs, southeastern Saskatchewan, Canada

The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3～4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰～ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰～ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084～0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078～0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.

Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. Design and analysis of generic LBS application developing platform

Location based services is promising due to its novel working style and contents.A software platform is proposed to provide application programs of typical location based services and support new applications developing efficiently. The analysis shows that this scheme is easy implemented, low cost and adapt to all kinds of mobile nework system.     

橡胶颗粒沥青混合料低温抗裂性试验研究

以AC-13级配为基础,将橡胶颗粒代替部分集料掺入混合料中,以低温弯曲试验为评价方法对不同橡胶颗粒掺量下沥青混合料的低温抗裂性进行研究,并引入应变能密度值对混合料的低温抗裂性进行综合评价.试验结果表明:橡胶颗粒沥青混合料试件的破坏微应变均超过2 300,满足冬寒区的技术指标;无论是否掺加橡胶颗粒,随着温度的下降,沥青混合料破坏时的最大弯拉强度增大,弯拉应变降低,劲度模量增大;弯曲应变能密度在胶粒掺量为1%左右时具有较大的弯曲应变能密度值,此时橡胶颗粒沥青混合料具有较好的低温抗裂性.

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
