利用旋转环-盘电极方法开结合循环伏安技术研究了磷酸溶液中亚硒酸的电化学还原机理.结果表明在磷酸溶液中亚硒酸的电化学还原过程即包括电化学反应,又有后续均相化学反应.在亚硒酸的电化学还原过程中有两种硒单质生成,兰色硒是由电化学反应生成,不能进一步被还原,具有电化学惰性.红色硒是由后续均相化学反应生成,可以进一步被还原,具有电化学活性.并对亚硒酸的电化学还原过程提出了一个比较完整、合理的反应机理.  相似文献

本文用电化学方法研究CdSe层的电化学形成机理,并借助差热分析、X射线衍射、X光电子能谱及扫描电镜等技术检测CdSe沉积层的组成与形态。实验结果表明,在H_2SeO_3+CdSO_4酸性溶液中CdSe的电化学形成是按化学沉积机理进行的,且H_2SeO_3电化学还原过程是传质控制的。此外还发现,在电极极化的初始阶段H_2SeO_3电化学还原为Se,而在极化终止后瞬间则由于发生副反应,H_2SeO_3与H_2Se作用,也生成Se。  相似文献

用较简化的步骤合成CoTMPyP,并以紫外可见光谱对产物进行表征.循环伏安法和旋转环盘电极法用于研究该配合物的电化学行为及对氧还原的催化性能.发现Co(Ⅱ/Ⅱ)TMPyP~(5+/4+)电对具有较可逆的氧化还原性质,在0.05MH_2SO_4溶液介质中氧化还原电位约为0.28V(vs.SCE),比报道的FeTMPyP和CoTHOEPyP等的为正.CoTMPyP的存在使氧还原的峰电位正移了约0.4V,催化作用遵循EC再生机理.氧的还原沿着分别生成H_2O和H_2O_2的平行途径进行.随着电位的负移,产物中水的比例提高,这可由氧同CoTMPyP的配位作用加以解释.  相似文献

将辣根过氧化物酶(HRP)固定在Au-Gemini纳米复合物修饰的玻碳(GC)电极表面,制备了HRP修饰电极(HRP/Au-Gemini/GC),研究了HRP在Au-Gemini纳米复合膜中的直接电化学,考察了其对H_2O_2的电催化还原作用.研究表明,HRP在Au-Gemini纳米复合膜中发生了准可逆的电化学反应,其氧化峰峰电位(E_(pa))和还原峰峰电位(E_(pc))分别为-0.236 V和-0.273 V.HRP/Au-Gemini/GC修饰电极对H_2O_2具有良好的电催化还原响应,其表观米氏常数K_m=2.0×10~(-5)mol/L,H_2O_2浓度在1.0~7.0μmol/L范围内与催化电流呈线性关系.该研究为实现氧化还原酶的直接电子传递和生物传感器的构制提供了一种有效途径.  相似文献

通过循环伏安法和差分脉冲伏安法研究了碳原子线(CAW)修饰电极对尿酸电化学反应的催化作用.研究发现,在含有0.5 mmol/L尿酸的pH=6.8的0.1 mol/L PBS缓冲溶液中,尿酸在CAW修饰电极上的氧化峰电位比裸玻碳电极上的氧化峰电位负移0.049V,而氧化峰电流ipa比裸玻碳电极增加了3.96倍,说明碳原子线修饰电极对尿酸的电化学过程具有很好的催化作用.  相似文献

本文介绍利用硫代硫酸钠容量法测定铜阳极泥中硒的含量。在含有酒石酸的6mol/l盐酸溶液中,用盐酸羟胺还原析出单体硒,过滤与其他金属分离,单体硒用酸溶解,于10﹪盐酸溶液中加入一定过量的硫代硫酸钠标准溶液,与亚硒酸反应生成四硫硒酸钠,以淀粉为指示剂,用碘标准溶液滴定过量的硫代硫酸钠,由消耗的硫代硫酸钠标准溶液的量计算硒的含量。  相似文献

为构筑出一种新的辣根过氧化物酶(HRP)第三代电化学生物传感器并将其用于H_2O_2的有效检测,采用循环伏安法将滴涂于玻碳电极(GCE)表面的壳聚糖(CS)-氧化石墨烯(GO)复合膜一步还原成壳聚糖(CS)-电化学还原氧化石墨烯(ErGO)复合膜,然后结合一层CS-辣根过氧化物酶(HRP)复合物,制备出CS-HRP/CS-ErGO/GCE,其中内层CS用于吸附HRP,外层CS用于阻止HRP泄漏。利用复合膜中Er GO良好的导电性和电催化性能,实现HRP与电极表面的直接电子转移。此外,CS/CS-ErGO还为HRP提供一个生物相容性微环境,使得修饰在电极上的HRP能保持其生物活性。结果表明:该修饰电极在空白磷酸盐缓冲液(PBS)溶液中出现一对氧化还原峰,式量电位为-0.11 V(vs.Ag/Ag Cl),说明包埋在CS/CS-ErGO膜中的HRP与玻碳电极之间发生了直接电化学行为。此外,该修饰电极对H_2O_2的还原具有电催化作用,能快速、灵敏地响应H_2O_2的浓度变化,其线性范围为1.0×10~(-5)~7.0×10~(-4)mol/L,检测限为3.0×10~(-6)mol/L(3S/N)。该传感器具有制备方法简单、成本低廉且稳定性良好的特点。  相似文献

利用电化学方法将铂纳米粒子(PtNP)和普鲁士蓝(PB)固定到多壁碳纳米管(MWCNTs)修饰的玻碳电极(GCE)表面,成功构建了一种过氧化氢(H_2O_2)无酶电化学传感器.实验结果表明,在工作电位为-0.05V时,所制备的传感器对H_2O_2具有优良的电催化还原能力,响应时间小于5s,这主要归因于PB,PtNP和MWCNTs三者的协同作用.在5~4 205μmol/L范围内H_2O_2的还原电流与其浓度呈线性关系,灵敏度为758μA/(mmol·L-1·cm2),检测限为0.30μmol/L(S/N=3).此外,该传感器还具有优良的选择性、稳定性和重现性.  相似文献

采用稳态极化法、循环伏安法和恒电位库仑法研究了1,3-二甲基-5-亚硝基-6-氨基脲嘧啶(ANDMU)在镍电极上的电化学加氢机理,实验体系为pH 3的硫酸硫酸钾水溶液。结果表明,在镍电极析氢电位之前,在-0.7~-0.8 V(相对于Hg2SO4参比电极)ANDMU即发生加氢反应。随着pH值降低,还原电流增大,加氢反应速度增大,还原电位正移。反应受扩散控制,增大搅拌速度和提高温度都可以提高反应速度。ANDMU在镍电极上的电化学加氢反应机理与在铂电极上的情况相似,都是溶液中氢离子在电极表面得电子生成原子态氢还原ANDMU的EC(电化学反应后耦联有化学反应)过程。  相似文献

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3~4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰~ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰~ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084~0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078~0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.  相似文献

以AC-13级配为基础,将橡胶颗粒代替部分集料掺入混合料中,以低温弯曲试验为评价方法对不同橡胶颗粒掺量下沥青混合料的低温抗裂性进行研究,并引入应变能密度值对混合料的低温抗裂性进行综合评价.试验结果表明:橡胶颗粒沥青混合料试件的破坏微应变均超过2 300,满足冬寒区的技术指标;无论是否掺加橡胶颗粒,随着温度的下降,沥青混合料破坏时的最大弯拉强度增大,弯拉应变降低,劲度模量增大;弯曲应变能密度在胶粒掺量为1%左右时具有较大的弯曲应变能密度值,此时橡胶颗粒沥青混合料具有较好的低温抗裂性.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献

Quality traits in wheat (Triticum aestirum L.) were studied by quantitative trait locus (QTL) analysis in a recombinant inbred line (RIL) population, a set of 131 lines derived from Chuan 35050 × Shannong 483 cross (ChSh). Grains from RILs were assayed for 21 quality traits related to protein and starch. A total of 35 putative QTLs for 19 traits with a single QTL explaining 7.99-40.52% of phenotypic variations were detected on 10 chromosomes, 1D, 2A, 2D, 3B, 3D, 5A, 6A, 6B, 6D, and 7B. The additive effects of 30 QTLs were positive, contributed by Chuan 35050, the remaining 5 QTLs were negative with the additive effect contributed by Shannong 483. For protein traits, 15 QTLs were obtained and most of them were located on chromosomes 1 D, 3B and 6D, while 20 QTLs for starch traits were detected and most of them were located on chromosomes 3D, 6B and 7B. Only 7 QTLs for protein and starch traits were co-located in three regions on chromosomes 1D, 2A and 2D. These protein and starch trait QTLs showed a distinct distribution pattern in certain regions and chromosomes. Twenty-two QTLs were clustered in 6 regions of 5 chromosomes. Two QTL clusters for protein traits were located on chromosomes 1D and 3B, respectively, three clusters for starch traits on chromosomes 3D, 6B and 7B, and one cluster including protein and starch traits on chromosome 1D.  相似文献
