高速公路联网收费现状及对策探讨

随着经济的快速发展,高速公路在交通运输业中起着极其重要的作用,高速公路的服务质量和通行效率与社会生活紧密相关。以降低营运成本和提高服务质量为目的,在高速公路中使用联网收费系统可以减少收费站控制室的值班人员,降低运营管理费用,而且便于中心集中监督管理。本文针对高速公路收费系统建设作出探讨,提出在建设中对硬件及软件的要求和联网收费的管理方法。     

城市高速公路环境保护评价指标的研究和实践

根据城市高速公路建设期及营运期环境特性,从建设期生态环境保护、建设期环境污染防治、营运期生态环境保护、营运期环境污染防治和竣工验收5个子系统25项指标方面,建立了城市高速公路环境保护评价指标体系,采用德尔菲法和层次分析法对指标进行权重确定,,使用模糊多级综合评价得到建设项目的综合价值系数。对西安市三环路进行了案例分析,结果表明,该评价指标体系简便实用,符合实际。     

IT服务质量评价体系的研究

本文针对建立IT服务质量评价体系时,如何合理选择评价指标、建立服务质量评价模型以及选择合适的评价方法进行了研究。针对实际的IT运行维护服务建立IT服务质量评价体系,针对实际的服务情况进行评价。建立IT服务质量评价体系的过程中研究并选用了SERVQUAL服务评价模型和模糊层次分析法作为建立IT服务质量评价体系的理论支持。     

冷冲压模具质量综合评价体系的建立

针对冷冲压模具生产的特点，提出了模具质量综合评价体系和多层次递进修正指标体系；参照模具工艺和设计规范确定了评价标准，采用层次递进和模糊综合法进行了科学评价，实际应用表明该体系能够对模具质量做出客观、公正、公平的评价。     

高速公路生态环境影响评价及案例分析

近年来高速公路的的建设高速发展，同时也带来了一定的生态破坏和环境污染问题，本文综合分析了在施工和营运过程中对生态环境的破坏，介绍了如何确定高速公路生态环境影响评价的因子，界定评价区范围，用高速公路生态影响评价的实例来初步探讨其对生态的影响及对策。     

核电厂营运单位应急响应能力评估方法研究

结合核电厂营运单位的应急准备工作和核安全监管部门的监管机制与日常监督检查工作,同时充分考虑应急响应能力的构成要素及其特点,建立了一套核电厂营运单位应急响应能力评估方法。该评估方法包括定量化的性能指标的评价体系和定性的检查发现的评价体系,以及两体系在显著度确定程序的辅助下形成综合评价结果。评估方法可协助发现核电厂营运单位在应急响应能力方面存在的问题,合理分配职责及监管资源,指导和规划营运单位和监管部门的响应行动。     

边坡变形破坏特征分析及分区评价——以桂柳高速公路K420～K450路段为例

桂(林)柳(州)高速公路路段内滑坡、崩塌数量较多,危害大,为广西高速公路滑坡、崩塌最为发育的路段。这些不良地质现象对高速公路正常营运和行车安全构成极大威胁。本文就桂柳高速公路K420～K450路段边坡变形破坏机制特征进行探讨研究,并对该路段边坡进行稳定性评价,提出防护措施,为今后深入研究本区边坡问题提供依据。     

浅谈公路路基病害及其防治措施

近年来越来越多的高速公路投入营运,随着营运的开始,这样那样的病害也随着时间的推移而不断出现。病害的出现给高速公路营运带来不小影响,如路面的早期破坏、桥头路基沉降、桥面伸缩缝开裂等病害,不但影响行车速度甚至可能引发行车事故;滑坡、高边坡坍塌带来的危害更大,一旦发生就要阻断交通,除造成巨大的经济损失外,也可能造成人身伤害,由此带来极大的社会影响。因此,认识高速公路病害产生的原因和规律,采取行之有效的治理措施,对确保高速公路安全营运具有重要意义。     

入境游客特征与我国旅游服务质量评价体系的典型相关分析

对入境游客特征与我国旅游服务质量评价体系之间的相关性研究。有利于提高我国旅游服务质量。根据国家自然科学基金项目组在2004年对我国6大旅游热点城市的入境游客抽样调查资料,选取游客的受教育程度、年收入、年龄为入境游客特征,住宿、餐饮、交通、购物、娱乐、导游服务、邮电通讯为我国旅游服务质量评价体系,运用典型相关分析,对它们之间的相关性进行统计分析。得到入境游客的年收入与我国旅游服务质量评价体系中的住宿和交通是正相关关系,表明经济越发达国家的游客对我国的住宿和交通方面的旅游服务质量评价越好．     

浅谈公路的养护管理

高速公路的养护工作是高速公路营运管理的重要组成部分,是保证高速公路优良服务水平的主要手段之一。高速公路建成通车后,随着营运时间的推移、交通量的增长,高速公路及其配套设施会出现不同程度的损害,及时发现并有效修复这些损坏,保证高速公路的各种工程和设施,始终处于完好状态,从而保证高速公路具有快速、畅通、安全、舒适、经济的使用功能,取得良好的经济效益和社会效益。本文分析了公路养护管理普遍存在的一些问题,并提出几点具体解决对策。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

Characterization of Ordovician carbonate reservoirs, southeastern Saskatchewan, Canada

The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3～4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰～ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰～ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084～0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078～0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。

An Index mechanism for multi-scale view in spatial databases

There are numerous geometric objects stored in the spatial databases. An importance function in a spatial database is that users can browse the geometric objects as a map efficiently. Thus the spatial database should display the geometric objects users concern about swiftly onto the display window. This process includes two operations:retrieve data from database and then draw them onto screen. Accordingly, to improve the efficiency, we should try to reduce time of both retrieving object and displaying them. The former can be achieved with the aid of spatial index such as R-tree, the latter require to simplify the objects. Simplification means that objects are shown with sufficient but not with unnecessary detail which depend on the scale of browse. So the major problem is how to retrieve data at different detail level efficiently. This paper introduces the implementation of a multi-scale index in the spatial database SISP (Spatial Information Shared Platform) which is generalized from R-tree. The difference between the generalization and the R-tree lies on two facets: One is that every node and geometric object in the generalization is assigned with a importance value which denote the importance of them, and every vertex in the objects are assigned with a importance value,too. The importance value can be use to decide which data should be retrieve from disk in a query. The other difference is that geometric objects in the generalization are divided into one or more sub-blocks, and vertexes are total ordered by their importance value. With the help of the generalized R-tree, one can easily retrieve data at different detail levels.Some experiments are performed on real-life data to evaluate the performance of solutions that separately use normal spatial index and multi-scale spatial index. The results show that the solution using multi-scale index in SISP is satisfying.
