列车餐车油烟雾的采集及化学成分分析

本文采用气相色谱质谱联用仪(GC/MS)对采集于列车餐车的食用油烟雾样品进行全谱分析,发现样品有66种化合物,包括烃类、卤代烃类、醇酚醚类、醛酮类、羧酸及衍生物类、芳稠环杂环类和胺类等七类,其中一些化合物如芳杂环化合物、卤代烃和胺类等具有毒性作用     

二氧化硫与庚烯-1的光化学反应——大气光化学反应研究(Ⅲ)

研究了SO_2与庚烯-1在无氧和有氧体系中的光化学反应,观察到烟雾的生成.用GC和GC/MS方法确定了部分气相和液相反应产物——醇、醛、酮、酯以及烃类等化合物,并探讨了影响光化学反应的几种因素及反应机理.     

黄县褐煤高锰酸钾碱液分步氧化的研究

用高锰酸钾碱性溶液对黄县褐煤进行了九步氧化,按先后次序将产物分为两个馏份进行分析鉴定。有机酸碳收率达76.5％。对两个馏份酸用乙醚抽提并经甲酯化后分别进行了色-质谱分析,鉴定出六十多种单体化合物,主要有脂肪二元酸及一元酸、芳香二元酸及一元酸,多官能团酸,此外还有一些非酸化合物,如酮、醇、胺、含氮和硫的杂环化合物以及烃类等。配合元素分析及红外光谱分析等对产物进行了较为全面的分析鉴定。     

红烧肉冻藏过程中挥发性风味物质衰减研究

为研究红烧肉冻藏过程中挥发性风味物质衰减情况,采用固相微萃取气相色谱质谱联用(SPME-GC-MS)对不同冻藏期的样品中挥发性风味成分进行检测分析.结果显示,共检测到82种挥发性风味物质,冻藏180 d的红烧肉酯类、酮类和其他类化合物的种类有所增加,醇类、碳氢类、酸类、杂环类和含硫化合物种类数没有变化,醛类化合物种类数减少.而相对含量的变化则各不相同,经过180 d的冻结贮藏,酯类和醛类相对含量有所增加,酮类、含硫类和碳氢类化合物相对含量减少,酸类和其他类化合物相对含量变化不大.进一步进行主成分分析,未冻藏的与冻藏30~120 d及冻藏150~180 d的红烧肉风味物质主成分分别处在不同位置.综合评定显示,加工后未冻结贮藏产品综合得分最高,在120 d的冻藏时间内,产品风味仍然得到很好的保持,至180 d风味有所衰减,但其衰减程度不大.     

云南一种羽苔科植物精油脂肪成分分析研究

通过GC/M S对云南玉龙雪山一种羽苔科植物精油脂肪成分进行了分析,共鉴定脂肪成分35种,其中脂肪烃9种、脂肪醇和脂肪酮各1种、脂肪酸3种、脂肪酸甲酯21种。     

Carbon isotope composition of low molecular weight hydrocarbons and monocarboxylic acids from Murchison meteorite

The origin of the organic matter in carbonaceous meteorites remains controversial despite extensive study over the past 20 yr. Motivated by the expectation that the patterns of isotopic variation with molecular structure among the organic compounds would contain important clues to their origin, we have measured the carbon isotopic compositions for individual hydrocarbons and monocarboxylic acids from Murchison meteorite, a C2 carbonaceous chondrite which fell in Australia in 1969. With few exceptions, notably benzene, the volatile products are substantially isotopically heavier than their terrestrial counterparts, signifying their extraterrestrial origin. For both classes of compounds, the ratio of 13C to 12C decreases with increasing carbon number in a roughly parallel manner, and each carboxylic acid exhibits a higher isotopic ratio than the hydrocarbon containing the same number of carbon atoms. These trends are consistent with the kinetically controlled synthesis of higher homologues from lower ones. The results suggest the possibility that the production mechanisms for hydrocarbons and carboxylic acids may be similar; they also impose constraints on the identity of the reactant species.     

沉积物中有机成分的分析方法研究

利用GC-MS对污染严重的官厅水库沉积物中的有机成分进行了初步的定 性分析和归类,并探讨了有机污染物的来源.对不同的提取方法、提取时间的探索,得到了样 品提取的最佳条件.优化了固相萃取的条件,并在此条件下用固相萃取对土壤样品中的多环 芳烃类、有机酸类化合物进行了富集和纯化,GC-MS分析检出了80种多环芳烃、29种一元酸和6种二元酸.     

Molecular organic geochemical evidence for paleoenvironmental changes at 11.87-12.28 m in GS-1 sedimentary core, Gucheng Lake, East China

Organic lipids with different occurrence modes in a sedimentary core in a subtropical freshwater lake, Gucheng Lake, were sequentially extracted, separated and analyzed. The down-core variations of OEP index of alkanes, C18:2/C18:0 ratios of fatty acids, ratios of bound, fatty acids to free fatty acids, thermo-maturity indices of hopanoid hydrocarbons and relative concentrations of sedimentary minerals revealed an evident increasing in allochthonous input from rock detritus below 12.28 m in the sedimentary profile. The distribution pattern of tightly-bound β-hydroxy fatty acids indicated a difference in bacterial communities above and below the boundary, as well as the gammacerane index may assign a significant change in lake water salinity. The evidence, in general, suggested that a significant paleoenvironmental change had taken place in ca. 9.6 kaBP on the regional basis.

超临界CO2萃取芫荽芳香成分及GC/MS解析

采用超临界CO2萃取方法,对新鲜芫荽(Coriandrum sativumL.)茎叶进行萃取,得油率0.27%,用气相色谱/质谱联机(GC/MS)对精油成分进行了解析.共检测出60种成分,其中30种化合物被确定,占挥发油成分的82.772%.其中酯类35.046%,脂肪醛类22.792%,醇类15.641%,有机酸类5.357%,烃类3.936%.
