为了制备兼具防紫外线性能和疏水性能的TPU/TiO2/PDMS复合纤维膜,采用静电纺丝与纳米颗粒超声负载相结合的技术将TiO2纳米颗粒成功地负载于TPU静电纺丝纤维膜中,并用PDMS对负载了TiO2纳米颗粒的TPU静电纺丝纤维膜进行固化处理,SEM结果表明:TPU/TiO2/PDMS复合纤维膜的表面被成功地负载上了TiO2纳米颗粒,且分布较均匀;防紫外测试结果表明TiO2纳米颗粒在纤维膜上的负载使TPU静电纺丝纤维膜的UPF值得到了极大的提升,随着TiO2纳米颗粒负载量的增加,TPU/TiO2/PDMS复合纤维膜的UPF值逐渐增加,且当TiO2纳米颗粒负载量为1.5 wt%时,UPF值大幅提升了75.8%.接触角测试结果表明在TiO2纳米颗粒与PDMS共同构筑的粗糙且低表面能的复合纤维膜表面下,纤维膜的表面由亲水转变为疏水状态,随着TiO2纳米颗粒...  相似文献

二氧化钛/活性炭复合材料的制备及光催化降解性能   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
研究对比三种锐钛矿二氧化钛溶胶的常温制备方法,选用溶胶凝胶法以四氯化钛和氨水为原料制得二氧化钛溶胶。浸渍处理表面经过氧化处理的活性炭。利用X射线衍射表征合成二氧化钛的晶相,扫描电镜观测了活性炭负载二氧化钛前后表面形貌变化,利用红外光谱(FT—IR)进行了结构表征,进行了对甲基橙的光催化降解实验。研究结果表明,氧化处理后活性炭表面形貌和光学活性发生了显著变化,氧化处理后活性炭表面负载二氧化钛膜变得较完整。复合材料与无负载、简单氧化处理的活性炭相比,显示了更高的对甲基橙的光降解能力。  相似文献

采用水热法制备氧化锌(ZnO)微球,并以水基硅烷膜为黏结层、以泡沫镍为基底负载ZnO微球,得到泡沫镍/硅烷膜/ZnO复合材料.采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对泡沫镍/硅烷膜/ZnO复合材料的表面微观形貌进行观察.同时研究经多次负载ZnO微球的复合材料和负载纳米二氧化钛(TiO2)的复合材料对甲基橙的光催化降解效果.研究结果表明:ZnO微球的粒径约为5 μm,表面由厚度约为10nm的多孔鳞片组成,水基硅烷膜厚度约为1 μm,与泡沫镍基体结合紧密,负载的ZnO微球部分嵌入硅烷膜.经一次负载ZnO微球的复合材料降解性能最佳,负载ZnO微球的复合材料对甲基橙的降解效果优于负载纳米TiO2的复合材料.  相似文献

采用溶胶凝胶法制备了活性炭负载二氧化钛(TiO2/AC)催化剂,研究其对水中微量莠去津的光催化降解情况.结果表明,当TiO2/AC催化剂在活化温度为500 ℃,TiO2负载量为34.4%,催化剂使用量大于15 mg/L时表现出最高的催化活性,在最优条件下TiO2/AC催化剂对水中40 μg/L莠去津的光催化降解符合准一级反应动力学方程,降解效率为91.4%,催化效果优于TiO2、P25TiO2以及TiO2+AC的混合体系.莠去津的光催化降解途径为脱氯反应生成羟基化产物OHA,OHA脱烷基生成OHDIA和OHDEA.  相似文献

论述了二氧化钛(TiO2)在活性碳纤维(ACF)上的负载方式,总结了TiO2/ACF复合光催化剂的表面形态特征和结构特点,介绍了TiO2/ACF复合光催化剂光催化氧化水中有机物吸附、富集、光催化、原位再生的过程.活性碳纤维可富集目标物、捕获中间产物,还可抑制中间有害产物的生成及热处理过程中TiO2的相变.讨论了目标物、负载方法、负载量等因素对有机物氧化速率的影响.TiO2、ACF的复合将对光催化剂的应用技术产生积极影响,指出了研究中应该解决的问题.  相似文献

以钛酸四丁酯为前驱体,在水热环境中直接将纳米二氧化钛负载到羊毛纤维表面,使用扫描和透射电镜、红外光谱、热重和漫反射光谱测试技术对羊毛纤维改性前后表面形貌、结构、热学和光学性能进行了表征,并测定羊毛纤维拉伸、表面摩擦和自清洁性能.研究结果表明,钛酸四丁酯合成的锐钛矿型纳米二氧化钛颗粒平均粒径约5nm,通过化学键接枝在羊毛纤维表面.较未处理羊毛纤维,改性后的羊毛纤维热学性能变化不明显,吸收紫外线能力有所增强,断裂伸长率有所增加,摩擦因数增大而摩擦效应减小,具有光催化自清洁性能.  相似文献

二氧化钛是一种优良的光催化材料,多孔体负载二氧化钛光催化膜系统具有反应场较大、安装方便同时无催化剂回收问题等特点,因此其研究受到重视。由于单纯的二氧化钛还存在吸收光谱窄、催化效率低等不足,单离子掺杂改进效果也不佳,而无机多孔材料载体具有综合力学性能差、安装不便等问题,因此本文提出泡沫金属负载综合改性二氧化钛光催化膜系统的概念,以期获得优质高效的光催化系统。  相似文献

将二氧化钛/石墨烯复合蒙脱土材料负载在聚氨酯海绵上,制备了一种新型漂浮光催化材料。采用扫描电子显微镜、透射电子显微镜、能量弥散X射线探测器、X射线衍射仪和紫外-可见漫反射光谱仪等研究材料的表征,结果显示,二氧化钛纳米粒子分布于片状石墨烯表面,光催化活性组分均匀稳定地分布于聚氨酯海绵表面及基体中。该材料的密度约为0.26 g/cm~3,比表面积为17m~2/g,保证了其漂浮性质和对污染物良好的吸附能力。1 g材料对2 mg/L 17α-乙炔基雌二醇(EE2)的吸附能力达到73%,4 h降解率达到76%。此外,经5次循环使用,该材料对EE2的降解效率无明显下降,表明其在实际污染水体修复过程中具有良好的稳定性和可持续利用性。  相似文献

采用两步化学法制备了氧化锌纳米棒膜,再通过溶胶-凝胶法对氧化锌纳米棒膜进行二氧化钛表面修饰改性.通过XRD、SEM和模拟太阳光下的光催化降解实验等手段研究和分析了氧化锌纳米棒的生长行为及光催化活性.结果表明:两步化学法所制备氧化锌纳米棒主要为C-轴取向生长;二氧化钛表面修饰后可以明显改善氧化锌纳米棒膜的光催化活性和光催化稳定性.  相似文献

探讨了以微量银离子为光化学反应的探针,依据金属离子光催化还原反应评价催化剂的光催化活性的方法.选择晶粒度为25nm的锐钛矿二氧化钛为研究对象,研究了紫外光照射下此催化还原反应的反应动力学特性,考察了二氧化钛浓度和银离子浓度对光催化反应速率的影响,确定了适合该评价方法的优化操作条件,并通过TEM和XRD等手段对反应后的固体颗粒物进行了表征.结果表明,在254nm的紫外光照射下,二氧化钛光催化还原银离子具有一级反应动力学特征,水溶液中的银离子在二氧化钛表面发生还原生成单质银.评价二氧化钛活性的优化操作条件为二氧化钛浓度为0.4g/L,银离子初始浓度为10~15mg/L时.检测了4种不同粒径二氧化钛的光催化活性,结果表明银离子适合作为光催化反应的探针.  相似文献

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3~4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰~ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰~ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084~0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078~0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.  相似文献

以AC-13级配为基础,将橡胶颗粒代替部分集料掺入混合料中,以低温弯曲试验为评价方法对不同橡胶颗粒掺量下沥青混合料的低温抗裂性进行研究,并引入应变能密度值对混合料的低温抗裂性进行综合评价.试验结果表明:橡胶颗粒沥青混合料试件的破坏微应变均超过2 300,满足冬寒区的技术指标;无论是否掺加橡胶颗粒,随着温度的下降,沥青混合料破坏时的最大弯拉强度增大,弯拉应变降低,劲度模量增大;弯曲应变能密度在胶粒掺量为1%左右时具有较大的弯曲应变能密度值,此时橡胶颗粒沥青混合料具有较好的低温抗裂性.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献

Quality traits in wheat (Triticum aestirum L.) were studied by quantitative trait locus (QTL) analysis in a recombinant inbred line (RIL) population, a set of 131 lines derived from Chuan 35050 × Shannong 483 cross (ChSh). Grains from RILs were assayed for 21 quality traits related to protein and starch. A total of 35 putative QTLs for 19 traits with a single QTL explaining 7.99-40.52% of phenotypic variations were detected on 10 chromosomes, 1D, 2A, 2D, 3B, 3D, 5A, 6A, 6B, 6D, and 7B. The additive effects of 30 QTLs were positive, contributed by Chuan 35050, the remaining 5 QTLs were negative with the additive effect contributed by Shannong 483. For protein traits, 15 QTLs were obtained and most of them were located on chromosomes 1 D, 3B and 6D, while 20 QTLs for starch traits were detected and most of them were located on chromosomes 3D, 6B and 7B. Only 7 QTLs for protein and starch traits were co-located in three regions on chromosomes 1D, 2A and 2D. These protein and starch trait QTLs showed a distinct distribution pattern in certain regions and chromosomes. Twenty-two QTLs were clustered in 6 regions of 5 chromosomes. Two QTL clusters for protein traits were located on chromosomes 1D and 3B, respectively, three clusters for starch traits on chromosomes 3D, 6B and 7B, and one cluster including protein and starch traits on chromosome 1D.  相似文献
