2003~2004年研究了上海地区为害杨树的杨小舟蛾的生物学特性,该虫1年发生5代,以蛹越冬,1,2,3,4龄幼虫头壳宽度分别为(0.08±0.02)mm,(0.14±0.13)mm,(0.17±0.01)mm,(0.26±0.02)mm.雌雄性比1:1.32.初孵幼虫耐饥力平均为(1.50±0.80)d.在室外喷雾2000倍20%杀灭菊脂、3000倍30%乙酰甲胺磷、1000倍25%灭幼脲三号和6000倍1%阿维菌素7d后的校正死亡率分别在91.24%,91.78%,82.30%,81.87%.  相似文献

1999~2000年研究了上海地区危害樟树的樗蚕生活史和生活习性.该虫一年发生2代,以蛹越冬,翌年5月上旬羽化.雌雄成虫性比为1:1.06.樗蚕的一龄、二龄、三龄、四龄、五龄幼虫平均头壳宽分别为11.32±5.49,19.8±0.29,21.45±0.32,29.79±3.60,43.88±14.29mm.从室內药剂防治实验结果来看,使用化学农药见效快,幼虫取食30%乙酰甲胺磷2000倍喷雾叶后,第2d的死亡率达82.5%,取食20%杀灭菊脂2000倍喷雾叶后,第2天的死亡率达87.5%,取食5%氯氰菊脂1000倍喷雾叶后,第2天的死亡率达92.5%.使用生物农药,4天后效果逐渐显现,具有一定的持续效果.  相似文献

试验资料取自金华猪场1979—1999年金华猪繁殖性能的生产记录。采用动物模型约束性最大似然法对该猪群的遗传力进行估计。测定1144头纯繁金华母猪的产仔哺育记录,结果表明:产仔数、产活仔数、初生重、初生窝重、20日龄头数、20日龄窝重、20日龄重、60日龄头数、60日龄窝重、60日龄重、乳头数的遗传力分别为0 12±0 09、0 18±0 11、0 15±0 09、0 02±0 09、0 10±0 11、0 08±0 13、0 18±0 10、0 23±0 11、0 31±0 13、0 35±0.11和0.19±0.10。  相似文献

毛竹黑叶蜂在福建福州一年发生1~2代,以幼虫越冬。林间防治试验表明,选用50%甲胺磷原液或1:10倍液、40%氧化乐果原液或80%敌敌畏原液进行竹腔注射均有良好防治效果;也可以在晴天午后应用20%氰戊菊酯4000倍液或80%敌敌畏1000~2000倍液喷杀下竹的幼虫,或在竹秆基部撒6%666粉,均能达到良好的防治效果。  相似文献

用膜片钳技术分析了棉铃虫三氟氯氰菊酯抗性品系(R)及其同源对照品系(S)不同龄期幼虫神经细胞电压门控Na^ 通道的电生理特性.结果表明,S幼虫神经细胞Na^ 通道的激活电压介于-50~-30mV,约70%细胞的Na^ 通道在-40mV左右激活.Na^ 通道电流(1Na)的峰值电压介于-30~0mV,约72%细胞的1Na在-20mV左右达峰值.R幼虫Na^ 通道的激活电压介于-50~-20mV,约60%细胞的Na^ 通道在-40mV左右激活,约30%的在-30~-20mV激活.2龄幼虫(R2)约76%细胞的1Na在-20mV左右达峰值.R3和R4均有60%以上细胞的INa在-10~OmV达峰值,即R3和R4多数细胞1Na的峰值电压向正电位方向移动.上述结果表明R幼虫神经细胞Na^ 通道功能发生了变异,同时也提示R幼虫在不同发育阶段其Na^ 通道的表达不同.  相似文献

对几种脊椎动物 (家鸽、蟾蜍、鲫鱼 )的红细胞渗透脆性、红细胞沉降率及红细胞比容几项生理特性进行了初步比较研究 .结果 :①家鸽红细胞最大渗透脆性为 0 .82 %± 0 .13 %NaCl溶液 (0 .5 0 %~ 1.0 0 % ) ,最小渗透脆性为 0 .44 %± 0 .0 4%NaCl溶液(0 .3 5 %~ 0 .5 0 % ) ;蟾蜍分别为 0 .2 1%± 0 .0 3 %NaCl溶液 (0 .18%~ 0 .3 0 % )和 0 .14 %± 0 .0 3 %NaCl溶液 (0 .10 %~ 0 .2 0 % ) ;鲫鱼分别为 0 .2 8%± 0 .0 4%NaCl溶液 (0 .2 2 %~ 0 .3 0 % )和 0 .2 0 %± 0 .0 3 %NaCl溶液 (0 15 %~ 0 .2 5 % ) .②家鸽红细胞沉降率为 4.2 4±2 .2 3mm/ 1h末 (1~ 10mm/ 1h末 ) ;蟾蜍为 11.0 3± 4.2 6mm/ 1h末 (4~ 2 7mm/ 1h末 ) ;鲫鱼为 3 .80± 0 .62mm/ 1h末(3~ 5mm/ 1h末 ) .③家鸽红细胞比容为 48.73 %± 7.11% (3 4.8%~ 5 9.2 % ) ;蟾蜍为 2 2 .77%± 8.5 2 % (7.3 %~ 41.8% ) ;鲫鱼为3 9.40 %± 7.5 3 % (2 2 .3 %~ 48.7% ) .本文对上述几种脊椎动物的红细胞生理特性的结果进行了统计学显著性检验 .  相似文献

Ⅰ型胶原凝胶治疗腹部切口愈合不良60例分析   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
目的:探讨自制的Ⅰ型胶原凝胶对腹部愈合不良切口的治疗作用。方法:将60例切口愈合不良病例按有无感染配对分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组切口清洗后涂布Ⅰ型胶原凝胶,对照组常规清创换药;记录和比较两组切口新鲜肉芽生长达到2期缝合的时间(肉芽形成天数)和切口愈合的时间(切口愈合时间)。结果:无感染切口的平均肉芽形成和切口愈合时间,治疗组(20例)分别为(3 1±0 9)d和(10 4±1 4)d,对照组(20例)分别为(6 4±1 0)d和(13 3±1 8)d,两组差异有显著性(P<0 01);有感染切口的治疗组(10例)分别为(4 2±0 4)d和(12 3±2 5)d,对照组(10例)分别为(7 0±0 5)d和(15 6±2 8)d,两组差异有显著性(P<0 01)。结论:I型胶原凝胶具有促进腹部愈合不良切口肉芽生长的作用,可加速切口愈合。  相似文献

低温乙醇法FIV沉淀中含有白蛋白96.00±13.52g/kg.15倍生理盐水磷酸缓冲液可溶解其中的87.44%(约83.94±11.119/kg).通过DEAE Affi-Gel Blue 亲和层析及DEAESepharose FF 离子交换层析两步分离的纯化工艺,可从FIV溶解液中回收白蛋白48.18±1.118/kg FIV,回收率为57.40±1.94%.白蛋白溶液呈淡黄色,澄清透明,纯度为98.28±1.68%,单体含量97.00±2.19%,吸收度为0.028±0.006.白蛋白试制品能耐受57℃50h热稳定性试验.各检测指标显示,通过亲和层析综合阴离子交换层析回收纯化的白蛋白制品各主要生化指标符合质检要求.  相似文献

延迟投饵对花尾胡椒鲷仔鱼摄食、生长和存活的影响   总被引:15,自引:0,他引:15  
2001年4月至5月在集美大学海水养殖试验场对延迟投饵的花尾胡椒鲷仔鱼的摄食、生长与存活进行了观察.结果表明:在盐度24.0—24.8,温度18.5—22.8℃时,仔鱼4日龄开口.开口当天投饵,仔鱼未摄食.仔鱼延迟投饵1、2、3、4d时,投饵后2h内的摄食率分别为65%、60%、25%、15%,投饵后2h内平均每尾仔鱼的摄食量分别为0.95、0.80、0.35、0.20个轮虫,而延迟投饵5d、6d的仔鱼的摄食率均为0。完全投饵组6日龄、8日龄仔鱼的全长分别比完全饥饿组仔鱼长0.068mm和0.222mm.在仔鱼开口后4d内,各组仔鱼的死亡率差异不大;开口4d后,各组仔鱼死亡率差异越来越大;开口后第6d,延迟投饵0—3d的仔鱼的存活率在43.3%以上,而延迟投饵4d以上的各组仔鱼的存活率均低于16.7%.花尾胡椒鲷仔鱼在开口后第4d进入PNR期.  相似文献

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3~4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰~ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰~ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084~0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078~0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.  相似文献

以AC-13级配为基础,将橡胶颗粒代替部分集料掺入混合料中,以低温弯曲试验为评价方法对不同橡胶颗粒掺量下沥青混合料的低温抗裂性进行研究,并引入应变能密度值对混合料的低温抗裂性进行综合评价.试验结果表明:橡胶颗粒沥青混合料试件的破坏微应变均超过2 300,满足冬寒区的技术指标;无论是否掺加橡胶颗粒,随着温度的下降,沥青混合料破坏时的最大弯拉强度增大,弯拉应变降低,劲度模量增大;弯曲应变能密度在胶粒掺量为1%左右时具有较大的弯曲应变能密度值,此时橡胶颗粒沥青混合料具有较好的低温抗裂性.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
