在0.10mol/L LiCl-8.0×10-4moL/L HCl-4.0×10-4mol/LKIO3支持电解中,吡啶产生一个新的极谱平行催化氢波,峰电位为-1600~-1700mV.该平行催化氢波二阶导数峰电流与吡啶的浓度在8.0×10-5~1.6×10-3mol/L范围呈线性关系,检测下限为2.5×10-5mol/L,可用于吡啶的分析研究.  相似文献

1-(2-吡啶偶氮)-2-萘酚(PAN)对鲁米诺-亚铁氰化钾化学发光反应有良好的催化性能,实验结果表明:在1.0×10-5-1.0×10-7mol/L范围内,发光强度与PAN的浓度之间有良好的线性关系,检测极限为5.6×10-8mol/L。同时发现一些金属对此化学发光反应有强的抑制作用,为此建立了用此反应测定这此金属离子的新方法,测定Ni2+,Cr3+,Zn2+,Co2+和Cu2+的检测极限分别为1.0×10-9mol/L、1.0×10-8mol/L、1.0×10-8mol/L、5.0×10-9mol/L和6.0×10-9mol/L,相对标准偏差在1.28-3.10%(n=11)范围内。  相似文献

用硅钨酸修饰离子敏感场效应晶体管,并用其分析盐酸麻黄碱.传感器对麻黄碱的残性响应范围为1.0×10^-1~5.0×10^-6mol/L,斜率59.5mV/PC,检测下限为2.0×10^-6mol/L,适宜PH范围4.0~8.0.用其分析盐酸麻黄碱片剂含量,分析结果和药典方法相一致.  相似文献

本文研究了结晶紫-锗钨酸-PVA体系的显色反应。显色反应的条件是:[H_2SO_4]=0.13mol/L,(结晶紫)=1.2×10~(-4)mol/L,(聚乙烯醇)=0.32%。结晶紫-锗钨酸缔合物的最大吸收在545nm处,表观摩尔吸光系数为1.1×10~5L·mol~(-1)·cm~(-1),锗钨酸在0-3.2×10~(-6)mol/L范围内服从比耳定律,发色完全后1小时内吸光度稳定。由热重量法及摩尔比法测得离子缔合物中结晶紫离子:GeW_(12)O_(40)~(4-)=3:1。  相似文献

利用溶胶-凝胶法结合光还原法制备Ag掺杂多孔TiO_2光催化剂,以甲基橙的降解效果为评价标准,考查了光照降解时间、光催化剂用量、甲基橙溶液初始浓度、溶液pH值对光催化剂催化降解甲基橙的影响。结果表明,本方法制备的光催化剂无论是在紫外光还是可见光下均具有优良的光催化性能:在浓度为10 mg/L的甲基橙溶液中,4 g/L光催化剂,紫外光照射80 min,甲基橙可实现100%完全降解;相同催化条件下,可见光照100 min,甲基橙完全降解;当反应溶液pH=2时,紫外光和可见光都可在20 min内实现甲基橙的完全降解。  相似文献

采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了TiO2/竹炭复合材料,并研究其对甲基橙的暗态吸附规律和光降解性能。结果表明:复合材料对甲基橙的吸附是物理吸附,吸附规律较好地符合Freundlich吸附等温模型;复合材料对甲基橙溶液的降解率随pH值升高而降低。在pH≈3时,紫外光辐照90 min条件下,复合材料投加量为16g/L时,对3.0×10-5mol/L的甲基橙溶液的降解率可达到90.68%;复合材料对甲基橙光催化反应可用一级反应动力学方程进行描述。  相似文献

采用溶胶-凝胶工艺在普通玻璃表面制备铅离子非均匀掺杂的TiO2薄膜,运用AFM,XRD,UV-Vis研究了其光催化复合薄膜的表面特征;以光催化降解甲基橙溶液为模型反应,表征薄膜的光催化活性.结果表明非均匀铅离子掺杂TiO2薄膜(PbDx)与均匀铅离子掺杂TiO2薄膜(PbTx)的最佳掺杂Pb/Ti摩尔比均为0.005,PbD0005、PbT0005的最佳降解表观速率常数分别为7.37×10-3min-1 和5.95×10-3min-1,PbD0.005的表观降解速率常数是纯TiO2的2.52倍.文中还从载流子分离效率等方面探讨了掺杂机理.  相似文献

采用实验室合成的Fe2O3掺杂TiO2作为催化剂,以甲基橙超声降解反应为模型,研究了各种因素对Fe2O3掺杂TiO2催化超声降解甲基橙的影响,研究表明在Fe2O3掺杂TiO2催化剂作用下超声降解甲基橙的效果非常明显,催化剂用量在0.3-0.5g/L之间,超声波频率25kHz,输出功率1.0W/cm^2,pH为1.0时,甲基橙水溶液初始浓度为20mg/L的条件下,90min左右基本可全部降解,COD的去除率也达到了99.0%,因此,Fe2O3掺杂TiO2催化超声降解有机污染物的方法具有很好的应用前景。  相似文献

基于硫酸介质中高锰酸钾直接氧化DL-苹果酸产生化学发光的原理,结合顺序注射进样技术,初步建立了测定DL-苹果酸的自动化方法.对进样顺序、体积、流速和浓度各因素进行了优化,在156μL进样体积下,方法的线性范围为1.0×10-4~1.0×10-2mol/L,检出限为(3σ)为5.0×10-5mol/L,方法的相对标准偏差为1.3%(5.0×10-3mol/L,n=11).采样频率为84个/h.  相似文献

在盐酸介质中,痕量稀土元素镨和钐催化双氧水氧化碘化钾生成单质碘,单质碘可使次甲基蓝褪色,基于此建立了催化动力学分光光度法测定稀土元素镨和钐的新方法.方法的线性范围分别为5.1×10-6mol/L~5.1×10-5mol/L、5.1×10-6mol/L~5.1×10-5mol/L,检出限分别为2.75×10-6mol/L和2.44×10-6mol/L.该方法用于含稀土的纳米材料中镨和钐的分析测定,结果满意.  相似文献

The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3~4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰~ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰~ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084~0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078~0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献

There are numerous geometric objects stored in the spatial databases. An importance function in a spatial database is that users can browse the geometric objects as a map efficiently. Thus the spatial database should display the geometric objects users concern about swiftly onto the display window. This process includes two operations:retrieve data from database and then draw them onto screen. Accordingly, to improve the efficiency, we should try to reduce time of both retrieving object and displaying them. The former can be achieved with the aid of spatial index such as R-tree, the latter require to simplify the objects. Simplification means that objects are shown with sufficient but not with unnecessary detail which depend on the scale of browse. So the major problem is how to retrieve data at different detail level efficiently. This paper introduces the implementation of a multi-scale index in the spatial database SISP (Spatial Information Shared Platform) which is generalized from R-tree. The difference between the generalization and the R-tree lies on two facets: One is that every node and geometric object in the generalization is assigned with a importance value which denote the importance of them, and every vertex in the objects are assigned with a importance value,too. The importance value can be use to decide which data should be retrieve from disk in a query. The other difference is that geometric objects in the generalization are divided into one or more sub-blocks, and vertexes are total ordered by their importance value. With the help of the generalized R-tree, one can easily retrieve data at different detail levels.Some experiments are performed on real-life data to evaluate the performance of solutions that separately use normal spatial index and multi-scale spatial index. The results show that the solution using multi-scale index in SISP is satisfying.  相似文献
