本文通过总能赝势方法理论研究了八面体晶体材料Li4CaB2O6的晶体和电子结构以及Mulliken布居数;本文使用的总能赝势方法包括局域密度近似和广义梯度近似两种密度泛涵理论.所得的结果与实验提供的数据吻合较好.通过分析电子能带结构,可以推断多晶材料Li4CaB2O6 适用于半导体光学材料.  相似文献

利用密度泛函M06方法,在6-311+G(d, p)基组水平上对Si_5和Li修饰的Si_5团簇的几何结构和电子性质及储氢性能进行理论计算研究.结果表明, Si_5团簇最低能量构型为笼型结构,纯Si_5团簇不能有效吸附氢分子. Li原子的引入显著改善了Si_5团簇的储氢能力.以六个Li原子穴位修饰Si_5团簇为载体,每个Li原子周围可以有效吸附三个氢分子,其氢分子的平均吸附能为2.395 kcal/mol,储氢密度可达16.617 wt%.合适的吸附能和较高储氢密度表明Li修饰Si_5团簇有望成为理想的储氢材料.  相似文献

基于密度泛函理论B3LYP/6-31G(d,p)方法,研究了Li原子与B16N16团簇的结合方式和稳定性,并分析了电子结构.结果表明,2个Li原子担载到1个B原子形成2个B-N键时最稳定,Li原子的平均结合能约为1.0eV,大于Li原子之间的结合能,Li原子不会在团簇表面发生聚集.在B16N16Lin(n=1,2,3,4,6,12)体系中,Li原子向团簇转移电子,随着Li原子数目的增加,Li原子的净电荷由0.72e减少到约0.50e,Li原子的2s轨道形成的占据轨道不断升高,体系的能隙由2.64eV减小到1.59eV.  相似文献

为了研究锂电池电极材料ε-VOPO_4在充放电过程中的电化学性能,利用基于密度泛函理论(DFT)的第一性原理,从锂的插层位置、形成能、能带结构、态密度及电荷布居分布等方面,对Li原子嵌入过程中,锂电池正极材料ε-VOPO_4的结构和电子性能进行研究.结果表明:Li原子在V-O八面体与P-O四面体之间的间隙能稳定存在且不会引起ε-VOPO_4结构发生明显变化. Li原子的嵌入会使结构的能带间隙从2.002 eV减小到0.895 eV,导电性增强. Li—O键的键能(-0.1e、-0.02e)接近0表明ε-Li_x(VOPO_4)_4(x=1,2)中Li原子与O原子间的相互作用很弱. Li在ε-Lix(VOPO_4)_4中的高离子性有利于Li在ε-VOPO_4化合物中可逆的嵌入和脱出.  相似文献

从第一性原理出发,利用密度泛函理论(DFT)计算了Li2BeN(N=1~12)团簇的最低能量结构及其电子性质.计算结果表明,Li2BeN(N=1~12)团簇最低能量结构的对称性与单一成分的铍团簇相比有所下降,能量二阶有限差分随团簇尺寸的增加出现了奇偶振荡现象.从结构稳定性上来看,N=9是Li2BeN(N=1~12)团簇的一个幻数.当N≥10时Li2BeN团簇已经开始具有部分固相的特点.同时发现了团簇中从Be到Li的电荷转移现象.  相似文献

采用密度泛函理论(DFT)方法研究Li原子修饰一维六角硼烯链团簇的结构及其储氢性能。结果表明,氢分子能在Li原子修饰一维六角硼烯链团簇表面吸附,每个Li原子周围可以有效吸附两个H2,几何结构和电子性质的稳定性及合适的吸氢条件表明Li原子修饰一维六角硼烯链团簇材料在常温常压条件下可以作为有效储氢媒介。  相似文献

采用第一原理赝势平面波方法,计算B32-LiAl金属间化合物的基本物性及其点缺陷结构的几何、能态与电子结构.通过对不同点缺陷结构形成热与形成能的计算与比较,分析和预测了B32-LiAl金属间化合物中点缺陷结构的种类与存在形式.结果表明:B32-LiAl金属间化合物的点缺陷主要是在Li子晶格上出现空位缺陷与在Al子晶格上出现反位缺陷.基于晶体总电子态密度与电荷密度分布等电子结构信息,对上述计算结果进行了初步分析.  相似文献

在全电子水平上,基于广义梯度近似(GGA)密度泛函和全势能线性缀加平面波方法(FLAPW),研究了金属元素替代对氨基锂稳定性的影响.计算给出了结合能、电子态密度、电荷布居,分析了结构的稳定性和原子间的成键情况.结果表明:金属Mg,Ca,Na,Al替代LiNH2中部分Li时,可以使系统稳定性降低,N-H键间的作用减弱.  相似文献

采用密度泛函理论研究Al7和Al13团簇的原子特性.分析它们的离化势、电子亲和势、得失电子的能力,与碱金属(Li,Na,K,Rb)和卤素原子(F,Cl,Br,I)之间的结合能和电荷转移等参数.Al7团簇的性质与Li原子比较类似,它可以被看作是类Li的超原子.而Al13团簇则表现出比较复杂的性质,其具有比较好的得电子能力,但氧化能力弱于典型的卤素原子,同时失去电子的能力也比较强,很容易被氧化,它的性质与卤素原子差别比较大,不能被简单地看成"超卤素原子".  相似文献

采用基于密度泛函理论的第一性计算方法,研究了LiFePO4中Li、P位替位掺杂Na、As时的电子结构. 计算表明:少量掺杂并未整体改变LiFePO4电子结构,但可以调整体系中占主导地位的PO键、FeO键之间的相互作用,从而改善材料的特性;共掺杂体系的带隙宽度减小、嵌锂电位略微下降,掺入的Na、As未阻塞锂离子的一维通道.  相似文献

The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3~4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰~ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰~ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084~0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078~0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.  相似文献

The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献

本文叙述了对海南岛及其毗邻大陆边缘白垩纪到第四纪地层岩石进行古地磁研究的全部工作过程。通过分析岩石中剩余磁矢量的磁偏角及磁倾角的变化,提出海南岛白垩纪以来经历的构造演化模式如下:早期伴随顺时针旋转而向南迁移,后期伴随逆时针转动并向北运移。联系该地区及邻区的地质、地球物理资料,对海南岛上述的构造地体运动提出以下认识:北部湾内早期有一拉张作用,主要是该作用使湾内地壳显著伸长减薄,形成北部湾盆地。从而导致了海南岛的早期构造运动,而海南岛后期的构造运动则主要是受南海海底扩张的影响。海南地体运动规律的阐明对于了解北部湾油气盆地的形成演化有重要的理论和实际意义。  相似文献

There are numerous geometric objects stored in the spatial databases. An importance function in a spatial database is that users can browse the geometric objects as a map efficiently. Thus the spatial database should display the geometric objects users concern about swiftly onto the display window. This process includes two operations:retrieve data from database and then draw them onto screen. Accordingly, to improve the efficiency, we should try to reduce time of both retrieving object and displaying them. The former can be achieved with the aid of spatial index such as R-tree, the latter require to simplify the objects. Simplification means that objects are shown with sufficient but not with unnecessary detail which depend on the scale of browse. So the major problem is how to retrieve data at different detail level efficiently. This paper introduces the implementation of a multi-scale index in the spatial database SISP (Spatial Information Shared Platform) which is generalized from R-tree. The difference between the generalization and the R-tree lies on two facets: One is that every node and geometric object in the generalization is assigned with a importance value which denote the importance of them, and every vertex in the objects are assigned with a importance value,too. The importance value can be use to decide which data should be retrieve from disk in a query. The other difference is that geometric objects in the generalization are divided into one or more sub-blocks, and vertexes are total ordered by their importance value. With the help of the generalized R-tree, one can easily retrieve data at different detail levels.Some experiments are performed on real-life data to evaluate the performance of solutions that separately use normal spatial index and multi-scale spatial index. The results show that the solution using multi-scale index in SISP is satisfying.  相似文献
